It wouldn’t take him long to be considerate of the choice of words and would be exceptionally good with his wordplay so you won’t take anything the wrong way. Taking everything to heart and being sensitive wouldn’t bother him, it would let him know that you do in fact have a conscious and he would rather that than you to be heartless. You would apologize to him for being so sensitive and he would just brush it off as no big deal, claiming that you shouldn’t feel sorry for how you feel.

Esme : It doesn’t bother her at all. She’s sensitive herself so she understands completely. The jokes would be lighthearted since you take everything to heart, but it would be easy for her because of her compassionate nature. She would be the one to stick up for you if she sees that something is bothering you, telling people to leave you alone. She will tell you it’s okay and that you shouldn’t worry about what people have said to you. She always will make sure to pour kind words into you so you don’t have what someone said that stung, be carried in your heart.

Emmett : He doesn’t mean harm but he would definitely forget about your sensitive heart and would make jokes. When he sees you feel some type of way he would make sure to say things like, “It’s just a joke.” and “I didn’t mean it that way.” Because of his lighthearted personality who likes to make sure people have a good time, you would forgive him, knowing there was no malice behind it. He would defend you from other people who don’t take your feelings into consideration. It would be you to tell him that it’s okay and that he shouldn’t get upset. Rosalie : It would take her a while to adjust to your feelings, she’s so used to giving it straight to people. She’s blunt so when you take what she says to heart, she often finds herself explaining that she didn’t mean it a certain way, she just wanted you to understand about something. She will apologize if you let her know that she hurt your sensitive feelings. She does encourages you to have thick skin, but in the end, she accepts your sensitive emotions to be apart of your personality. If someone else hurt your feelings though, she would want to give them hell.

Jasper : He understands since he can deeply feel your sensitive emotions. He doesn’t make jokes to make you feel some type of way. His wordplay makes you feel so secure that you don’t have to overthink on what he could’ve meant. Almost nothing but kind words are what pours out of his mouth. He likes to make you feel giddy inside and make you laugh more than anything so it doesn’t bother him that you have a sensitive personality. You tell him from time to time that he has a way with words.

Edward : He understands to a certain extent, depending on if he can read your mind or not. There will be times where he would be shocked that a certain remark that he made, made you take it to heart, but he will apologize with no problem. A few instances have happened where you would have to remind him of what he said that struck your sensitive feelings. Jokes would be made and one look on your face decides whether or not it resides well with you.

Doesn’t the book mention she designs houses and has designed/redone many of the Cullen residences. I may be mistaken but I think I remember her working in some capacity for some time as an architect. I also have a personal hc that she takes an avid interest in gardening (this may be somewhat canon but I haven’t read the books in a while) and music.

I hc that she plays the harp. Also that she offers her services as an architect for free and does charitable work. She’s also involved in the community boards (idk what they’re called) in whatever town they move to and helps plan and keep up parks or town monuments and things of that sort.

She has probably also been to college a few times like the other Cullens. I think she and Carlisle greatly enjoy having intellectual discussions with each other.

To say the least he was nervous to talk to you at first, you had just gotten a job a pediatric surgeon at the Forks hospital. He was smitten from the moment he saw you. He would say he's a calm and collected man, but when he saw you he lost all confidence.

It would probably take him a bit for him to talk to you rather your mates or not, this was the first time he actually felt shy around a woman. He would steal glances at you all the time at work and admire you from a far.

You would always smile at him and be so kind and gentle. That being said you actually asked him out, that pissed off the whole femal staff of the hospital. You so confidently asked him to see a movie with you and he immediately said yes.

“Yes! I mean I w-would love too, thank you for the offer... I-it's a date”

You guys get married before you changed. From the day you started to dating up until your weddings you guys just sorta lived in the moment.

☾ You didn't mind her company, she was so kind that it didn't even matter. You studied and hung out at your house often. When she invited you to *her* house, though, that's when everything turned real for you.

☾ It had already been a week. They were scared you "weren't going to make it", whatever that meant. You were still just waking up when Carlisle announced that he had no choice, and that you had been turned.

☾ Of course you were devastated. Your family, friends, everything, stripped away from you in almost an instant. For weeks, Alice was your only source of comfort.

☾ When you were finally feeling more comfortable, you moved in with the Cullens under the guise of simple roommates.

☾ Things began happening at random. Items of clothing started appearing in your closet when you hadn't bought anything. Your favourite music and movies would be playing whenever you were home. Eventually, you realized it was everyone trying to make you feel more comfortable.

☾ And soon enough, you were comfortable again. Your style as well as you became more effeminate than it already was with the knowledge of how easy it was to defend yourself.

☾ Rosalie was actually the first person to make a romantic move toward you. She enjoyed your confidence with your cotton candy pinks and your bows and pearl necklaces, and flamboyant personality. She couldn't resist and asked you out on a date.

☾ It ended up being more of a vacation to Seattle, with Emmett and Jasper tagging along. When they saw how Rosalie was treating you, they immediately knew it would be a one-up contest from that point on.

☾ When Alice and Edward finally caught on, it seemed like there was a new clothing item or accessory in your wardrobe every day.

☾ Luckily, it wasn't just that. Edward often bought you CD's and Alice bought you books. Emmett bought you whatever was available, usually bags and pins that he thought you would like. Jasper usually found the best jewelry for you, and Rosalie took care of the clothes, as your style let her experiment a little more with fashion design.

☾ You were one of the very few people who's mind Edward doesn't mind reading. Sometimes this can get a bit carried away...

☾ Jasper also enjoys messing with your emotions every so often, which has led to a few interesting encounters. But, when you're feeling down, he's immediately there to make you feel better.

☾ Carlisle and Esme mostly stay off to the sidelines. However, Esme loves to bake with you; not to eat, obviously, but fundraisers are all the rage, and who doesn't love a good bake sale? She's a kinesthetic learner, so it doesn't surprise you when her hands start to wander a bit.

☾ Carlisle can be a bit of a bore sometimes with all of his technical talk, but you always listen when he tells you about his day. He's willing to do whatever you want, too; and when he eyes you up and down every so often, you smile and pretend not to notice.

☾ All in all, you've found your place easily with the Cullens, and while it's definitely unconventional, all you care about is that you're happy. After a long time, you finally are.

I also didn't really make this romantic as far as with the other Cullens. I also tried my best to keep gender and details about the couple like nonexistent.

He's not very happy

When you two show up all he can think about is the possible dangers

And of course the fact that their cover could be blown

I feel like he would care a lot about staying in one place for a while

So he really likes blending in

But if you two promise to only hunt past state lines and far away from where they are, he might come around

In general, it's not the fact that you drink human blood that bothers him, it's just the possible risks

He would still be very wary

Reading your thoughts constantly to make sure you're not a risk

He would get used to you guys eventually, but he wouldn't let his guard down

Alice:

She saw you two coming and she warned the others

She couldn't see your intentions, all she could see were red eyes

And so when the two of you showed up, everybody was ready to stand guard

But after explaining your stories and that you simply wanted a family, she was more than happy

She could see that you guys would stick to your promises of blending in and respecting hunting ground

She is the quickest to warm up to either of you

Will be the one to invite you guys out to do things

She doesn't have a problem with either of you at all

She doesn't care that you two drink blood

She doesn't care that you guys won't change your ways

And she doesn't think you guys are a danger

Jasper:

The exact opposite of Alice

He actively hates you two

He does not trust you, he thinks you guys are liars, and he is constantly ready to attack if the time calls for it

He is convinced that you two must have an ulterior motive for joining their clan

Also resents you two for drinking human blood

That is something he hasn't had in so long and has been challenging himself to give up for the ability to stay with the Cullens and then you two waltz in and do it anyway?

He is beyond pissed

No matter how long you two stay there or how nice you are, as long as you drink human blood he will not warm up to you

And maybe even if you do conform he probably still wouldn't trust you

Rosalie:

She'd be annoyed but just because there are more people

After the initial showdown after Alice's vision, she'd stop caring

She has a superiority complex because she's never tasted human blood, but she doesn't rub it in your faces

She doesn't care what you guys do

She's not really attached to any one place, after all

It would be no problem for her to pack up and move to a new city

She had to do it for years following Emmett's transformation

She mostly just gets annoyed at how crowded the house feels now

She says she has no "breathing" room

Honestly she might just take Emmett and pack up to live on their own for a little bit

But overall she's not mean and she doesn't care

She doesn't trust you guys but I feel like she doesn't trust a lot of people so

Emmett:

Another one who doesn't give a damn

When you two first show up, he's obviously ready for a fight

But after you prove that you pose no threat, he backs off

He gets along with you guys pretty well

He trusts you for the most part

Obviously a part of him is still ready if something were to happen

But other than that he's pretty chill

He gets a little bitter knowing that you two still drink human blood

But he gets over himself

Even though he doesn't mind you guys, he will follow Rosalie in a heartbeat

She gets a little skeptical

But she is a little put off

He is friends with many vampires who live the "natural" way and it's never stopped him before

He's on guard at first but he is definitely the first one to trust you guys

I mean he let like 30 vampires into his house

So he's chill

Questions you genuinely on why you wanted to be a part of his clan

And why you don't want to feed off of animals

But not in an accusatory way

More like an inquisitive way

He's a doctor first and foremost

And very interested in learning the specifics of vampirism

Treats you guys like old friends

Jasper strokes the sweaty top of you head as you lie in his bed, bundled in layers of his jumpers and blankets. Your face is flushed from the heat but you still shiver. He looks on with worry at the still full glass of water on his bedroom side, only a sip having been taken to help swallow some pain killers for your splitting headache.

In other words, he hates this. His gift is torn between being a nuisance and his guiding saviour right now as he can feel every bit of your pain and discomfort. He knows when to help you, yes, when you need another blanket, or a hot meal, or something. But for the most part? He's powerless. Sat here and watching his mate in pain with no real way to help other that watching you sweat it out.

He climbs into beed with you, silent and watchful, as icy lips press themself to your forehead. It cools your burning fever down some and unconsciously your body chases that. Half asleep you shuffle towards him.

Jasper chuckles and takes the outermost layer of your blanket burrito into his arms as an almost faux cuddle. You whine, waking up a bit now, and try and undo some layers so he can hold you.

He tuts, making your stop, and gives a gentle "you gotta keep warm darlin'". You disagree, but manage to find a comprimise.

Bundled up in several blankets, you lay on top of Jasper. At this point he becomes one with the burrito. One day, youll laygh at this, but for now he's just hoping that the mint cologne he's wearing is helping you breathe a bit better.
