These people are enemies, Weapon couldn't let his guard down around them.

The team looked at Weapon in shock and began to whisper among themselves.

“What do we do?”

“Do we wait for leader?”

Their whispering was staring to irritate him, so he decided to tug on his chains a bit more aggressively.

This quieted the whispers.

“I will ask again,” Weapon warned. “Let. Me. Go.”

Weapon really didn’t have time for this.

Whumper didn’t acknowledge Caretaker's presence and continued brushing Whumpee's hair.

He chuckled at Whumpee's change in demeanor. Not too long ago, Whumpee was clawing at Whumper's arms.

Now he’s lying on Whumper's lap without a care in the world!

Caretaker must have gotten annoyed by Whumper's lack of response.

So, he shouted his words a bit louder.

“I said! What have you done to him?!” This time Caretaker drew his sword towards Whumper.

That must gotten Whumper's attention.

Whumper's gaze left Whumpee for a brief moment.

“I made him perfect.”
