When you are too focused on the past, you begin to block out the miracles of the present moment. Things even better than what have come before are working their way into your life right now. However, if you are too focused on how things were before, or the way you previously received blessings in your life, you may be missing the opportunities that are available for you now. Cherish your memories, but remain focused on the present.

Empaths are naturally kind and generous who naturally want to give and this is a beautiful thing. However, if giving is not reciprocated then this eventually leads to resentment and burn out. Giving anything, whether love, time or money, without receiving anything in return can also lead to a sense of martyrdom. You are not here to suffer. You are not here to experience limitation. You are here to experience abundance. Whatever you give, also open to receive from somewhere in the Universe.

Conversely, if you want to receive love then be loving, if you want to receive good friends then be a good friend to someone, if you want to receive joy then be joyful. Balance giving and receiving and your energy will remain high and vital. When you give something and the other person truly receives it then you will feel this in your energy field. This will have a different feeling when someone is not truly able to receive your gift. Today, expand all limits to what you believe you are able to give and then receive from the Universe!

Be aware of “coincidences” for they are one of your angel's favorite ways of communicating with you. When things line up they are due to the workings of the divine. Take notices of things and people that come into your life in a seemingly random way. Then think back to your prayers, what you asked to receive. You can mess up countless times and God is still going to love and care for you. Practice showing this same compassion to others.
