a/n: just a little blurb while i get back into writing. i’ve aged violet up in this fic ofc! not too too much, but thank you for the request <3

If you asked anyone in the world who Harry loved the absolute most, he would say his baby girl Violet, who every day just seemed to get getting bigger and bigger. Now at almost 6 months old she was becoming more and more curious, sometimes mumbling words that sounded like dada or mama, but most of the time they just sounded like little random babbles. She was the best thing that had ever happened to you and Harry, everyday you’d both fawn over her like you’d been doing since the day she was born.

Harry had been out of town for two weeks, having some engagements and meetings that required him to leave you both at home in Cheshire. It was hard enough leaving you when he needed to leave, but one look at Violet’s little squishy face and he was milliseconds from cancelling the entire trip.

“H we’ll be fine, we can facetime everyday, and besides it’s only two weeks lovie”

Eventually he nodded, finally finding the courage to leave your home and make his way to the airport, the two weeks were going to feel like an eternity.

Now here you and Violet were, sitting out in the sun, enjoying your backyard, her little hands grabbing at the toys you had laid out for her to enjoy, her eyes watching you fly around her favourite stuffed bunny, making funny voices and sounds

“silly silly bunny, what’s he doing petal?”

Little laughs and giggles spilled from her lips as you brought the toy down to kiss her face gently, the fur tickling her

“oh! does that tickle!”

“ma ma ma ma”

You laughed

“Yes baby, i’m mumma”

Her hands clapped together as she watched you continue to move the stuffed animal around, only pausing when the back door opened, Harry finally arriving home from his trip

“Daddy’s home petal! Who’s that!”

Violet watched Harry carefully, who had now been sporting a little bit of a beard, something she hadn’t really seen before, so she stayed quiet

“Hi my baby, did you miss me?”

It wasn’t until Harry went to pick Violet up that she whimpered, her arms reaching back out for you as Harry looked at her in alarm

“Violet, it’s daddy baby…you’re alright”

Getting up you stood close to them, giving Harry a kiss on his cheek hoping that would calm your little girl down but she only begun to cry, her bottom lip wobbling

“I dont-I wasn’t gone for that long…”

Harry handed you Violet before sighing, a hand rubbing his chin

“I knew I shouldn’t have gone, she’s forgotten all about me already.”

“My love, she hasn’t forgotten about you, maybe she’s just a bit grumpy?”

You looked at Violet cooing at her softly

“Little love, it’s daddy, you love daddy so much…what’s wrong darling?”

You were trying to think of every possibility it could have been for her sudden mood change, Harry becoming more and more upset as time went on and she wouldn’t settle

“I’m going to unpack and shower…that way she’ll stop fussing.”

He was gone back inside before you could say anything to comfort him, a frown etched on your face when Violet seemed to calm down at the loss of her father.

“Oh silly girl…what are we gonna do huh?”

Harry had been upstairs for almost two hours at this point, Violet more than happy to play on her sensory mat in the living room, your watchful eye making sure she was okay, even if you could hear her babbling away to herself. You couldn’t help but feel bad for H, knowing how much he loves her and the look on his face when Violet cried upon seeing him.

It wasn’t until he finally came down as you sat down to play with Violet that you heard her go

You smiled turning to see Harry who’d now shaved, a laugh escaping you

“Violet…you silly silly girl!”

Harry remained by the entrance to the living room before Violet began to wiggle, her hands reaching for him

Finally he came over, sitting down and picking her up so she could rest in his lap, her hands touching his face gently

“Now you remember who I am petal? Hmm?”

Smiling you watched the two of them cuddle up together

“H it was your beard…I don’t think she’s seen you with one, that’s why she was upset earlier”

“I guess I forgot to shave didn’t I?”

Shrugging your shoulders you shuffled your way over to them, the three of you leaning up against the couch together, Violet happily playing with Harry’s bracelet every so often making her little noises

“Next time Vi just tell daddy y’hate the beard and you’ll never see it again, i’ll shave all the time if you want me to, pink promise”

She smiled as he stuck out his pinky finger, which she promptly took and began to knaw on with her gums

“So it’s settled, no more beard”

He turned to you and laughed at the pout on your face now

“Oh now what’s with the pout on you angel?”

“I love your beard…”

He laughed leaning over to press a kiss to your lips

“M’sorry, gonna have to say goodbye to it for a while m’afraid”

You sighed dramatically but in reality you both would do anything to see Violet happy, even if you had to say goodbye to Harry’s beard…and don’t forget the dad mustache too.

It was a sacrifice that had to be made, even if you weren’t totally on board..

- She would ask her parents where they got married and would want to get married there if you’re okay with it.

- Of course she’ll invite all of her friends and family to the wedding, and yours too if you have any.

- When Obanai first heard the news he’ll go to you and tell (threaten) you that you better take care of her or else. You promise him that she’s in good hands with you and he nods his head. That promise you made him made Obanai approve of you.

🔥Kyojuro Rengoku🔥

- He will be excited and optimistic about the proposal he has in mind. A day in advance he’ll practice what he will say right before proposing.

- Rengoku would take you on a date and take you to a town that has a lot of street food. You both will try a lot of things, enjoying each other’s company. After you two had the time of your lives, he’ll walk you to his estate and that’s when he feels like the time is right. So while you’re walking he’ll start saying the lines that he practiced over and over. Then he’ll stop in his tracks, get on one knee, and call your first and last name. When you turn around that’s when he’ll say the big question with a huge smile plastered on his face. The smile will only get wider when you say yes.

- He will let you choose where to have the wedding, he’s happy with whatever.

- He’ll invite his father and little brother, and all the Hashira. Tengen is his best man of course. Rengoku hopes that his father won’t miss out on this once in a lifetime event and will be there for him, but no matter what he won’t let anything ruin the special day.

- The day of the wedding when he’s getting ready, Tengen will be hyping him up and telling him that today will be the best day of his life. Rengoku believes every single one of those words too.

🌊Giyuu Tomioka🌊

- When Giyuu realizes that he wants to take the next step in your relationship, he’ll hesitate. Don’t get him wrong, he really wants to marry you and be able to call you his spouse but he’s scared of getting too close to you. He’s afraid that you’ll just end up leaving so he stops himself from having those thoughts about marriage.

- That was until one day when Tanjiro was visiting him, he could smell that Giyuu was hiding something and that something was bothering him. When he asked him about it he just brushed him off, but Tanjiro could tell that this was something really burdening him so he asked and asked until eventually Giyuu told him. Tanjiro gave some words of encouragement and that got Giyuu thinking. So he thanked Tanjiro and went off to buy a ring for you, hoping that it’ll fit you.

- He would much rather be in the comfort of his own home and propose to you rather than in public. Giyuu will invite you over and hang out. Talking and chilling with each other. He softly smiles whenever you make a joke or will just be talking about whatever. You even pointed out that he was smiling more.

- When you were laying in bed together he was getting a tad bit awkward. He wanted to pop the question now but he didn’t know if he should just say it or what. So when you noticed a shift in his behavior and asked him, he just flat out asked you to marry him.

- He would invite Tanjiro, Urokodaki, some of the Hashira, and that’s it. Of course you can invite whoever you want, he doesn’t mind at all.

- On the day of the wedding, he’ll be really tense out of nervousness but the happiness he feels outweighs it. He will be smiling almost all day.

Charlie Morningstar🌈 + Pikachu⚡️

🌈The minute Charlie saw the yellow little creature on your shoulders, she squealed so loud it nearly broke the hotel windows. "OH MY SATAN!!! WHO IS THIS ADORABLE LITTLE CUTIE?!?!" She grabbed pikachu off your shoulder and began nuzzling her face into it, which surprised pikachu, causing her to get shocked by its lighting. Charlie was okay, since apparently being hellborn gave her an immunity to it, yet it did fuzz her hair a bit.

🌈You apologized profusely, saying that pikachu often zapped people whenever they were upset or scared. Pikachu even gazed at Charlie in concern, feeling bad that they had accidentally used their lighting on her. Charlie said it was absolutely fine, continued to hold pikachu like it was an adorable plushie.

🌈Her curiosity with Pikachu only escalated as she has never seen a creature like that in hell before. It was true she has Razzle and Dazzle, as they were created by her father when she was a child, but Pikachu was something rare. When you said to her that they were your companion when you were alive, and even when you came to hell, they came with you. Oh now that really confuse Charlie, but she was gonna think about it later as she still had a hotel to run.

🌈Pikachu was protective of both you and Charlie, whenever someone would threatened or insult the both of you in any way, that demon was going to get a tasteful of lightning rod.

🌈Her pet cat, Keekee, was best friends with Pikachu. Literally the two of them would be running around playing, or snuggled up next to each other, sleeping. Charlie took so many photos of the cuteness, sending them to you, which made you happy. Literally the three of you had become the bestest of friends and nothing could break it apart.

Vaggie🎀 + Vivillon🦋

🎀 Vaggie was untrustworthy with anyone that came into the hotel. You can't blame her since it was hell, so she didn't know what to expect when she saw you enter through the hotel door being introduced by Charlie. Her spear was gripped tightly in her hand, ready to strike if you pulled a move.

🎀 The hold on the spear had loosened when she saw the large flying object moving behind you. "What on earth is that?" she thought, her eye continuing to examine it. She quickly realize it was a large butterfly like creature, adorning different colored patterns on its wings. Its face was adorably cute, as it continued flying next to you with a smile.

🎀 Making your way over to her, Charlie extended a hand out towards Vaggie, introducing you to her as her girlfriend. "Hello. Nice to meet you." Reaching your hand out for a shake, Vaggie hesitated before moving her hand to join yours in a proper handshake, "Umm nice to meet you too. Who is that flying next to you?" Vaggie's eyes motioned to the large flying butterfly. "Oh that's Vivillon! They were my companion when I was still alive. They are very friendly, don't worry." Vivillon flew closer to Vaggie and started flying around her head, wearing a cute smile, which earned a small chuckle from Vaggie.

🎀 After that initial meeting, Vaggie began to establish a small friendship with you, yet still kept her distance in case something happened. While she kept her distance a bit with you, she couldn't keep her distance away from Vivillon, it was too cute. The patterns on its wings were very mesmerizing to Vaggie, she wanted to stare at them all day, but she wouldn't since that would be awkward.

🎀It was sweet how close Vaggie and Vivillon had gotten. If they weren't with you, they were either watching Vaggie train with the spear or helping Vaggie with her hair, since it really enjoyed helping her tie the red hairbow. The day Vivillon realized Vaggie had wings, it was overjoyed. The both of them would often go out and fly all over the Pride ring, as a way to relax and escape the chaotic nature in the hotel for a bit. It was surprising to everyone including Charlie just how close Vaggie had gotten with your companion, since she wasn't close with anyone except Charlie, but hey it was still cute to see.

Angel Dust🕷 + Smoochum💋

🕷Angel was lounging around in his room with Fat Nuggets, back against the bed as the adorable pig was nuzzling inside his chest fluff. That moment was ruined when a loud knock came from the door, nearly causing him to fall off the bed. "ANGEL!!! HURRY!!! WE HAVE A NEW GUEST!!" Charlie voice rang out, as he heard the sounds of hurried steps leaving his door. Groaning, Angel slowly moved Fat Nuggets off of his chest, placing him softly on the bed, as he swung his feet and ventured to the door.

🕷Having arrived to the lobby of the hotel, Angel eyes scanned the area, wondering who decided to give this rinky dink hotel a try. He was able to notice you, standing in the middle of the room, conversing with Charlie, while holding something in your arms. Walking closer to you, Angel bent down, lips drawn into a smirk, exposing his golden tooth. "Hiya toots, the names Angel Dust." You smiled at him, and offered him a kind hello. Angel eyes then looked down at what you were holding and realized it was blinking at him. "AHHH WHAT IN THE HELLS IS THAT?!?" Screaming in fear, Angel had backed up a couple of steps, pointing to the object in your arms.

🕷Jumping a bit at his reaction, you looked down at your companion while going back to Angel. "Ohh its just my companion, don't worry, they won't attack you, I swear." Putting Smoochum down, its adorable little eyes gazed at Angel Dust, before waddling over to him. Angel continued to stare at them, having calm down at bit, watching as the little pink creature waddle to him and stared up at him cutely. It raised its hands up towards Angel, saying "Smoochum❤" Angel still felt unsure on what to do, but he decided to bend down and pick her up, placing her in front of his face, eyeing them with curiosity. Smoochum smile at Angel and gave him a little peck on the cheek, earning a small blush from Angel, eyes growing soft at the little affection he received. "Her name is Smoochum and yes like her name, she often greets people she meets with a smooch."

🕷Angel continued to hold Smoochum, admiring its cute face and adorable eyes before looking back at you. "Usually I charge freaks to smooch little old me, being a porn star and all, but I'll make it an exception for this cute little doll here." Angel nuzzled his face against Smoochum, earning him another kiss to his other cheek, prompting a giggle from both him and you. After that interaction, Angel Dust and Smoochum became the definition of BFFs.

🕷You noticed that both Smoochum and Angel Dust like to make sure their appearances were maintained, as you got both of them looking into a handheld mirror, checking their reflection. Angel Dust would always be experimenting with other looks and makeups, even dolling up Smoochum a little bit, which made her very happy. Smoochum was also the their to help Angel, whenever he was in a bad mood. She didn't really know what the reason was, since of course Smoochum wasn't aware about Valentino, but she was always their to comfort Angel with a little smooch and a warm hug, which Angel dust really appreciated.

🕷Angel Dust had introduced Smoochum to Fat Nuggets, wanting to see the two of them get along. Smoochum had greeted Fat Nuggets with a little smooch, earning a happy oink from the adorable pig, and a returning lick to Smoochums cheek. Yep, those two would get along really well. You had stumbled on the three of them in Angel Dusts room, with Angel fast asleep on his bed, with both Fat Nuggets and Smoochum cuddling in his chest fluff. The scene was so precious, you had to take a photo to show to Angel Dust later, as well as make it your new wallpaper on your phone.

hollywood au domestic headcanons 🦋

Bucky brings out a softer side from Gale who has been hardened by life and put up some walls when it came to intimacy/trusting others and their love, and he’s so thankful to have found someone who makes him see the world as a gentler place. Bucky is passionate with everything he does, but with Gale, he found new ways to put all that energy to in a positive, inspiring things that helps him along in other aspects of his life as well.

John loves buying Gale flowers and his / later their apartment is always filled with beautiful boquets that make it alive (I’d think Buck would have stylistic but quite simple/Scandinavian style home). Gale keeps telling him he doesn’t have to buy him anything but as long as he gets that soft smile to his face as John presents him with yet another bunch they will be coming in.

Another big thing for John is physical touch, he always has an arm around his boyfriends shoulders or waist. Gale on the other hand is a great listener and gives wonderful advice, countering John’s temperament. And while he’s more careful about physicality in public, he’s surprisingly clingy when they’re home by the two of them which John absolutely adores, he might never ask for closeness with his words but he’ll find ways to seek physcal touch in other ways. Both of them value quality time over everything.

They have to strategize their dates well which sometimes threatens to suck the romance out of it, but when they manage to work around it that makes it even more romantic. Night walks by Seine when they’re travelling in Europe, small local venue concerts where no one cares about them… The rarity of those moments give them extra spice.

That being said, they do love a quiet night in just as much. There’s comfort in having the world have them as completely separate individuals during the days, the nights are theirs to share.

They both love to read and often read great parts aloud for each other. John could listen to Gale read for hours, finding it easy to stay put unlike usually, even if Gale is barely aware he’s even there when he gets really into it.

Gale doesn’t particularly like going to parties and he sometimes worries John will get tired of him because he’s not as outgoing but John is actually really content, he can party with anyone but he can only have these moments of peace with Gale ❤️ It also helps to throw all eyes off them because like noted in the og post Bucky being photographed with others keeps media off track.

Gale’s office is a good place to meet — John being seen there is ”likely place for him to be” since he has business there, and Gale’s office has seen both date lunches as well as John being bent over his table (…he on the other hand prefers to have Gale against the big windows since they’re so high up no one can see.) The fact that they weren’t caught by anyone else but Curt (Gale’s client and Bucky’s best friend who already knew) is a miracle.

John actually told multiple stories about their adventures together/about Gale in general in interviews before they went public but they made a joke out of it because John always tells about him with ”my friend Buck and I…”. After the relationship goes public fans love going back and trying to find all the clues from over the years.

They travel a lot too between Bucky’s filming schedules, they’re both really into history and love to see different sights all over the world (at times it’s the easiest to hide in plain sight in busy tourist destinations). Sometimes John drags them to beach resorts too tho if Gale seems extra stressed out — he always protest and wants to rather do city vacations but he always ends up loving it anyway.

(Their honeymoon is in a summer house of their friend on a private island and they sure make the most of it despite being public at the time — the privacy feels even more inviting because of it)

They are sometimes forced to stay apart long periods of time if John is filming somewhere and Gale can’t leave LA because of work but they always call and text goodnight, and because of their busy professional lives the time they do spend together is always precious and they never guilt the other about having to be away, they have a similar understanding of the importance of their careers.

They also go to the gym together which isn’t always the greatest because they are 1) competitive af and 2) chronically horny for each other, and the display of physical strength/beauty can be dangerous. Espescially if they’ve been busy layely; espescially if John happens to be bulking up for an action film and Gale is torn between wanting out-bulk him or let him carry him away from there.

Gale couldn’t care less about watching sports (he does go to some games every once in a while for Bucky but he’s always bored out of his mind) but he loves playing them, and they sometimes manage to arrange some friendly soccer or baseball or tennis etc with other friends too.

I kind of referenced this in one of the instagram things but it would be fun to imagine Gale getting pretty creative when seeing Bucky in different costumes/roles, like maybe he wouldn’t mind John bringing the uniform home one day. Bucky sees himself in the costumes for months but Gale might only come to set once or twice and be Thinking Thoughts later when they get home about it too.

I also hc that this Bucky would be very into fashion and style and loves shopping while Gale couldn’t care less, he’s wearing suits to work and something simple on his free time but John keeps dragging him along and making him suffer for hours in malls and boutiques as he tries go get him to try something on. After their relationship goes public Gale wants to present himself well and thus starts to wear more bold looks (he doesn’t have to worry about getting attention anymore either, so it’s actually kind of fun). John thinks it’s so over because the little he was able to concentrate on these things before is GONE (thinking about that Bikeriders premier cropped jacket and wide pants, Bucky would be nosebleeding and staring while some poor media people try to interview him)

Imagining them cooking each other midnight dinners when the other has to work late and slow dancing, bare feet in pyjamas in the kitchen in each others embrace were the first two images that came to mind so we’ll end with them 🖤
