Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis The First Soldier Episode 2 Theory and Prediction Discussion

Good evening Final Fantasy VII peepsters!

Welp, it's November. Today we are going to be discussing what's been in my head while playing FFVII Ever Crisis. Before we get started, this is probably my first theory and prediction to ever discuss. I've probably seen other theories that relates to the episode 2 of First Soldier, so I decided to do this in my own thoughts and my own words, and could agree what other theories could be true or not true. It all takes some patience to find out what will happen in the future in First Soldier! So the topic tonight is going to be about Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis: The First Soldier Episode 2 Theory! (also made a presentation art for future discussions :) )

I was going to do this before and after Halloween, but hadn't got the chance to finish up so I feel like this will be rushed lol. I had a blast yesterday for Halloween, though!

Oh! Before I forget, I must warn to each and every one of the FFVII fans that have never played Ever Crisis, and/or did but hadn't gotten into the second episode of First Soldier, Crisis Core, FFVII, etc., just to warn y'all that this will contain spoilers! Read this at your own risk! Or have an experience on EP 2! So beware of ghosts of spoilers! Ooooooooooo~ 👻

*clears throat* Well, with no further ado, let's get on with the discussion!

Episode 2 of Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier

I have indeed finished The First Soldier episode 1 just before starting the second one. It was just before Halloween started. I really enjoyed the first episode! Really shows the past of Sephiroth! Young Sephiroth looks handsome as when he was a grown handsome man as well hehehehe <3. I really liked how they did Sephiroth as some sort of a 14-year-old hero before his fall into a psycho villain. It also shows who he was before the Nibelheim mission, what he really thought of his friends, which would be Glenn, Matt and Lucia, and what he had wanted other than a hero, but a normal ordinary life as other kids unlike him had. This also shows how he ended up being Shinra's golden SOLDIER (why I called that because he was the first one to even have incredible powers). However, we get to see more as we dive into more of Sephiroth's past. Let's begin!

Sephiroth and Angeal First Meeting

In episode 2 of First Soldier, we see how Sephiroth and Angeal met.

Angeal Hewley was introduced in Crisis Core as a SOLDIER with honor, pride and the most respected member, gifted with the iconic Buster Sword in the FFVII series before the real thing as a symbol of his family's honor. He is also the mentor of another character that was also important to the series is Zack Fair, another SOLDIER member that dreams of becoming a hero like Sephiroth.

Until learning about who he really is, Angeal dreamed of becoming human due to the fact that Dr. Hollander was responsible for the Jenova Project, or rather Project G to make him a perfect monster, as Genesis was a failure at this point, as well as Angeal claiming he has created his very own suffering.

Now, in ep 2 of The First Soldier, a young Angeal plans to leave to Midgar to join SOLDIER to honor his family before his stepfather’s death. He was to dispatch to Robio in Wutai, and boom! Angeal meets Sephiroth for the first time. Sephiroth appears to be pissy, and Angeal tries to cheer him up and lighten him up. Angeal looked handsome as a young fella ^^.

I think Sephiroth and Angeal would be going separate ways. However, what I think would happen is that they would bond later on. Plus, they were friends along with Genesis in Crisis Core.

Masamune Origins

Wondering how Sephiroth got the most iconic sword in FFVII history, and how it became a main thing? Wondered how he got the Masamune? Look no further! As most of the players were playing through all the sections, we now see a new character in the game named Masamune, based on a sword of its namesake.

Now, Masamune appears to be swordsmith of Robio, and he had the katana by his name. What my prediction or theory may be is there could be the possibility of Sephiroth obtaining the iconic Masamune in future chapters. Plus, Sephiroth's Nameless being sliced in half, I would how the aftermath might be ^^;

Well, this is going to be interesting and I'm actually looking forward to how Sephiroth obtains the Masamune from… well, Masamune (character) is going to go. Dark, climaxing, we won't know until future chapters!

Now, about the character Masamune of what I first saw him, he almost reminds me of the actor Christopher Lee lol. Also, I wondered how Sephiroth and Masamune would communicate or how they would have a bond, friendship, or even become enemies. We'll have to see on that one. This will become interesting to see!

Bachman

Bachman, or is another character that appears as a journalist for Shinra as he records Sephiroth and Angeal in action to have a detailed report.

I'd say he could be a documentary guy or something like that!

Well, to be honest, I am not sure if I have an interest about Bachman, but I'll have to see for myself what he could possibly do in future chapters. I thought he was just a minor character, but he could be important. We'll just have to sit back for more of his development as well.

Alissa Goldie

Hey, look! Another female character! Another feminine SOLDIER! Wow! Interesting!

*coughs*

Whoops. Gotten carried away there, am I not? Ahem… where was I? Ah, yes! Alissa Goldie, indeed!

Next subject to discuss in this FFVII theory is Alissa Goldie (it's a pretty name for her btw ^^).

Alissa Goldie is another female 2nd class SOLDIER appearing in this episode of First Soldier. She appeared as another missing SOLDIER I believe until found before Sephiroth and Angela's encounter with Masamune as some sort of upbeat kind of person, until she sassed Sephiroth for staring at her after meeting or seeing her.

Now, some people may be in shock when they see Alissa at first. Her character development intends to look identical to Sephiroth's birth mother Lucrecia.

Oh boy! This is going to be nerve wrecking, but here are the list of predictions of what I think will be happening with Alissa and Sephiroth.

Prediction 1: Prediction number 1 of what I am about to say is later on, I believe that what will happen in this episode 2 if that Alissa Goldie will turn out to be either an antagonist, maybe villain and/or a Jenova clone that will trigger Sephiroth’s mental disturbance. Well, we probably have seen clones in the FFVII original story. We'll probably find about this kind of prediction for Alissa’s character development

Prediction 2: This option of the prediction will indicate what I might also think if Alissa will be Lucrecia in disguise. Lucrecia is Sephiroth’s birth mother, as Hojo gives him the photo of her in episode 1 of TFS and claims her name is Jenova, who is actually a calamity from space that tried to destroy the planet but was pulled out of the 2000-year-old rock layer and experimented and was kept enclosed in the Nibel Reactor. We all have seen the Nibelheim Incident, presenting Sephiroth’s descent to madness and his death after his massacre in the village, when Cloud starts to be a real deal for the FFVII series, and Zack as well. In this prediction for First Soldier, I believe Alissa could be Lucrecia in actual see her son in person after what Hojo had done to him, and her. He does dream about his mother after couple of chapters, which warms my heart to see the moment is real mother and son ❤️

Prediction 3: This is probably the weirdest, obscure or awkward prediction, but could be shocking. This would have the Sephiroth fans to freak out over this, but in the third prediction, Alissa could be whether just an ordinary girl and/or to be (here I go) Sephiroth's love interest. Yes, awkward. However, Sephiroth is flustered by Alissa's facial identity to look like his mother. She also tells Angeal the world will change if Sephiroth continues to use his sword. This is the prediction I doubt that would happen. I could be wrong, but this has been in my head that I LITERALLY had been bragging to myself about. Spehiroth’s canon love interest? This would freak the Sephiroth fans out. Even me. Now, my apologies if it does freak you out, but it would be doubtful if Alissa could be a canon Sephiroth's love interest. I was hoping for prediction 2, but we'll sure better get some really good sleep with patience for future chapters to hope if either of the theories are true. This isn't to intend to freak those fans out on purpose. Just to explain which prediction could be true or not.

Let's sit back and wait for future chapters to witness more of the story of Sephiroth, and Angeal as well! This could give me some ideas how my CC fanfic is going to go. I do plan to do as much as possible so I can catch up to the stories! I was going to add more, but I might do another theory since I don't have time now. Young Sephiroth -- Under the Moonlight

Hello, FFVII peepsters! It's that time again for another postings! Although it's been a bit, here is another Ever Crisis fanwork for Halloween! 🎃

Here we have Dark Harbinger Sephiroth under the moonlight, in the silhouette vision!

Originally I was going to go for the other one, but the Dark Harbinger would be so hard to draw by how this design looks lol. So I figured to do a plan B! A silhouette art!

I found Sephiroth's Dark Harbinger pretty cool! I thought him in a Kuja outfit was pretty cool too, but sadly didn't get that one :(. If they ever try to do another reawaken of the FFIX event I'll try to get the Kuja outfit for him ^^.

I finally got the DH outfit before today, which I am going to take a break from playing it today. I worked really hard by dungeons, co-ops (which I've been doing a lot lately) in order to obtain this outfit, and finally did it and drew this ^^

Chibi Rose -- Jack O' Lantern

🕷️Happy Halloween, lovelies! 🕷️

Yes, it's been awhile, but today is going to be a really good night of Halloween! This is kinda of a rushed work, but I decided to do a chibi Rose LaBelle laying on top of the Jack-O-Latern! 🎃

I was playing Ever Crisis after watching Sweeney Todd and forgot to make something for Halloween, so I figured a chibi art will do! :3 I did the cookies by the kit for Halloween from Walmart (witch didn't turn out well because I didn't like the taste :p), that didn't go as I expected but oh well. I'll get really good stuff later on ^^. Just going to stay home from trick-or-treating this year.

I am going to be watching The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline tonight ^^ I got two (or more) Halloween stuff to display so I do apologize for spamming ^^

Hurricane Aftermath Update

I was going to post this later, but got busy.

So we got back home after the evacuation from the hurricane.

And guess what? My family and I got lucky ❤️

We had the siding damaged (not a hole formed thankfully), tree branches flown, and power outage. We got the generator going. But guess what else! We might get power back early as unexpectedly! We saw the electric people just as we were going to the store (some are open) and as they say we may lose power for a week, but when we saw those people, we are in shock. For some reason, we were the lucky ones that hadn't had the worst. If the eye wall were close to our area, our home could've been done.

I will try my best to display as much as possible after a busy week. To tell y'all the truth, it hasn't been a good week at all for all of us. Anxieties over this is just too much to handle. I'm just grateful we're very lucky to still have a home and our lives. I just unpacked everything and I'm a mess after all that. Tired, stressed, sore, all that. We got McDonald's for lunch/dinner, and I might continue to unpack till morning after breakfast or if I have the time or so on

Anyways, my condolences has been given out for those who hadn't been lucky and/or those that had been wiped out or died during the storm ❤️

And my prayers for them to stay safe will be given ❤️

Man, has it been… 2 years since I drew Final Fantasy IX fan works? This is just a simple idea of this lol. This was done in January, hadn't gotten a chance to get this displayed ever since lol. I missed drawing this little dude. I did manage to replay FFIX to get a few things right ^^

Huh? More Studio Ghibli Art Dumps?

Golly, I think it's been like… LAST YEAR since drawing any Studio Ghibli fanarts. I did these last weekend before planning on more fanarts.

Yes, probably the same old ideas, but I needed to do some somehow lol. All autumn coming through! I also did some shadowing ^^;

I did watch a couple last weekends. Earwig and the Witch is what I first watched last year during my wisdom teeth recovery. It was alright in my opinion ^^. I was supposed to get this displayed, but anxiety got in the way. We had a storm coming, a hurricane, and that heightened up my anxiety pretty bad. Monday was hell to say the least. It's not tomorrow yet, but I figured to get this uploaded before the power outage. Hopefully I'll draw and write more when it's over, if we don't lose power that is. Depends!

Young Sephiroth -- Alone in Thoughts

Welp, I'm back with another FFVII art, and this time, it's young Sephiroth. I know it's not the best title, but best I can do lol

I always thought that young Sephiroth is the cutest boy in the game, even at the tender age of his ^^. Man, if only I didn't have to grind so much in order to see what Sephiroth's past really was ^^;

I was actually doing great in Ever Crisis :). SPOILER for those who hadn't played EC, but after it's 1st anniversary during the login in prizes, I got A LOT of stuff to level up with! I had been days without grinding for so long that I got through FFVII, Crisis Core and First Soldier fast enough (and all chapters, but completed some along with events (which not completed yet lol)). And I also got Sephiroth's ultimate weapon, which I didn't even think I would get it until about two days ago I believe. I am hoping soon to finish First Soldier before the episode 2 comes out! This is the first Ever Crisis fanart I made ^^

Happy 15th Anniversary 9! 💚

Happy 15th anniversary to a beautiful, haunting and epic 2009 film of 9!

Here we got 9 running playfully and Rose LaBelle (my OC) holding a bouquet of flowers, probably running along with him ❤️ Just some brotherly sisterly bond 💚 I was going to add 5, but I didn't want to re-layer or give myself a hard time or create more delayed time to get it done. So this just the two of them ^^;

This is kinda rushed, because I was about to do it last night, but got busy with FFVII Ever Crisis, which they had a 1st anniversary since it's released. And (spoiler maybe ^^;) I got like A LOT of cool things to grind some stuff fast without even going to battles over and over for items that'll take FOREVER to grind. I actually came up with plans to actually get through the mobile game on my computer since I got extras from the login in item charts, and I was really glad I got to do most of them since I'm levels up high and grinding faster. :)

Anyways, back to this topic, I did watch 9 today after dinner, just after getting home from school. I finished it right before watching the movie, and started on it this morning before heading to the bus, and to continue on the bus before getting home and finished it after dinner. I liked how it turned out :) This film brought me so much joy, and very surprised it turned 15 today, for the fact I hadn't known it at a young age until 2021 when I got into it very much!

Amber -- Beauty of Nature

Heyo!

Ya know, it's been awhile since drawing any type of Genshin Impact fanart ever since… oh mighty, probably a YEAR or two 0_0. Well, in July of this year I was able to get my instincts back into drawing more Genshin Impact stuff 0w0. So I did Amber with a yellow flower, admiring the beauty of nature 🥰

This is done in July, just hadn't gotten around to displaying this until today. I didn't play Genshin Impact today but did yesterday and trying to grind the best I could lol. And Amber was still hard to draw XP

Zack X Aerith -- Field Kiss

Heyo! Long time no see!

Well, I'm back to displaying (again) and hoping to do more this weekend and Labor Day. So here is a piece of art with Zack and Aerith sharing a kiss out in the middle of the plain field ❤️

I just adore this Final Fantasy couple! I think (spoiler alert!) during the cutscenes, I always find these two absolutely beautiful together and more sad till the end (the hug during chapter 5 was heart-wrenching ;_;). Now (please don't take this as an offense when I say this ^^;), I've seen a lot of other FF ships based on their preferences, but hey, it's alright. We all gotta respect their shipping preferences as long as we don't stoop up at such low and bring them down is what I say ^^. I will eventually find more shop favs by playing other FF games in the meantime ^^

I did this art during May and hadn't even gotten this done until June or July. That's when my other marker decided to go bone dry. And just now, I've been in art block for quite awhile. Mental health, plans, etc. had me slowing down lol. So we got Fall coming! Hopefully I can lift my courage to draw again and display more ^^. Hopefully Halloween this year won't be too bad. Just got around to play the OG FFVII and decided to get this displayed before bed ^^. I am actually happy how this turned out ❤️

Tifa (OG) -- Rose

I'm baaaaaaaaack!

Golly, I hadn't even displayed anything for awhile, now ^^;. I've been busy, yes. First time back to displaying after the hiatus! Here is another rose artwork featuring my favorite FF character Tifa Lockhart, in the original FFVII, of course ^^

So wondering why I am not active as much? I was doing another virtual career camp. And I've been dealing with mental health issues for a while. It lasted for days, and I am still trying to recover, but I hope this helps.

Some spoils as I am about to say, for those who hadn't played CC, so yeah, be aware of that lol

I beat Crisis Core Reunion last month just before starting FFVII OG. So I managed to get up to the Minerva optional boss, and holy crap I could not defeat her 0_0. I knew she was going to be hard to defeat 0_0. One of my biggest mistakes is not getting the Genji Shield (which is missable to me, and impossible because I only mastered one Octaslash, and I was not going to take FOREVER to master three more), and possibly not having enough materia to convert to SPs, which I was losing due to the SP materia things I used to prevent more damage. Hey, Ziedrich and SP Turbo or Mastered works! They say Costly Punch works, but it made it a lot worse for my SP and getting damage and die every time without getting a Phoenix Down on time (no offense). Aerial Drain and Jump are slower. Surprisingly (prepare for what it works on her), Darkness works on her. HP wa getting low, but I can be fast on healing, and so I beat her! I gave her multiple tries because I am afraid of how other battles in other FF will be, and I don't want to lose the chance on beating them (Jevil from Deltarune I gave up because he was impossible to defeat XP)

Anyways, so I finished Tifa today, and did I little experiment on coloring and made more designable rather than make my coloring more crappy lol. It's been awhile since drawing her in the OG, and I've been playing the OG for a bit, and so here she is! I started using the Crayola Colors of the World pencils to actually color something more divergent and shadowing her hair and skin. I did her eyes differently because I don't feel like drawing her eyes in my style the way I always draw eyes (I am bad at drawing eyes lol). I am actually really happy how this turned out to be ^^. I actually liked how this piece turned out! ❤️ I just love her, and her characteristics as well in the game (and film) <3. I am still writing my fanfic, just hadn't gotten around to it.

We are supposed to have a tropical storm, so I can get this displayed before potential power outage. There… probably isn't going to be much gaming, unless I can play my 3DS and switch handheld, or write (which I can write my fanfics are awhile if the interent isn't wonky, or so, idk), or read, or draw, or whatever the hell I'm doing. I might be on hiatus again after the storm due to potential outage, so this will be the post before the storm. At least we are prepared, tornadoes are the ones I am worried about, but I'm watching. I'm Back

Hi

I deeply apologize for the radio silence. The last couple of days wasn't really good for me, and I was driven in tears because of what happened. I've been hit with mental health issues, severe anxiety, severe depression and I've been crying for days.

Something happened, but I'm not sure if I can tell y'all exactly what happened that caused this. However, those days hadn't been good. I'm starting to feel better a little bit, just probably when I feel ready to tell y'all what is really going on.

But now I'm back (hopefully), and I am slowly recovering myself. Hopefully today will get better. Hope y'all are well

We are doing fireworks, we might do them at my grandma's. I finished this last night to get prepared for today. Probably watching and doing fireworks won't happen because of weather :P

This is one of the piece I actually like ^^. I added glow pens for fireworks and sparkles for stars 😁. Hope y'all had a good holiday!

Aerith (CC) -- Rose 2

Here is another one of the Crisis Core goodies! Here got another Aerith with a rose (again) 🌹

I started drawing on a new sketch from one of the job sites during school before summer break, and I decided not to color on them, just plain drawings and sketching ^^.;

I'm really happy how this turned out! Except for the fact that I struggled with Aerith’s dress patterns. Now, I am doing well on Crisis Core so far, but when I got started the 6 star missions, it got harder. Well, it's hard mode! Of course it'll be hard, even for new game Plus mode lol. So I was debating myself whether to wait until progressing the story to unlock more missions before heading to the hard ones… which I'll probably do if it's easier. Probably at least before chapter 8 lol and figuring out what equipments is best. Anyways, I did start FFIX for a bit yesterday. I am taking a break from gaming Thursday due to 4th of July. Also, I will move Wednesday's schedule of art displaying to Thursday for the holiday.
