ლ I know that being in a real society can be frightening and disturbing. We can be really afraid to go outside, always wear a hood and dive deep into our personal complexes. So, if you don't want to step out of your comfort zone, you can do it on the digital surface. Of course, if it's safe. ★ If you feel ashamed of your appearance, try changing an avatar on social networks and placing your face there. Or you can change your nickname to real name. ★ If you are shy about your interests, you can make your profile more comfortabel and more suitable for you. For example, add some favorite quotes, text emojis, etc. Unlike the previous paragraph, you can change your avatar to a character from the show what you like. ლ Don't be afraid to experiment! Don't be afraid to show yourself! And one day you will wake up and think: "Wow, I don't feel ashamed anymore!"

✦ Well, October is over. So how was this month? Amazing, but a little overwhelmed. I pushed myself so hard during the month with school, my personal projects, goals and tasks, and was a little sleep deprived and exhausted. So now I'm just crawling into November. ఇ Another plus is the relationships I’ve made with people. I've made some sweet, rewarding friendships, and we've had a lot of joyful moments together where I can relax and be happy. ✦ I have high hopes for November. I want to achieve most of my yearly goals this month. I'm not afraid of overworking myself again because I'll be well rested in December.

Pov: You're the girl who always carries notebooks with
Yes. I love planners, lists for reading and watching films, diaries, journals, gratitude journals, lists with delicious recipes, notepas notebooks notepads notebooks. But I like much more to write and express everything that is on my mind. Why? Have you ever felt your pen moving slowly over smooth beige or white paper? Or is it as if your head is empty and you don't have any worries? No? You should try it, it's amazing! The second reason is that planning creates a special atmosphere. You write your tasks day after day, draw something cute next to them and just enjoy how beautiful your planner is while drinking tea and watching the candle burn.

Why do we need flowers to be happy?
Yesterday I went for a walk and found this lonely red clover surrounded by fallen leaves, and it amused me a lot. When we live in rainy autumn or cold winter, we can forget about the beauty of the wild nature and miss it. But the moment we find something similar to this clover or buy flowers for ourselves, we realize that nothing could be better than this. And when we wake up and look at our bouquet, we feel real happiness. In addition, the green color is able to calm and relax us, which means that wildlife is useful not only for our emotions, but also for mental health in general.

Hey! Put your desk in order ❤
If you clean up your room, it will significantly improve your mental health because a clutter usually causes irritation. You see socks lying on the floor, crumpled paper, leftovers, wrappers and cans, etc. It bothers you, makes worried, annoyed and also interrupts, if you are busy with something. So, yes, clean up your desk. And in the room.

The importance of your environment
A long time ago, I bought a new lamp. My old one was disgusting. Turquoise in color, it is difficult to hold it in one position because the body is made of rubber, the cold light is too bright. I also had an unpleasant feeling when I looked at the old lamp. I've struggled with her for 6 years. But now everything is perfect!
My new lamp is white and tall enough. It doesn't need to be constantly repositioned. The light does not hurt my eyes and does not irritate me. I always work with pleasure.
So, what's the point? Don't be afraid of change. Stop a friendship that has a bad effect on you. Throw away an old broken thing like my lamp. Break the vicious circle of your bad habit. After that, your life will get better.

You're enough!
You do a good job with your projects and responsibilities
Your physical and mental health is important
You have a beautiful smile, especially when you laugh
You have great musical taste
You are smart enough to find a solution to this problem
I believe in you!!!
Don't listen to the person who says bad things about you
Don't stop at what you like or what you want to achieve
Other people's bad words are not about you. They're about them.
Hey. Don't be so hard on yourself. Everything goes on as usual. You are a good person and you will achieve your goals and desires.

What can I do without a phone? A few tips
1. Take a notebook with you. Imagine that you are a philosopher and write down all your thoughts: your worries, your discoveries, your plans, maybe you will write a poem. A bad poem, but still a poem!
2. Take random numbers and count them. 534+85= 33*789= 144-56= 3. Look around and observe. Count 5 objects of the same color or shape. 4. Ask yourself: Am I hungry? Am I thirsty? Do I need a break? And give it to you. 5. Just breathe.

I love autumn… And that's why!
Just look at these golden leaves!!
I love how dark clouds can blend in with them and enhance their golden hue
The opportunity to romanticize coffee consumption and drink it everyday
Hot drinks are getting hotter and warmer
The atmosphere of the eternal student syndrome
I love windy and slightly cold weather, it clears my mind
Dark philosophical films and dark philosophical books
Romantic vibes are everywhere
I can use a lot of orange and yellow colours in my planners and journals
Autumn is a time of life changes for me

It’s a second month of autumn! So, here are some study tips:
• You are a good person if you get C-B • You can go through everything • You still need to get some sleep. Please don’t forget to take a break from your books and exams. • And you need water too. Please stay hydrated. Drink enough. • I’m proud of you
You are priceless and deserve everything you want, but you shouldn’t be ashamed and hate yourself for making mistakes. It’s okay to get C or 98% quite correct. Just calm down, relax and understand why you got these points. I think, you will be succeed in the next time. Love you!

After the first week of study you can feel exhausted because you are not used to it. After all, it's okay! You don't have to strain yourself so much, just do what you can. Small steps always lead to success! But there are a few things that can help you be more unpressured: ⚡ Drink water Constant hydration will help you get more energy and not get irritated. ⚡ Lie/sit 5-10 minutes without doing anything This is a good way to rest and relax! (but maybe only for neurotipics) ⚡ Jump/Dance/Walk fast This is another good way to rest, relax and have fun. ⚡ Write everything in a row Whatever comes into your head. It doesn't have to be a diary, just words or sentences like "grass - sun - clouds - warm weather - something else" are enough. ⚡ Don't study While you have a break or a day off!

To the person reading this: hey, sunshine! I hope you had a good day or will only have a good one. But if you are now struggling with dark thoughts, hurtful emotions which crawling in your chest, I'm here with you. You are strong and brave. One day, the gray clouds disperse and the sun (bright, like you) comes to replace them. If you want to get better: ✨ Draw something (hearts, flowers, geometrical shapes, etc.) ✨ Listen to calm music (or heavy if it can defuse your emotions) ✨ Get some sleep Love, G.T.

Go for a walk Walking relaxes your body and mind and allows you to rest that you need. You can also take some nice photos of nature to put yourself in a good mood.
Build a sleep routine When you are burnt out your sleep schedule can be disrupted. Sleep is a very important aspect of health and it depends on your ability to rest, your mood and well-being. If you don’t sleep well, you will feel tired, irritable and frustrated. So this will only make your burnout worse.
Talk to someone you trust If you explain your feelings to someone, you will be more mentally stable because you have identified your problem and let go of your worries. You can also find support.
Exercise Exercise can improve your sleep and lift your mood. You just need to find exercises you enjoy.
Make a work schedule Often, we burnt out because we work too much without breaks and rest. So you need to include this into your work/studying/etc sessions. And you also need a time when you stop working for the day
Cut down on social media Being on social media for a long time can be very draining and can lead to burnout. But if it helps you deal with stress, then go for it.

This is my 30th post and I like the tendency on my blog. But I also think that something needs to change. It's nice that I talk about my experience and healing journey in those little posts but I want to be more consistent and do something beautiful but simple. Or hard? Perhaps it depends on the point of view. My poor English complicates everything, but first of all I'm here to improve it, isn't it? Difficulties often lead to mountains of gold, so I just want to get better and bring something better to this blog

I understand that I don't need to please everyone and give pleasure to everyone I meet. I used to try to explain myself to people who didn't like me or didn't share my views on something (or all), but now I don't think that's a good idea. It was like I was talking to a wall, because these people wanted to change me and subjugate me to their pressure. They ignored my whole personality just because they wanted me to look the way they look at me and think about me. But this is wrong. I have to be myself, not someone else.

One of the best things (for me) is to-do lists. It really relaxes my head and protects it from exploding, because I have a lot to do every day. You can write your goals, work tasks, for example, to wash the dishes, arrange meetings with friends and family. In general, everything you want and what you need to do!
