anyways- we got this freak, and I kinda went ham n’ got carried away with my ideas for him, even if they really have nothing to do with either AU—

Blending the two AUs was easy, all it had to be, was the mythical circus animals, from Kooky’s AU, but if they were severely mistreated.

-The Jackalope’s clown costume barely fits him anymore, and if one of the bells punched through his ears, for atheistic purposes by the ringmaster, catches on something, the wounds reopen, and they start to bleed again. This happens often.

-The physical pain and mental suffering, being a part of this circus has caused its attractions, has affected each one in a drastically different way.

The Jackalope:

-The Jackalope is a sadist.

-The Jackalope has eaten people.

-The Jackalope’s ear is bent due to a mild deformity

-The Jackalope has a strong obsession with games. Particularly card games.

-The Jackalope carries a deck of cards in his overalls pocket.

-In-Game, regardless of what dialogue choices you pick for The Jackalope, he will ask you if you want to play cards, at the end of every conversation.

-Do not take him up on his offer.

-He will ask you every time you interact with him. He may get increasingly pushy about the invite, but you will never be forced into a game.

-A strange rule of respect he won’t change? Worried his urgency to get you to play, will give away sinister intentions? We might never know the true reason.

-Although he will play fairly (until he starts to lose) he is brag-worthy good, and there are painful, sadistic, prices to pay, if you lose to him.

-He won’t kill you. It being “over” is not fun to him. But he will do just about anything that won’t kill you.

- He will also let you run away, after a few rounds/a few losing punishments, and will be surprised yet thrilled, if you choose to return to him for another game. (You need to do this to unlock a special ending and achievement)

Card Punishment Levels:

-If he’s damaging your body, he likes you. In his twisted head, that’s light punishment.

-If he’s damaging your hands in any way (aka, the things you need to play cards with him, and do just about any other life task easily, but that doesn’t mean as much to him) you’ve done something to make him really dislike you.

It only took Kon a few minutes to arrive at Gotham this time, he's getting faster, and he's not sure where this sudden surge of power came from, but it's the least of his concerns right now.

And of course, he could find Morgan's apartment from memory. It's weird, he's been here so many times, but he's only shown up here as superboy twice. The time he got Morgan's cat for her, and the time she... He'd rather not think about it right now.

Morgan sat on the edge of the building, her legs dangling over the edge. Saying she was nervous right now was an understatement and really odd considering it was just Conner she was meeting.

She was also feeling something else but she refused to acknowledge what it was. It might come true and she didn’t want it to come true.

She glanced over her shoulder when he spoke, she didnt know what expression she was showing right now but she tried to mask her emotions. But knowing him knowing her, he probably knows whats up.

“So…” she repeated. She turned back fully to look at him before clicking her tongue, putting her hair back behind her ear. “This is weird.” She couldn’t help but voice out.

“No problem,” Morgan said, smiling a bit at the compliment.

Morgan took the opportunity to sit next to Vice, embarrassingly struggling for a moment— well, soon, she’d be able to climb anything. The hay bale wasn’t even that high— but she managed.

It was awkward and quiet. Morgan hated the quiet— but she doesn’t hate Smallville, no of course not— that’s why she’s often too loud or speak too much to fill that void.

But what do you say here?

Morgan wasn’t really good at comforting people, often resorting to jokes and jabs. Is that even appropriate right now? Morgan felt a bit frustrated with herself. She was going to be a mom soon and she can’t even talk to her brother.

“I’m not mad at you. I was just… worried,” Morgan said, finally, looking at Vice. She doesn’t even care if Carnival was the only who supposed to know that but she had to tell him that she wasn’t. “I hope you’re not mad at me too?”

Morgan hated liars. But she can’t deny that she’s one. She thinks she had a good reason to keep secrets from Vice, she also thinks she had a good reason to lie to him.

Maybe she only felt bad because he found out that she was lying. Or maybe she knew she was wrong for it, she should’ve just told him when he asked. It was a good opening and opportunity to tell him anyway.

She slipped on her new boots that she got from Ma Kent and walked outside the house, holding a plate of revel bars, and walk towards where Vice was.

But then the boy deliberately didn’t listen to her and said some stuff that weren’t supposed to hurt but it did anyway and she remembered the time he told her she was being overbearing.

So Morgan wanted to give him some space.

Wow, you really did give him space by talking to him as Carnival— you’re such an idiot— hey Mags will give Vice space but not Carnival!—

She found him, walking towards him and extended her hand with the plate to Vice. “Here,” she said, tone and face neutral.

When Lucy gets mad at her, she doesn’t experience this because the toddler forgets she was ever mad at Morgan. But Vice was different and it’s honestly making her nervous.

Vice had retreated to the barn after yesterday's... disagreement. Holing himself up with the Kent's herd of sheep, watching them from his perch atop a haybale. He idly twists some of the stems between his fingers.

He awkwardly looks up as Morgan approaches, looking a little pathetic.

'She's still mad at me' is the only thought that crosses his mind. He looks down at the plate in her extended hand and tilts his head. The bars look delicious, but that's no surprise considering Vice likes all of Morgan's cooking.

"...Thanks."

He takes a bar and silently skooches over a bit on the haybale, silently providing enough space for her to sit next to him if she wanted too. He bites into the bar and it's delicious, as usual for anything Morgan makes.

He sits in awkward silence once again, unsure of what to say. He's still pretty convinced that Morgan is mad at him for not listening to her, but she did just make him a snack...

can we talk about Emu’s bedroom for a second. Like. Oh my god

Not even from an agere perspective it’s great, because there’s so much color and little things and plushies everywhere and it’s so full of childish whimsy. But when you look at it from an agere standpoint…

imagine WxS having routine sleepovers at each other’s houses. Sometimes it’s at Tsukasa’s, the next it’s at Nene’s. Either way, at one point in time, it was Emu’s first time hosting. Of course she was ecstatic, she had to show everyone around! Especially her so super colorful magnificent sparkly-shiny bedroom!!!

Rui takes a single step inside and.. wow. His head feels light, his thoughts are oddly muddled, and as he picks up one of Emu’s plushies to inspect closer, he gets the inexplicable urge to chew on its ear. The longer he’s in there the smaller he feels, until he’s biting his thumbnail as a poor substitute for sucking on it. And yep, he’s regressed. All from Emu’s room.

She never realised a break up would hit her so bad. It felt like it was so easy to deal with when she was thinking about it.

Now, looking haggard with her eyes puffy and nose red. Her suitcase— the one she was gonna bring over to Jacyn— laid open on her bed, she wasn’t finished putting her stuff back to where they were supposed to be because she just broke down mid task.

She broke out of her reverie when she heard Conner. Opening the door for him, her eyes lit up a little. Her mind was too occupied to realise he had been in Gotham a lot lately.

“Merry Christmas, Connie,” she said. There was a pause before she stepped forward and engulfed him in a hug before she could even stop herself.

Amusement park headcannons for Jofoes!

Dio scoffs at the crowds and demands the park staff treat him as a VIP. They keep trying to tell him you just have to purchase a special pass to skip lines.

Kars sees the park as a monument to human stupidity. Though he will be pretty interested in the technological advancements used in the rides.

Wamuu does not understand the rides nor why humans seem to derive so much joy from them, but he will like any attractions that involve a test of strength (like a high striker or strongman game).

Esidisi doesn’t care much for the rides and sticks with Kars. They speak in some ancient language as they murmur praises and critiques of the machinery. The two end up getting the attention of some other people as they assume by their clothing they’re characters from one of the rides.

Pucci remains calm and composed but secretly looks forward to spending time with Dio. He gets a headache from all the commotion going on around them though.

Diavolo is immediately suspicious of the crowd and tries to blend in to avoid being noticed. Doppio is the one who enjoys the idea of the park, though Diavolo hates the unpredictability of it. Doppio gets a hat and a tshirt while at a gift shop- which Diavolo hates.

Kira hates the idea of being surrounded by noisy people. He sticks to the quietest areas of the park, like flower gardens or shaded benches. He can already feel his nails growing.

Diego treats the park like it’s beneath him, but it becomes clear he’s looking for a competition. He challenges others to beat his scores at carnival games or ride the scariest attractions without flinching, all while trying to act uninterested.

Valentine insists on going to see any historically themed rides. He walks with an air of dignity, even in a chaotic park. He’d enjoy any gallery sections or interactive viewing experience type attractions.

Dio rides the biggest roller coasters without flinching, just to prove his superiority. He mocks anyone who screams or hesitates.

Kars claims the rides are beneath him but enjoys the adrenaline rush. He remains stoic, even on the scariest attractions.

Wamuu keeps a straight face on thrill rides but does enjoy them. He’s interested in what humans consider to be a show of bravery.

Esidisi doesn’t care about the ride so long as he’s next to Kars. He’ll act just as unimpressed but will be smug if he sees anyone get scared.

Pucci definitely prefers gentler rides but agrees to join Dio on a few coasters (he told him he’d just watch from a park bench but Dio dragged him on), quietly clutching the safety bar while reciting prayers.

Diavolo hates being out of control, so he avoids coasters entirely. Doppio wants to experience at least a few rides, so he convinces Diavolo to let him be for a little. He gets motion sick.

Kira flat out refuses to go on any thrill rides. He sticks to the carousel and ferris wheel, enjoying the quiet and simplicity.

Diego wishes the rides were scarier. He unintentionally gains a small following of girls who fawn over how brave he is. He only encourages it by recounting stories of his most intense horse racing days.

Valentine will only ride attractions that feel "respectable," like ferris wheels. He uses the ferris wheel to deliver long speeches about unity and greatness to whoever was unfortunate enough to get seated with him.

Carnival Games

Dio wins everything effortlessly. He walks away with armfuls of prizes and flaunts them. He later tosses them though.

Kars learns the mechanics of the games instantly and dominates, but finds the rewards trivial. He gives his prizes to Wamuu.

Wamuu loves games like the hammer slam. He accidentally breaks the machine and apologizes but is a bit confused why it’s so “easy”.

Esidisi gets overly competitive, drawing a crowd with his dramatic reactions when he wins or loses.

Pucci calmly plays a few games but doesn’t care much about winning. He’s more focused on keeping the group from causing too much damage. He convinces Dio at one point to stop pettily winning all the prizes before the kids at the park get a turn.

Diavolo doesn’t want to participate at first, irritated that the games are rigged. When he sees Kira look at a cat themed prize though, he goes at one of the machines until he wins it.

Kira avoids games altogether, considering them beneath him. He watches from a distance, annoyed by the noise. He thanks Diavolo for the prize he gave him, despite Diavolo insisting it was just an easy win (as if he didn’t spend half an hour yelling at the claw machine).

Diego is very competitive and enjoys beating the people at the stalls. He accuses the games of being rigged against him when he loses.

Valentine wins at least one game to set an example of "American excellence" and gives his prize to a random child, delivering a heartfelt speech about kindness.

Food Stalls

Dio refuses to eat the "peasant food" offered in the park.

Kars considers the food primitive and does not eat it.

Wamuu will try any type of food at least once, but he mostly just sticks to meaty dishes.

Esidisi wants spicy food and complains there’s nothing hot enough for his taste.

Pucci politely declines any junk food offers.

Diavolo doesn’t eat in public, but Doppio buys ice cream and accidentally drops it on his shoe, which infuriates Diavolo.

Kira brings his own packed lunch to avoid eating messy park food. He eats it in the most secluded spot he can find.

Diego is one of the only ones who knows how to enjoy some good park food.

Valentine chooses a classic hot dog.

Afterwards-

The group is banned from the amusement park for causing property damage, breaking ride equipment, and scaring the staff.
