reminder:
it is possible to have 3 meals and consume less than 500 cals, all in a day.
the true secret to wl isn’t just self control, it’s also accountability.
holding yourself accountable for the actions you choose to do, the foods you choose to eat, and the steps you choose to take.
if you are going to eat a high cal meal, don’t be confused as to why you aren’t losing. if you’re doing to fast for long periods of time, don’t be confused as to why your metabolism is slow.
you know your body better than anyone else does. you know your limits and it’s up to you to balance your habits to get the results you want. you have to take accountability for it all.

things i’ve done to make myself lose weight quicker (aside from cal-restricting and exercise).
* waist trainer 2 sizes smaller: i kid you not i haven’t been able to finish a meal in like 3 weeks since i started doing this. i wear this day and night (except from when im showering) but its breathable, bendable and great for your posture (scoliosis gang, rise up). it gives you a glimpse of what your figure could be if you just stick to your schedule. it’s uncomfy at first, but you’ll get used to it. i feel so full so quickly!!!
* cold plunges: i LOVE being cold!! your body burns more fat to maintain your body temperature and keep you warm. in the cold. cold plunges once a week for 30 mins to an hour are painful, but it feels so good afterwards. plus it’s great for your hair and skin!!! it was so terrible the first time, but i started to get used to it. it has to be freezing cold. not chilly, not lukewarm… cold. like your teeth are chattering, you’re basically vibrating, and goosebumps look like a bad case of chicken pox type of cold.
* cirkul: i tell you, this is the greatest invention in human history… i never go anywhere without my cirkul. it’s pretty, it’s pink, it’s slender, it’s a gift to mankind. it is basically a water bottle with zero sugar zero calorie cartridges of flavor! and you can adjust how much flavor you want with your water. there’s 100+ different flavors and sometimes it’s hard to differentiate between an actual drink. i love my cirkul so much, i don’t buy drinks when i go grocery shopping anymore… if im in the mood for pink lemonade, i just put in the pink lemonade cartridge and call it a day. i drink so much water a day, and i don’t even notice. it’s amazing.
* budgeting: if i can’t pay for it, i can’t have it!! it’s tempting when you go out to grab some fast food or a nice meal, but budgeting for these things have not only helped me lose weight, but have saved me money!! i have a cash only system for myself, if i go out and see food i want, i can only pay with cash… but i never carry cash, so i never buy food! my wallet is happy and so am i :)!!
* the bowl: i have one bowl i eat all my food in. it’s small and cute and i can only the eat food in the bowl. if it can’t fit in the bowl, it can’t fit in my stomach. i also tend to eat with chopsticks or a fork so it forces me to eat slower. it also saves time on dishes and makes my kitchen cleaner!!
these are just some of the habits i’ve gotten into! they may not work for everyone but it’s always good to do research on what works best for you!

My rules to lose weight as fast as possible (aka speed running to 50kg)
1. Do NOT eat more then 200cals, even better if under 100
2. Don't eat before 2pm and after 7pm
3. Fast at least 20h before eating
4. Eat as much protein as possible and as little fat as possible
5. Walk at least 8k steps but don't workout because I'm already restricting really low
8. My best motivation is watching ppl humble fat acceptance tiktokers and telling them the truth idk why but it's really motivating so I like to just watch it while walking around
6. Omad
7. Fast twice a week
9. My other biggest motivation is that one of my friends being bmi 16 NATURALLY

I'm really into hunger games/last of us/ survival type stuff so I'm turning wieiad into a game!
Rules
Can only have what your rations are for the day
You can eat anytime! But only the rations
Food and portions are picked randomly everday
You don't have to eat all the food (but you can't save up)
Each food item is 1 serving (or whole fruit)
Water is allowed always! Stay hydrated!!
How rations are determined:
Roll a 6 face dice (or online) and subtract 1 from the number, that is the number of food items you can eat. Ex. Rolled a 4: 4-1 = 3 differnt food items.
For food options, create a numbered list and randomly select a number (multiple numbers if you get more than 1 item for the day). And that's it! That's your rations!
Rations can be anything and can follow any specifications. You want to only put whole foods? Bet. Wanna put a hamburger? Sounds good! You got whole meal ideas/preps? Awesome!
It's really flexible and a fun challenge! A fun idea is asking friends/fams to pick a random # and let them pick lol
My rations:
1. Apple
2. Grapes
3. Tofu
4. Sweet potato
5. Oats
6. Brussel sprouts
7. Green beans
8. Beans
9. Rice
10. Hummus
11. Egg
Ill probably do updates or something but for now go out and achieve your dreams!
