Krieg is definitely one of the few that loosely uses the word "friend"; to him, it's anyone they can build some kind of trust with. They know who not to trust and what they can spot in someone who can seem trustworthy. Hell, any pets or fellow allows of those he already trusts are ones he can consider friends. His inner voice can seem a little too strict or uptight in how they see people, but there's reasons for that. Same goes for his Psycho self, as he too can have reasons to not trust somebody entirely.
Cartman seems like the kind of guy who would be one of the other folks on the roster who would loosely use "friend", but he's actually one of the more stricter types in that regard. To him, acquaintances are NOT friends to him, but vessels. People he can use for his own gain that he can feign as having a friend, but he won't ever consider them as friends. I doubt he ever will.

right off the bat: Stolas. he is born into royalty and is quite commonly used to being treated in a spoiled manner. i firmly believe he was a complete mama's boy, not having much involvement with his father, but the difference of love was there. and while he is as humble as he could be, he enjoys being spoiled and treated like a Prince. he forgets sometimes that he deserves some better treatment and spoiling love.
ALBERT TOO. he is a SUCKER for being treated like a princess and will take every opportunity to be the center of attention. he's a bastard, but a sly one too. he wants your attention and will put himself in front of you to be spoiled by you and ONLY you.
Cartman is another one where he WANTS the attention and loves being treated like a literal fucking king. he wants to be a king and he sees himself as such. look at the games and positions he's been in where he runs the show and nobody else. he loves the princess treatment and will ruin shit for you if you take it away from him.
Crowley - the master of serving cunt. this fucker LOVES being treated like a princess, but ONLY by Aziraphale and nobody else. he's the kind who really loves the attention and only shares that with someone they care about. anybody else? he thinks you're weird as fuck if you try to spoil him and brushes it off, saying "he doesn't deserve it". he will only accept it from his favorite angel.
and finally, Moxxi. the queen, the MILF, the lover, the entire package. she loves the princess treatment and returns it to her lovers. all of her past exes, Jack included, have gotten her fair share of love and doting spoiled gifts. she knows her worth, but knows damn well why people love coming to her bar and takes advantage of it to look even better than she did before every day.
