How to brain dump like a pro
what you need
a messy notebook (I like the Leuchturm bullet ones)
a pen
a beverage for emotional support (or several <3)
how to get started
grab your notebook, and sit down in a quiet moment with enough time so you won't stress even more. The point of a brain dump is to unload all your thoughts, everything that is stressing you is put to paper. not aesthetically, no cutesy Pinterest vibes; we need it plain, unromanticised, and personal.
some prompts to get you going
do I have any deadlines coming up?
have I been making time for myself and my hobbies?
what projects, tasks, appointments, and/ or plans are currently stressing me out?
am I procrastinating anything?
am I properly looking after myself? (mental/physical health, skincare, hobbies, school/work, etc etc)
am I currently working through any challenges, and if yes how is that going so far?
how are my friends/relationships doing?
is there an area in my life that I should prioritise right now?
do I feel confident and comfortable at the moment?
Review and reflect
take some time and go over your writing; you can underline or highlight the points that you find most important. make this whole "brain dump" thing a routine; sometimes it takes a bit of writing until you actually get comfortable with putting your emotions onto paper (it sounds easier than it is..), but the more often you do this, the more comfortable you will get!! <3

could you tell me what to do? I starve myself dialy, but not completely because I have to eat two meals; lunch and dinner (because of my mom ykyk). So I don't know what to do because I don't wanna eat but the "I'm not hungry" excuse isn't working anymore

hiii, my love 💗 I’m soo happy that ur reaching out to me for advice!! i have been in a similar situation so maybe I can help you out a little :’)
Have you tried saying something like
“I just ate, I’ll eat later..”
“I’m so full from *insert food that you didn’t actually eat*”
Also I’m not sure if you go to school but if you do (or if you work) you can easily fast and even take fake pictures of food so that way your parents don’t get too suspicious.
This is something I LOVE to do which tricks my parents into thinking I’m actually eating but I’m not. sometimes i purposefully make loud noises in the kitchen (ex; plastic crunching, turning on the microwave, etc.), leave crumbs, throw out food or dirty up the dishes so that my parents have physical proof i ate when they get suspicious. Trust me this works ALL THE TIME.
I know this contradicts what you’re telling me but eating in front of your parents will help you in the long run. If you’re planning on doing an OMAD make sure they see your meal or just in general. Once they see you eat “constantly” in front of them they will just end up not caring anymore and you can fast and restrict freely.

16k+ (16,105 steps !!) also I probably failed the jw4me11k steps challenge so I’m just gonna go at my own pace (I mainly do 15k+ steps on weekends and Pilates on weekdays) but this challenge was rlly fun and made me gain so much discipline!!
11/14 - 6k+ steps (I was fasting for 23+ hours)
11/13 - 5k+ steps (I needed a break and I had two tests this week that I had to study for:/ )

WARNING !! ANOREXIA IS A VERY DEADLY DISORDER AND THE ONLY REASON I POST THESE IS BECAUSE IF YOU'RE GONNA SUFFER AT LEAST FEEL A LITTLE GOOD ABOUT IT. RECOVERY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT BUT NOT ALWAYS A VIABLE OPTION.
Eating on a dark blue or black plate has the effect of making you eat less.
If you want to prevent a binge, just buy the food that you need for the day if you live by yourself.
Frozen foods take longer to eat, so you feel occupied longer, and you might feel fuller.
If you get bad headaches, it's probably because you're dehydrated or your blood sugar is too low.
Don't take aspirin on an empty stomach. It'll make you puke. (Which might be the goal, but, yk, fair warning).

1. Always eat breakfast. Studies prove that those who eat breakfast tend to make better food choices later in the day. Breakfast also gets your metabolism revved up.
2. If you drink a lot of water on an empty stomach it just makes you gassy. Small sips throughout the day are better.
3. Overuse of laxatives and/or diuretics is bad for your body. And if you overuse laxatives, when you stop, your body won't be able to have a proper bowel movement. Use them only on an as-needed basis, as defined by 'normal' people.
4. If you sleep less than 6 hours a day, your metabolism goes down between 10-20% depending on the person. And your body produces more of the hormone that makes you feel hungry.
5. Don't deprive yourself of anything. That just leads to bingeing. If you want chocolate cake, have it, even if it's on your list of 'bad foods'. BUT, only have a few small bites.
