Lemons!!!! 🍋🍋🍋🍋 Aren't lemons just the most beautiful fruit?? Zero plastic, zero pesticides. Only organic Sicilian lemons! Yum! Purchased at Torvehallerne, Copenhagen at the outdoor "Italian Deli & Organic" stand. :) 50% on all items today, and maybe tomorrow. Can't remember the last time I bought so many veggies and fruit. This will be my go-to-place until Danish weather allows for organic fruit production. They said all but bananas and pineapple are from Italy and only broccoli comes wrapped in plastic. Lunch on the go! Yum! Carrot, avocado, nuts, bean pasta with pesto, chickpeas. Mhhhhm!! It's almost vegan with pesto as the tiny exception. I'm trying to eliminate animal products from my food purchases, because it will help both the environment, the animals and myself. So far so good. Also the only ingredient that included packaging was the bean pasta. Wonder if I can make my own pasta some day.
