The manner in which ambulance dogs are employed is to help the Red Cross men and doctors to search for wounded within a given area on the battlefield. A dog's sense of scent and acute hearing enable him frequently to detect the sound of the breathing of a wounded man when inaudible to the human ear. Moreover, a puff of wind often suffices to carry to the dog's nose the scent of a man lying possibly unconscious in some concealed place.

  PorterDavis, March 1st, 2022: I don't want the feds to have more power to screw people over.     

PorterDavis, literally the day before: I think the country's governors should let countless Floridians suffer and die just because the governor of Florida didn't support Biden with troops to act as cops.  

I think the second-most-stupid part is how Davis thinks there's any chance every single other state, including conservative ones, would not send help.    

The most stupid part is how Davis doesn't realize this would make the other states and Biden look bad, not DeSantos. 

Remember when Team Blue got really mad at Trump because they thought he did this to Puerto Rico?     

Imagine that happened again, on mainland American soil, for such a petty reason.     

Imagine.

• You say you respect my dream @porterdavishomes but it sure doesn’t feel like it. Unfortunately, our dream’s feeling a little deflated due to water leaks. Each time it rains, it runs down through cracks and gaps in our front balcony, overflowing to the porch and front doors, and seeping through windows. It’s been 10 weeks, with multiple inspections from supervisors, tilers, caulkers and glaziers, with no resolution of the problem. To say I’m frustrated at this point is an understatement. I am sick of waiting day after day to hear from supervisors promising to see to the issues, with massive delays in follow up and communication. With trades people being unreliable, or showing up with little or no knowledge of the works they are there to complete, meaning little or no works have been done. It has been a complete waste of my time and energy. I replied to one of #porterdavis’ posts with a line “Look for the Union label” and someone remembered it is a song. Yes, it is! This was the ILGWU’s (International Ladies Garment Workers Union) song. Here are the lyrics:

There are no real Christians in the United States it’s a fake religion praying to fake god with a fake savior and it’s time to put these Christians in front of a firing line or Deport them back to the country from where their ancestors illegally immigrated to this country.

Interesting take, though my ancestors were here to greet your bloodthirsty, land-stealing, enslaving, and disease-carrying ones when they landed and swept through.  Hmm.
