Remember you don't have to stick to words like alter, parts, fragment, gatekeeper, ANP, ect.

Use whatever terms you feel best with. Hell, call them "doodle bops" if that's what feels right.

The only important part is to remember what they are. Be conscious that you aren't using labels/names as a way to further distance yourself from your reality.

Whether your goal is functional multiplicity or final fusion, remember that all of this was created to serve a purpose for yourself. Your mind works this way for a reason, and staying aware of that is how you begin cohesive living.

I think one of the most difficult things about grieving is having to go out and function and end up having a good time then getting home and remembering that he's still gone.
