The Feywoods were a wonderful and beautiful place to view and experience if you were brave and cunning enough to outplay the tricky little magical creatures that lived within, or understood how to tell the difference between plants that had no interest in eating you and the ones that did.. Then there was just the wildlife to deal with after that, and those were just as difficult to figure out if they were friend or foe.

Noah had enough knowledge of certain places in here to survive, he'd been brought here a handful of times as a boy and had been fascinated by the bright colours and strange creatures and spent most of his free time reading about the woods, learning what he could to aid him in his own adventures within. The Princess had discovered this little pass time of his and, in hindsight, had challenged him to prove he retained any such knowledge as a way to get him to take her there to satiate her own curiosities of the mystical place.

She'd played him like a fiddle, and he wasn't entirely upset by that and more impressed.. She truly fit right in with him and his peoples.

He notes how careful she is with examining the dimly glowing and colourful flowers on the edge of their makeshift camp even though he's already told her that the flowers in question are safe to touch; that would earn her points with the curious eyes of the tricky creatures no doubt watching them. He's felt their eyes on them for a while, hasn't called attention to it because the last thing he wants is a battle of wits with a creature much more well versed in the topic than he could hope to be; instead he just continues working on lighting the fire, blue eyes flitting over to her occasionally to watch with some amusement as she takes in her surroundings.

Once the fire is lit, he finally speaks up. “ Is it as wonderful as you thought it'd be? ” He can't help but ask despite how obvious she had been in her wonder. “ This is usually as far in as I like going, but there's a lagoon not too far from here that's very enchanting--, and equally as dangerous, we can go over there once we're settled here if you promise not to wander too far from me. ” He won't insult her by stating for the millionth time how dangerous is it to wander off alone in here, she's smart enough to understand that, but like him, impulses can be a little too overpowering. “ But the water is warm and glows purple at night.. while it's safe to dip your toes in, I'd save going for a swim until daylight hours. ”

going    from    ricky's    performance    in    mamma    mia    to    their    auditioning    and    subsequent    run    in    la    la    land,    nini    found    a    much    deeper    appreciation    for    live    performance.    she'd    been    so    wrapped    up    in    making    music    that    she'd    somewhat    lost    her    love    for    performing    live,    but    when    the    announcement    of    the    la    la    land    broadway    production    came,    nini    knew    there    was    nothing    she    wanted    more    than    that.    

they'd    already    considered    moving    to    new    york    city,    getting    a    fresh    start    away    from    all    the    bullshit    they'd    dealt    with,    and    spending    some    time    with    their    east    coast    friends.    nini's    dream    role    coming    around    was    just    icing    on    the    cake.    their    casting    was    the    best    day    of    nini's    life,    save    for    when    she    and    ricky    got    back    together.    it    felt    like    things    were    finally    falling    into    place.

Well... this is new. All Ears, his Noivern has gone off missing from the campsite that he had set up. It's been... hours. Now Jonathan is starting to get worried. Their Pokemon had told them that All Ears had gone off towards the upper river where there was a trail hike towards the entrance. There was multiple ways to get into this forest, but Jonathan had hoped that this spot inside of the forest could provide them with a sense of 'home'. Even if their home is literally a tree house.

"All Ears!? Where are ya, buddy?!" Jonathan called out from the entrance of the forest where their ears flickered lightly, hearing the chittering of Noivern in the distance. Finally. He caught up to their starter. "Jeez louise, bud. You can't just go running off-" Jonathan noticed that face to face there was a literal stand off between All Ears and a HUGE fucking Hariyama. Okay, okay! No no no! Not happening. "Woah, woah, woah! Hey! All Ears!" Jonathan calls out rushing towards the scene. Sure he's immortal and durable, but he didn't want to be on the receiving end of a Hariyama's thrust.

"What's the matter with you!?" Jonathan chastised the Noivern who was chittering in annoyance now being caught in the act. Unaware that behind the Hariyama is a literal trainer he's guarding.

HE NOTICES ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, when the red haired woman walks into the room. He's not sure what it is about her that he see's first though.

She's wearing a hooded cloak to conceal herself which is.. Well, he can see the logic in her thinking, but she is the only one here trying to hide herself away, and Noah isn't the only one who had noticed her. A few of his men had noticed her too and while he would like to say that they're smart enough to keep away from her, he can't say that he trusts them enough to do so.

She did walk into their hideaway and help herself to their drink. Mina seemed to be doing a good job at keeping the pickpockets at bay and keeping her engrossed in conversation. The dark haired woman even glares at Noah as he approaches, knowing that he's letting his curiosity get the better of him, unfortunately for her, she can't tell him what to do.

He slides onto the stool next to hers, letting the leg drag off the floor so that his presence is known, the stranger looks at him with a look akin to a deer in lamplight and he only responds with a smile, holding his hand out to her. “ You're a long way from wherever you're supposed to be, are you not? ” The parts of her clothing that is peeking out from under the cloak are not the rags that usually adorn the usual townsfolk or weary travellers who find their way in. “ Any particular reason for your visit or were you simply following the breeze? ”

Something about the planet's atmosphere, sparkling with orange and magenta hues and pink tinted clouds, brought his mind to spin in a nice haze. Adding to what the drugs in his system already made him feel.

It was nice. Oh, so nice. Especially by his partners' side. Damn, did she know how to party. All of the reason why he liked her so much and loved spending all of his time with her.

If it were up to him, he could easily ditch the revenge kick and stay on this planet. Besides, he was getting a bit too old for all of this shit. And at this point, he lost all hope of even catching the guy.

Maybe he should just give up.

Laid out on the grass, several bodies were laid next to and around him. All staring up at the same sky that he was. Enjoying the high of the drug he stole brought from another dimension. Only to share with all of Unity.

With a tilt of his head to the side, staring at the host or main body, whichever she preferred to call it. Softened blue eyes took in the figure before him. A certain feeling bubbled within him, almost overwhelmingly so.

It pushed him to move forward. Smashing his lips onto the ones in front of him. Controlling in the kiss. Firm yet passionate. Solely relying on the way he felt.

Nothing else mattered in this moment. Not that one Rick, not his revenge kick, and certainly not the gory past that he still lived in, yet, tried to run away from. What did was this moment. Here and now.
