This is a guide on daily routines inspired by Thewizardliz! This routine is perfect to stop being lazy and pathetic and finally start taking care of yourself!

✸ ꒰ morning routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
🧼 First things first, after you wake up make sure to drink water to boost your metabolism throughout the day! Also, create a mind movie so you can watch it everyday after you wake up.
Now, take your journal and start writing about your dream, ideal higher self, ask yourself questions like ‘What reality do i want to create?´ 'Who do i look up to?’ ‘What is the behavior I need to change about myself?’ ‘What's a new habit that I would like to create?’ ‘What is a thing I can focus on right now?’. After we have in mind who we want to become, it's important that every little decision you make today is centered to achieve your goals, and become your dream self. You can listen to a podcast while doing this so you get motivation!
💶 Then, head to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror and start repeating positive affirmations, such as ‘I am so beautiful’ or ‘My hair looks so pretty today’, even if you don't believe it, having a positive mindset is going to help us to stay in track with our goals!
Take care of your teeth, Liz says that our smile is one of the most important things in a person, and one of the key things that is going to make you more attractive! so, make sure to brush your teeth, floss, clean your tongue, etc.
🛣 Liz has a rather simple skincare routine, since her skin is so sensitive, it only consists of using a foam cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream to help with her eye bags.
Next step is to research and find our own personal clothing and makeup style, find out your body type, personal color, face shape, etc. It doesn't matter if you have to mix multiple styles that already exist to make your own! The most important thing is to feel comfortable while wearing those clothes or having that type of makeup on your face.
🏔 Liz doesn't like to force herself to have breakfast, she just dont eat if she's not hungry, however if you are hungry rather than focusing on calories focus on how nutritious your meal is. Whatsoever if you are not hungry and you are not going to eat, make sure to always take your vitamins and supplements!

Yes, it's time to drink a little more water!
⛰ Liz doesn't have a settled study routine but, it's important to spend our time wisely, if you can finish an assignment way before the time it's due, DO IT! Also, she emphasized that knowledge leads to confidence. If you put effort in your studies, every little thing in your life will slowly fall into place.

First, set healthy goals, like toning up your body or building muscle, try not to make ‘just being skinny’ your goal.
🧩 second, don't measure yourself with a scale or measuring tape and focus on how you look in the mirror, are you satisfied? if you are then you are done with the intense workout routine!
Liz goes to the gym and has her own personal training program, but here’s some kind of exercises she recommends; weight training, pilates and dancing with her main focus being toning up her abs and butt.
🏄‍♀️ Remember to drink water and that consistency is more important than perfection, go at your own pace, it doesn't matter if you can't do a 2 hour workout and look snatched in 3 days and you can only do a 5 minute workout, every little effort adds up!

Before showering, do dry brushing to exfoliate your skin and increase circulation (1-2 times per week). Then use shampoo and conditioner, research to find the best one for you, what may help others won't help you. Liz also uses a hair mask 1 to 2 times per week to get that shiny silk hair.
🎾 After showering take some time to shape and pluck your eyebrows depending on your face shape and what impression you want to give! 
Liz uses face masks 1 to 2 times per week to cleansing her face deeply, then she does her skincare. After applying all the products do a lymphatic massage on your face and neck, you can also cool down your face with massagers or cold spoons for an extra depuff.
🍾 For self care, you can journal again, search for shadow work prompts, think of what things you should unlearn and relearn and don't forget to practice gratitude. Or you can take time to clean your room or house, you deserve to have a clean safe place! 
Oh! and don't forget to drink water again.

🧃 Time for dinner! (only if you are not full yet), again, make sure to focus on nutrients rather than calories. Don't forget to drink a glass of water with your dinner. You can watch a documentary while eating to keep gaining even more knowledge.
Now, do your oral hygiene routine again. Also, put on eyelash conditioner and serum to wake up with perfect lashes! Then wear a silk cap or do a protective hairstyle to protect your hair from getting damaged while you're sleeping.
🍵 Then get in bed and drink a cup of tea with collagen to start relaxing your body. and it's finally time to manifest! watch your mind movie again and use your most useful method (affirming visualizing, subliminals, etc.), don't forget to ask god, the universe or whatever you believe in for signals and help!
Afterwards, you can read an inspirational book like ‘atomic habits’ or ‘the art of thinking clearly’ to keep nourishing your brain. keep a reachable goal like reading 5 pages everyday and then decide if you want to continue reading or not.
🥬 Before sleeping listen to a guided meditation, liz have one to be more confident and one to attract money, choose one that aligns with your goals!
Finally fall asleep in a healthy sleeping position, Liz sleeps in her back looking at the roof, but you can choose your favorite position, don't forget to get a pillow that fits the position (example: tall and lofty pillow -> for sleeping on your side)

Ask your Soul!!
One of the biggest things that I've had to learn on my journey is this: if you have a question, ask your soul first.
Because there are many different ways to perceive reality, one of the main focuses on my journey has been finding my own personal truth. The best way that I have found to find my truth is to ask the only person that would know what is true for me: myself!
Your Soul is a part of you, just as much as your arm is a part of your body. It is always guiding you towards your truth, and it would be delighted to help you and answer your questions, if only you would ask!
How do you ask your Soul a question? It's as easy as wanting to know the answer! The real trick is listening to the answers that your Soul has to give.
See, your Soul communicates with you in a variety of ways, from signs and synchronicities, to gut feelings and sudden impulses! Learning to listen to your soul is a process, but all you need to do to learn is want to!
Try asking your questions out loud, and quietly wait for an answer. If nothing comes up within the next few minutes, it may be a question that requires a bigger answer, such as synchronicity, to fully express what your Soul wants you to know.
The main thing to remember is that if you think something is a sign, it is! Don't worry about it being "all in your head" because your mind is meant to help you interpret these signs and signals, which means that if it's all in your head, you're doing it right!
Your body can also express answers to your questions. If you say, for instance, "what is challenging me right now," you might get a headache, or your heart may start beating faster. It's up to you to know what your body is trying to tell you (which is why learning to meditate is so important, so you can learn to feel your body in the first place!)
Your Soul will always answer any questions you ask it, you just have to be open to receiving any answer at all, even if that means letting go of what you thought the answer would be 🥰

introduction:
hey loves! one thing i’ve observed in self improvement spaces online is an obsession with confidence, and how to be confident. i’ve seen those red-pill guys give toxic confidence tips for guys, and self improvement girls give toxic confidence advice for girls. confidence is something we all desire because it's something we generally need more of, or help with.
what really is confidence?
confidence is shown internally and externally. internally it’s a mindset we need to work on. externally we present ourselves as someone who is secure in themselves. i think both are important- when you show it, you start to feel it a little bit.
internal- we walk into a room without comparing ourselves to others. we don’t think that we’re superior or inferior to anyone
internal- we still love ourselves after mistakes
internal- we recognize that we’re human and sometimes slip up
internal- we take care of ourselves and think positive thoughts
internal- we don’t view other people as competition
internal- we don’t care about what other people think of us
external- we treat people with kindness
external- we stay out of drama & gossip
external- we have straight posture
external- we make eye contact & smile when we talk
external- we’re friendly to other people
external- we try new things
external- we avoid making self-depricating comments
external- we don’t try to get validation from other people
internal changes:
writing down insecurities, fears, etc.- have a journal to write about how you feel, it really does help
avoid comparing other people. when you start doing it- just tell yourself to stop. it won’t work at first, but eventually you’ll stop doing so.
reminders. remind yourself that not everyone is judging you- people are caught up in their own lives and insecurities too. remind yourself we all fall and make mistakes, but you have the power to get back up.
meditation. i had to go back to this cuz i wasn’t feeling too good. i do 5 minute meditations- you can find guided ones on youtube. they’re very quick so it won’t take too much time out of your day.
external changes: (aka fake it til u make it)
walk with a straight back and lift your chin up
practice making eye contact talking
taking care of yourself. at my time at military school we were taught that self respect also means taking care of your appearance, and just looking good. you don’t need to put effort into your looks in terms of doing your hair and nails and makeup- but just look someone put together, and if you want then go above and beyond. when you look good, you feel good!
working out. exercise is proven to make you feel better, and when you put effort into yourself (which includes more than exercise, things like stretching, good hygeine) you’re going to feel better.
give people genuine compliments
stop self depricating talk. stop calling yourself dumb or ugly, or all those things. first of, it makes other people feel like they can do it to you, and it will make you feel worse about yourself!
surround yourself with people who make you feel good.
conclusion:
it takes time to feel confident, and you definitely won’t feel it 24/7. i still get horribly insecure sometimes and i know i still have a lot of growth to make, but by implementing these changes it’s a first step- and by staying consistent you’ll get closer to seeing yourself in a healthier light. of course if your self hatred is to the point where it’s causing serious damage to yourself/your mental health you should get treatment.

Present yourself how you wanna be treated.
You set the tone.
You set the vibe.
You make the rules.
You teach people how to treat you.
Save the “casual-ness” for those worthy of it.
Don’t just “let things slide” because you’re “doing someone a favor”
No. There are NO FAVORS when it comes to your worth.
If they’re late- they don’t get another chance unless they make it up.
If they’re making excuses- excuse yourself out of the equation.
If you have a certain love language that they are not willing to love you in - why compromise?
If you are being “bread crumbed” follow that trail back HOME.
You literally hold your standard in your hands.
Do not allow or let someone change or shift what you already know to be TRUE, PRESENT and VALUABLE in your life.
Even the small things. The little things.
You deserve all of that and you need to make sure that someone who is pursuing you understands that boundaries and standards are not just ways to protect yourself but a FINE LINE and the ONLY way to your heart, your space, your mind, your time and your life.
Stop settling for mediocre. Stop giving away free passes. Stop allowing yourself to be taken for granted.
People know exactly how to treat you bc YOU TEACH THEM.
How?
BY LOVING YOURSELF FIRST and allowing someone to see how you do and then proceed to follow.
So love yourself OUT LOUD, how you want to be loved and then love others the same way.
Don’t let some manipulative or narcastic person come into your life changing things around.
This is YOUR LIFE. You hold the standards. You are the prize.

It's perfectly okay to take a day off and simply relax without worrying about productivity. There's no harm in occasionally not meeting your productivity expectations. Remember, you're a human, not a machine, and it's natural to experience fatigue. I often find myself in a constant hustle to achieve and be productive, but it's essential to recognize that it's completely normal and acceptable to have a few unproductive days. In fact, it's something you deserve.

So there was recently a study done where they used two groups of people, one who physically played the piano and one group who visualized playing the piano for weeks to see how their brains reacted to the different methods and there was no difference in the brain. The activity was the same. The brain can’t tell the difference between physically doing an activity and imagining an activity. And that is also true for when your visualize your dream life. The brain literally thinks it’s happening for real. So if you visualize yourself in your dream body, car, relationship, situation then your brain thinks you are that ideal dream version of yourself except the brain doesn’t think it’s a dream it thinks that’s who you really are and we know that thanks to the law of attraction we attract and manifest what we are so if our brain thinks we are this fit , healthy and wealthy person that we consistently visualize ourselves to be, then that’s going to manifest cause that is simply the law of this universe!!!

Who am I ?
My name is Nawal , I'm a 19-year-old girl studying software engineering in college, just a year away from becoming an official engineer.
Since I was young, I've always dreamt of being an engineer, even though I didn't understand the different types at first. Now, I'm close to realizing that dream.
My early years were focused on studying, and I lacked a social life until around 16 when I faced an anxiety attack due to an identity crisis.
From that point, I started a journey of self-discovery, and I can confidently say I'am becoming the person I aspired to be.
I have NATURAL TALENTS : effortless singing, drawing, athleticism without the gym, and a powerful, creative mind.
