To be where you have always wanted to be in life, you have to fight against anxiety and create that lucid moment for you to thrive off the pressure. You have to surround yourself with people you trust; a circle where you feel very safe, keeping small circle can help you identify the purpose of the circle very quick. Young people are very sensitive of their environment, they are keen to get feedback from the society, they want to know what the general public think about their confidence and skill, when they get negative response it becomes a leaning path to anxiety where they have to battle over the thoughts whether they are good enough.
You have to be all in this process, it is an all-round process to get you moving in a positive direction. You need to get the body moving, to be in a right state of mind before you can pull yourself out of anxiety which over clouds where you are heading in life and mar you from reaching your fullest potential. Exercise is definitely an antidote to it, you have to hit the ground running, it can help you focus on different things while your main purpose remains the bigger picture. You have to put your purpose and focus on the forefront, you need quality bedtime to reinvent yourself, building the confidence from there creates fresh chances for you to go again feeling reinvigorated, but depriving yourself sleep will leave you vulnerable to anxiety. Good night sleep prepares you for a better morning, you have to cultivate patient in your life, don’t rush it, if you trust the process gradually you will get yourself back on the right track. Anxiety can make thoughts of eating food as ill as eating dirt, but you have to beat those thoughts and eat healthily; good food and eating at the right hours of the day can help you keep up with the track process.
For the time being you need to think about living in the moment only, stressing your brain to accumulate long goals will not aid the process, you need to conquer the moment and then the future will fall along. The thought of marriage, having kids, buying a house, having your big break before 40 will always come but mindfulness of the present state can make way for these near future success. You can conquer anxiety, you just need to follow the guidelines and reinvent yourself, you can never live on diminished quality life, you’re not average or mediocre, but you are all out for the best version of yourself to reach your fullest potential.

People are ever finding solutions to live off their anxiety and create calm and productive life, life built on purpose and worth living. The mind is more in chaos when situations are little bit tough, but more relaxed when you’re sure of the positive outcome, the balance you find between these two scenes of life give you the required tenacity to create productive life beyond anxiety.
You constantly leaning to the point that you don’t know whether you’re good enough to complete a particular task, or fit into a particular position, the anxiety will wire your brain into believing that you’re not good enough to make up the role, which makes you to focus more on the negative and lose the sight of how you can make it productive, the fear overshadows your confidence. It spread across your dealings in life, because it is attached to your brain, even when the scenario that prompts you to doubt yourself is no longer in question at the material time yet it keeps haunting you, this is what you conceived and live with the thoughts, that’s its reoccurrence is inevitable going forward.
Acknowledging the fact that you have anxiety and conscious effort to conquer it, is a step forward in right direction, you have to brave up, face those situations that cause you to be anxious, ask questions, research and be mentally ready for it, facing your fear is an escape route for freedom, thoughts that keep haunting you in silence are very cancerous, you can be slowly losing yourself. Freedom of thoughts, the freedom to own and determine your own thoughts create that path self ownership, you become the ultimate controller of what the kind of thoughts you harbour, it is in that way you conquer anxiety, and be at will to make decisions and be positive without fear of the unknown.
Productivity is a great tool to fight anxiety, when you’re overly productive of your services, creating ideas and trying out new innovation, it increases brain activities, your brain is channelled into thinking about the most innovative way to bring your craft to live so that it can be of relevance in this ever changing world. Productivity opens up for adventurous search and that way your mind brave up as opposed to anxiety, it gets stronger in each step you take towards that path. You never solve any problems through panicking, when you’re calm and understand the precepts, it sparks productivity in you, the artistry journey beast anxiety, your ability to create something will lead to eliminating anxiety.
