These are things we should always each be doing regularly to make sure we're staying healthy.
1. Wash your Hands Frequently
Growing up your parents always tells you to wash your hands. And it's very important! You should wash your hands whenever you come inside. Whether that's using soap or hand sanitizer, keep those hands clean. And when you're out try to avoid touching your face. 2. Avoid people who are sick
Try to avoid people who are sick. If you see someone coughing or sneezing, move away from them and cover your mouth and nose. If people in your office are sick try not to meet them physically, meet them virtually. Just do your best to avoid people who are sick.
