What would Fae Horror do if he actually got your true name? By happenstance or however? Like, he doesn't want it, but what will he do now that he has it?

Treasure it. Lock it away in the deepest part of his Soul. Wild horses couldn't tear it out of him, no torture known to man or fae could get that word out of his mouth. Not even a direct order from Nightmare would get him to spill. Fae Horror doesn't forget the things that mean the most to him.

Horror is far more aware than anyone gives him credit for. He's a hunter, after all, and his senses are fine-tuned to perfection. Perhaps he overheard you slip up and reveal it, or he found your old human ID card in your belongings... if you join him on his long walks across the winter landscape, he'll be carrying you while you sleep for long stretches, and he'll probably hear you sleeptalking it.

Unlike the others, who would be eager to reveal they know it and cross into the next part of a relationship, you may get years into knowing Horror without ever realising he knew your true name the whole time. He simply cares more about you than whatever 'power' he can or can't wield over you.

Whether or not he knows your true name won't affect whether or not you like his baking. And that's the most important thing of all.

#got so so inspired by all the cool pony art full of symbolism #managed to kick away my fatigue and headache to suddenly draw this with just a vague plan in mind at 1 am #i put a lot of little details everywhere #tried to make the fur of his neck look like his poncho #the hole where his body is separated shows the void instead of gore #his ears and tail are like his jester hat #the chaos heart behind him has green for its host #the faded text is his speech right before fighting Super Dimentio #the fox trap is green because Luigi is a fox #the trap was for him #but Dimentio caught himself in it instead #how ironic #a fox and a hare #yet the real danger here isn't the predator #my dear hare in fox clothing #trying so hard to pretend to be something he's not #fighting back so hard #trying desperately to ignore the fact that deep down #the only thing he wants to do is RUN #fighting back against his nature #using his teeth instead of his legs #only to bite off more than he can chew #and paying the price #what a tragedy #but who's to blame really?#HB draws #tw beheading #dimentio #super paper mario #tw eyestrain
