Reflecting on 2017 has got me thinking my friends. What a cliché...I know, talking about change at this time of year is so popular. But I believe that the true recipe for sticking to your New Years resolution is to make it a part of your lifestyle. I’ve been continuously asking myself, will it improve my lifestyle? Last time I posted this... Josh wasn't crossfitting. Now we Crossfit together every single day and I love it! Even though we aren't training for a competition we are training for life! This dude came into our family at the perfect time. A few weeks after being born I found out my dad had terminal cancer. I didn't bother to tell many people bc just speaking those words would bring me to tears. Kai was an 😇 sent from heaven. Daily wellness and health are somethings I take for granted every day. This week, I got sick and I missed doing the simplest things. Eating on a schedule, going on walks with Kai, cleaning the tub, going to the gym, etc. I'm so excited to get back to normal and just be happy to do the day to day things. If it weren't for my husband I don't even know how I would of made it.
