Being a system sucks and is incredibly painful and stems from horrible trauma and all, but you have to admit that dropping random, mildly terrifying information about the innerworld in a chat, only for the host to look back and start screaming, is quite funny.

there are a Million ways to be a system. don't limit yourself or Restrict your idea of them too harshly. speak to multiple systems if you want better references for depicting them (or just to know how they work) because every system is different and unique

Don’t let the fact that you can’t remember your headspace memories very well distress you. The headspace is a different reality, it’s like dreams, it’s not physical reality and it may just be mental or spiritual. Your brain makes memories in physical reality with the use of senses and your body, since there is a disconnect of that in your headspace, you might be more forgetful and that’s okay. That doesn’t make your headspace less real - V
