プラネタリウムを見たくて、つくばエキスポセンターに行ってきました。

エキスポセンター入館料500円プラスプラネタリウムチケット500円。プラネタリウムの上映は40分です。

つくば科学万博の展示もありました。当時のプラネタリウム恒星球もあって、投影恒星数は世界最多、ドーム径も世界最大を誇っていたんだって。

なんの前知識もなく立ち寄った。

久しぶりの休日なのでどこかにイカなければ、との勢いだけで家を出たが、特に予定もないためとりあえず最近行っていない道の駅童謡のふる里・おおとねを目指した。

ずっと利根川沿いを進むので渋滞とは無縁の道。ナビに任せて来たこともない道を進んでいくと堤防の上に巨大な建物を発見。直ぐ目の前に駐車場があったので滑り込んでみた。「加須未来館」の表示があり、堤防の上へと道が続いている。まあ登るしかない。

冷たく強い風のおかげか空は快晴。寒い中あたりを見回すと富士山が見える。うちの方からは秩父連山の影に隠れて見えない。

入場は無料。知育的な展示が多く、宇宙服や触って遊べるものなど割と様々。これは小学生の目線では随分楽しめるのではないか。

入って右手に小さめのプラネタリウムがある。入ったのが10時50分ころで11時からの展示があったため入口の��に声をかけられたが、50分くらいかかるというので一旦断った。でも別に用がないのだからと思い返して受付で100円払って入ることにした。

席は全部で30名ほどだろうか。座るとほぼ真上を向くまでリクライニングする。プラネタリウムには入った記憶がなく、初めてかもしれない。三鷹の国立天文台は毎週のように前の道を通っていたが、結局行かなかったなぁ。

開演。最初は今見えている冬の星座の説明。知っている星や星座も多かったが、知らないものもちらほら。勉強になります。続いてはこの時間の演物は「銀河鉄道999」。さっき説明していたベテルギウスがネタだ。30分とはいえ懐かしく楽しく見ることができた。最後の方でセリフがなかったけど意外な人が出てきて嬉しさを感じた。

全く予定のない休日も良いものだ。

今日のできごと。

～映画～

ビートルズのエピソード映画の『NO ハンブルク NO ビートルズ』を観てきた。

当時を知る人たちがビートルズについて語りつつ、当時の映像もあって面白かった。

いろいろ知らないこともあって、興味深かった。

なにより、メンバーの入れ替わりの変遷やメンバーの年齢に驚いた。

ハンブルクに行ってみたくなった。

～プラネタリウム～

Queenとコラボレーションしているプラネタリウムだった。

星に興味あったので、事前に予約していた。

Queenにまつわる星座や星、メンバーであるフレディ・マーキュリーとブライアン・メイの星があることを知った。

そして曲とともに星にまつわる演出が天井に広がっていて、印象深かった。

途中にモヤのような演出があって、いろいろ考えた。

星一つ一つ見つけるのは大変だけど、もう空そのものを星の集まりと捉えれば少し腑に落ちた。

ただ、演出に考えを馳せてもわからないものもあったので、単純に曲を聴きつつ、プラネタリウムを観た。

とても面白かった。

～その他～

今日は昼食をロッテリアで、夕食をマクドナルドで。

ハンバーガー尽くしだった。

加えて映画を観ながらドーナツを食べた。

さらに駐車場代も3000円近く。

帰りはマンガ倉庫とBOOK INNに寄った。

マンガ倉庫にはめぼしいものがなかった。

BOOK INNではマジックのジャンプスタートパックを見つけ、してみたくなった。

あと、タブレットを売った。

1万円近くになったので、これで何か買おうと思う。

～まとめ～

出費が多いと���うが、充実した1日だった。

バスケットボールを見てた時にも思ったが、何かをしながら食べるというより、食べることを主にしている気がする。

難しく考えずに行きたいが、そこは気になったところ。

絵があまりに大きくて、とても驚きました‼️

音楽とともに自分の絵を鑑賞したのも初めてで、まるで自分の絵では無いような感覚もしました

そして、生歌、生演奏、素敵ですよね☺️

贅沢で、貴重な機会を頂けました♪

Stardust Memories 王子と！恋するプラネタリウム

Kita-ku Cultural Foundation in 2013 made a project with Planetariums and Anime boys! The project was that you could choose a character who would guide you through the Planetarium. Each character had their own personality and story! Please check out their official twitter!

This is Hagi Kancho! (VA: Akira Ishida, who you might know as Kaworu from Evangelion).

He represents the Summer Constellations.

Hagi is 29 (?) years old, is the Director of Hokutopia Planetarium.

His Birthday is February 9th and his personality is mysterious~

When you come to the Planetarium, You play the role of a visitor, but find out you are Hagi's fiancée! (In every characters story, you play the role of someone else).

He likes to act mischievous and mysterious towards others. However, he is very loving and relaxed which gives him cute gap moe. He especially acts very loving and kind towards his fiancée!

He has a German last name, thanks to his grandpa, who was a Planetarium technician. Kancho can be translated as Director. His last name is German, but he doesn't tell it to people, that's why he has his name as "Director Hagi", to avoid questions and confusion about his German name, (because his appearance does not match it).

8月3日、科学館の近くで公演があり、その前の時間調整で、やってきました。

プラネタリウムが話題の科学館の外観。中央の球体が目を惹きます。

展示の電車は、名古屋の市電、懐かしい！南極観測用の雪上車もあった。

噴水は近くに行ってミスト浴びてきました。

Im not sure about the official sites for るんこ. I found one twitter, but the art I found on it doesn't match so Im unsure. If someone knows, please help!

I found this art book by chance, not knowing what it was. The art captured my heart and I bought it impulsively. I fell in love with the characters and the passion that the team put into this project. They put so much time and effort to make sure that the characters were lovable, that their designs were recognizable.

They had comics and they all had different stories with the visitors who came into the Planetarium and provided a unique experience for everyone. They hired amazing voice actors who voice acted the whole experience. They even made an art book and had (to my knowledge) two websites dedicated to the characters. One of the websites that was on the Kita-Ku webpage is no longer available, but their twitter is still around.

Thanks to the Wayback Machine, there's at least a glimpse of what the 2013 website for Koipura looked like.

There were also pages with individual character information and more art, but that has been lost in time unfortunately.

If by any chance you have any information, screenshots, art saved, or pictures from the events, please share them. I love projects like these and I love knowing more about them!
