List of things about Junk Yard Dog that I am rotating in my mind forever and ever:

KITT calling for Michael's help over and over while being drowned in acid, not even trying to go on auto at any point (likely just bc it made more sense that way, but I choose to believe it's bc he was That scared)

Michael having to be physically pulled away from the acid pit while promising KITT he'll be back for him

Everything about the scene where they pull the car's shell up onto the truck

Also Michael having to be kicked out of the space where Bonnie and crew are rebuilding KITT bc otherwise he was just gonna sit there and keep an eye on him the whole time (while looking like the world's saddest wettest dog)

And specifically the scene where he's leaning on the window to watch them and holds his wrist up like he's using the comlink (opposite wrist, but I can pretend)

"We're planning a test run on the track in a few minutes, Michael. Can you be there?" "I wouldn't miss it for the world."

"He's trying to play the brave soldier. For you, I suspect." (<- car who REALLY doesn't want his partner to be worried or think less of him)
