Sooo I tried redesigning an old adopt I made a year or two ago :D

I don't think my style has changed too much, but there's a good sense of cohesion and dynamic that has started to come through, which I'm really happy to see :]

ON THE 19TH, I AM RUNNING 12KM WITH HBF RUN FOR A REASON, AND I'VE BEEN FUNDRAISING FOR THE BUTTERFLY FOUNDATION, A GROUP FOCUSED ON PREVENTING EDS, AS WELL AS SUPPORTING THOSE LIVING WITH EDS.

But... Why?

Since age 12, I've been living with disordered eating, and this past year I've been caught in a severe cycle of restrictive to binge/purging anorexia. When I heard about HBF run for a reason, I wanted to take it on: not only to raise money for an extremely important foundation, but also as a challenge to myself. I have been training... Not only physically, but mentally, to prepare myself for this run. 12km might not seem like a huge deal, but to someone who's lost most of their physical strength to illness, doing this run is going to be my Mount Everest.

What is the Butterfly Foundation?

The Butterfly Foundation is an Australian organisation dedicated to supporting Australians impact by all types of eating disorders from all walks of life. Their primary service is their helplines, and I cannot stress how important these are. EDs are a socially isolating experience, and in more cases than not, people with an ED will completely socially isolate themselves, meaning that in moments of crisis, they might not have anyone to go to. Raising funds will allow the Butterfly Foundation to keep itself up and running, and to keep providing the lifesaving support that it has been providing to people like me.

I can't donate, but I really want to help :(
