I thought it would be nice to be open about how I’m feeling and how I’m dealing with Ed but I guess some people are fucking horrible on here and like to see people crash out or get even worse just for the sake of it. Surprisingly these same people also have an ed blog….. interesting

Worst part of my job is i work A LOT with ages 15 and up and so many teens are just soooooo skinny. 💀
I look at them like they're thinspo and then feel really weird because i know they're underage, but, damn im so jealous. 🙄😖
But its also like looking at thinspo without anyone knowing or having to open Tumblr. 😅

TW:Slight Rant
The minute I eat ANYTHING, I feel like I failed my ed, I must be faking it, I'm just doing it for attention, and I clearly don't have a problem. There's always someone sicker then me and I don't have what it takes to have an ed.
I'm so tired of this. I want to ⭐️arve to death and I can't even Manage to do that either.

I just spent 1.5 hours at the gym, came back and took some vitamins and chugged water. Then I took a long shower. I can feel the ⭐️arving working. I’m so happy. I’m ready to make progress.

Breakfast: 0
Lunch: A Sandwich & a cereal bar
Snack: 1 Small Croissant & 1 pack of Crips
Lunch: Small bowl of rice and bell peppers
Workout: 1 hour walk
Personal:
Today I kept it very simple and easy, I didn’t really do too much. I felt a bit sick since I’m still on my period but that’s it really. I’m just trying my best to focus on myself and remember to take it one day at a time and not obsessed too much about the future and focus on now. Also you guys weren’t joking it’s extremely hard to stop weighing yourself every 2 seconds. I’m only going to be doing it every Monday morning.
⚜️I think I will fast tomorrow just because I ate a bit too much today. It was suppose to be a 1 meal, one snack day.

This is my go to favorite safe food sweet treat.
First you pour 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (41kcals) in a bowl, they must be frozen for it to work!
I went to a you pick blueberry farm and picked my own but store bought is fine oc!
Then sprinkle a teaspoon of honey(21 kcals) or sugar (15 kcals) or stevia(0 kcals) or sweetener of your choice.
Then pour 1/2c skim milk (23 kcals) over them.
The blueberries cause the milk to freeze in a slushie like consistency. Make sure to mix it around a little to break it up or you'll get massive chunks.
Eat with a spoon like its cereal.
Fills you up, hits that sweet tooth and its only a total of 79 kcals for the whole bowl.
