Fuck.... Please... Please stop normalizing behavior disorders, y'all. Sure we all can feel a little muddled, but this is pretty much a description of someone who may have a borderline personality disorder or depression. Avoiding help and thinking feeling like this is normal is not a solution. Too often people internalize their mental illness until they believe it represents who they are.... So if you're feeling excessively fragile, but are also self absorbed and unable to empathize with others, check that shit out. Depression, BPD,... possibly sociopathy... Go talk to some one.
