Just posted a recipe in my stories! . Check my highlighted Nutrition stories to see it all. . One Bowl Breakfast Cookies 🍪 . 2 Cups Rolled Oats . 2 Medium Bananas, Mashed 🍌 . 1 Cup Peanut Butter (Or other nut butter) . 2 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup 🍯 . 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt . 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon . 1 Tsp Chia Seeds . 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (optional) . Preheat oven to 350 . Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. . Roll into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Makes 20-24 cookies depending on size. . Bake for 10 minutes. . Let cool.
