I know I don’t technically owe anyone and explanation but I want to put out there what’s going on and why I may have distanced myself or ended up losing mutuals because of cut contact.

on October eleventh my cat of eighteen years got put to sleep, which, has left me feeling empty and without reason to really do anything ? I was still working for a while and managing things but it progressed to a point where I was pacing any minute I was not doing anything and couldn’t sleep, spent the nights pacing the length of our property sometimes for hours at a time. my mum took me to the ER and they gave me sedatives which while acted to soothe it for a little bit didn’t solve the issue. when I returned home and was still exhibiting the symptoms she confronted me saying my cat was dead and I needed to get over it which ? was the last straw for me, she was screaming I was cowering it wasn’t fun. since then I’ve been staying with a friend who has taken me in and I’ve made progress but sleeping at night is still panic inducing for me and even with medication sometimes the insomnia still wins, I’ve been to the ER a few more times over the past two months and thankfully the pacing has stopped but the sleeping issues haven’t improved to the point where I’m able to sleep normally ? I still don’t know when it’s going to happen. I’m getting my PC from my mums house on the 28th so hopefully I’ll be able to write again but with how exhausted I am it can be difficult to even do the things I need to function day to day. I’ve had to give up my jobs as well so it’s just ? An on going ordeal. It’s been a rough two months but tbh I didn’t think I was going to make it to Christmas and I have so I’m just quietly hoping it improves even if it is slowly.

Ace invited Yuusha specifically to one of his basketball games. In the crowd, Yuu was one of the NRC team's loudest supporters. The prefect had also brought Grim and Deuce with her.

If Ace were to be honest with himself, he only cared about Yuu's support. Sure, Grim and Deuce's presence wasn't bad. More people aggressively "cheering" him on doesn't hurt. But it wasn't going to matter if they happened to be absent either since they were just a bonus.

This attitude towards Yuusha was like a kid looking for approval from an older sibling, which was weird considering they were the same age.

In between the last matches, Yuusha went down the bleachers to chat with Ace and hand him a water bottle.

♥️: Where's Grim and Deuce? I thought I saw them with you.

💜: They're going to be picking up snacks at Sam's shop. We'll celebrate back at Ramshackle!

♥️: Wow, a party for me? Sweet!

💜: Yeah as long as you win, Trappola. Or else we're kicking you out of your own congratulations party.

Yuusha didn't mean it though. They both know that celebration party will turn into a "cheering-ace-up-party" if they didn't win.

Ace laughed. Before Ace could continue the banter, he was called back out into the court.

💜: Don't disappoint us!

And with that encouragement, he'll help ace the court.

hi chilchuck! i was wondering if you have any siblings,,, and if so, do you have any advice on how to support them through crappy days? i'm not good at comforting others, but i'd like to try my best, and i think we have that in common/pos.

but yeah, if you have any ideas for activities that sound fun (like, ones that you wouldn't feel dragged into) or just your two cent, then that'd be great :))

I've actually got four siblings, but I was the middle child so I wasn't very good with that sort of stuff. My older brother and sister handled most of it, the rest of us just followed along. Usually getting someone out of the house worked pretty well, though. Try taking them somewhere they like going, and see if that helps.

Hi. I'm reaching breaking point. It was awful today. Rota for next week is out. Hospitality is atrocious right now. I miss my dog. I miss my family. I genuinely do not get to see any of them this upcoming week and I am doing another 50 hour week. Sunday have to drive home and get presents that need to be wrapped.

Monday I go to dads after work to drop of my Christmas presents for everyone at my dads. Spend Christmas with my mum. I get Friday of by I see myself sleeping all day at this rate because I'm so drained or just hiding in a room to not exist and play games.

I'll for sure going to be back in the new year once I don't have to suffer. Except with the stress of preparing for comic con and hoping my cosplay arrives in time. Wish me luck as I finish this 6 day week but by the time I get off for Christmas I will have worked 6 days in a row. Good thing I finished my shopping on Wednesday because I wouldn't get anything sorted before Christmas day.
