Hello everyone! Sun-kissed Pages: A KobyLu Zine is excited to announce our KobyLu Advent Calendar prompt list! There's a few different ways you can follow along -- you can either create something daily OR pick one prompt from each group for a total of five pieces! Optional prompts and bonus challenges have been added for a little bit more flexibility and fun.

Feel free to tag us with your creations so we can share them! We'll also be posting accompanying KobyLu works by our mods and contributors here 🌻👒💖

Below the cut is a text version of the prompt list:

December 1-5 / Prompt Set 1:

Optional: Replace any prompt by redrawing or rewriting a canon scene instead!

some "new" designs for different crassus and pompey, specifically for a side project I've been playing with that's so removed from anything relevant (action/adventure/horror standalone story lmao) that they kind of needed their own thing. this story's pompey has a neck scar from an Incident™, crassus has shorter hair and wears (checks notes) jewelry sometimes.

#graves grime and gore tag #the default designs are still the ''''trikaranos''''' ones because it's nebulously like. eh. grounded enough in rome #this is the dmbj au but it's less dmbj and more like i put on every tomb robber movie on youku and went 'yeah okay'#while i was working. anyway. when i post from that story. i will make it clear that it is a separate contained story doing it's own thing #this version of crassus also more or less has black hair while my main crassus has brown hair #pompey is bottle blond no matter what universe he's in #god what else what else. it's set during their first joint consulship. crassus is more of an outright dick but it's because he's annoyed #that pompey is not getting with the program (you cannot become sulla during peace time!)#and this version of pompey is like a specific imposter syndrome anxiety has been cranked up to eleven and it's made him #overly competitive in stupid ways like the thing you think crassus is doing does not matter to him in the slightest #we gotta establish characterizations right off the bat and we're swinging big because i am NOT setting up anything prior to Events #like (snaps fingers) go explore the ruins consuls! get in the TOMB FELLAS. Does anyone know what the timeline of the TWST main story is??? iirc Heartslabyul takes place in September before Ace’s birthday. Actually I think Prologue & Heartslabyul spans at least a week at max 😭😭

Savanaclaw is probably Late October… purely bcs I don’t think they’d do a school festival so early into the year

Octavinelle is like November-> Early December to me bcs it’s the midterm exam period, & idt they’d do exams right after a festival, but who knows…

Scarabia’s over winter break so December ->January

Pomefiore is probably??? somewhere around January as well?? Because I remember it was still snowing from the cutscene that Prefect has with Kalim abt his disappointment on not being a main singer. I’m betting on Late January at earliest. And Ignihyde takes place literally the night after Pomefiore 😭😭😭 This is also just guesswork based on how far up north the Sage’s Isle is, I assume the winters last longer there.

As for Diasomnia I got no clue at all 💔💔 all ik is that it should be getting warmer bcs of the reactions the characters have towards Malleus causing snow & winds to pick up… I used to think it was March but it probably isn’t 😭
