Hey Guys! Happy Friday!! I’m not the kind of person who preaches one diet over another. We are all different!
However, I have been finding that eating a mostly (emphasis on mostly) Keto diet has completely changed my weight loss and my body. I’m no longer bloated, I no longer have cravings, and I’m losing consistently.
I found this list on The Greek Body Codex and I wanted to share in case any of you are interested in trying it!

My hip was sore from running this morning so I went for a long walk. Seems counterintuitive. Sitting and not moving enough, I've found, intensifies the pain. Lubricating and getting nourishment to the joint has helped me tremendously. You do that by using the joint. My leftover soup from dinner served as lunch today for both me and my husband. On days when he doesn't have a lunch meeting, I send him off to work with a home cooked lunch. I guess I get it from my mom. We always had the best lunches in grades school. Coconut based made with my homemade broth, I kicked the heat up in this delightful soup with cayenne pepper and sriracha then topped it's with cilantro and sesame oil. Veggies include broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, baby eggplant, red pepper, tomato paste, and cauliflower. Many are from @farm2kitchenli
