Do you ever read nutritional labels of the products that you are buying🤔 It's Very #crucial though Do you ever realise that whatever we buy “to eat” must be checked before eating??? Yesterday I went grocery shopping to the supermarket for some regular household stuff... & I just chanced to pick up a packet of "Diet Popcorn" As I always am habituated to checkout the label first...here’s what I saw...something so *misleading* !!! ➡️Low Calorie ➡️Zero Transfat ➡️helps manage high BP 🤨 & I turned around the packet to look at the nutritional facts “the label”... Calories are 84 “per serving” which is 16grams & the packet contains total 70grams in total😅 That means in the packet there’s *367+ calories*❗️❗️❗️ Have a look at the other stuff👆 4.5units of Fat per serving(=16gms) ▶️meaning◀️ *19.6gms of Fat in the entire packet*...that’s probably killing your health❗️ Be Careful next time you buy something like this & eat without checking❗️ Eat only if you’re ok with consuming those 367calories & 19.6gms of Fat🤣 Otherwise you must watchout... Start reading the nutritional information behind packaged products.. Also, try to go for the local snacks rather, that's much better than this so called healthy stuffs.. .
