I don’t usually do this but I feel like I have to show some love for Aioi cause it’s my second favorite Saki comm.

The song is legitimately a bop. I get why the Master chart feels repetitive, but me, I like how it feels like repetitions on theme. (But the song is a lot of variation on the theme of always being together so I feel like it works in that context)

Oh yeah btdubs as an extension of my previous one (kind of) I just never liked Aioi. Both the song and the chart. For the song, it’s not quite slow it’s just mid-tempo but it feels kind of repetitive. I know sometimes bad songs have good charts but my main problem with Aioi’s chart is that it’s too long, at 2:42. They probably could’ve cut the whole part at the end to make it more bearable because whenever it gets selected I so want to disconnect. Also the Master chart is really repetitive just like the song so yeah. Too bad you can’t do much with slow song charts.

Stop hating on slow songs. In particular here's two cases that really piss me off.

"But Rhody, I hate this slow song because the chart is bad!" Well if you hate the chart then say that. You hate the chart. I've said this before and I'm gonna say it again. Make sure to separate the song from its chart. For example I REALLY hate the chart for Made to Order because of the golden burst at the piano bridge which always gets me down. However that doesn't stop me from appreciating the song itself.

"But Rhody, I hate all slow songs because they're all bad!" Now this is what we call a hasty generalization. Your problem is probably that you don't like slow songs V, B, and S. So then you think that ALL slow songs must be bad. This is a faulty argument based on insufficient evidence. Go listen to all of them and tell me now.
