This is probably a TMI but I am going through it rn. I always get so d3pr3ssed the week before Aunt Flo comes to town and it’s kinda like I disassociate from myself and like yes I kinda know the girl in the mirror but also like I don’t at the same time. I go in a downward spiral for a week and then it’s like poof 💨 I’m “good” again. I am scared to bring this up with anyone because I don’t need a grippy sock vaycay rn but I don’t think it’s normal but idk it’s normal for me? I’m at a loss

Started a 48 hr f@st to try to løse some more we!ght before my 5 year anniversary. I want to at least not look as pudgy in the pictures. The pictures from last year made me crash out internally and ik it’s going to take a lot of effort to get back to my old ugw but small progress is better than no progress.
I’m at a point now where even if I f@st for a while I don’t even get hungry anymore and I’ve been using my toddler’s plates to portion out the food if I do have to eat bc of family being over, the only issue is idk where we’re going for the anniversary dinner and I can’t look up c@ls beforehand. I’m probably going to keep it safe if they have a salad and just get red wine vinegar if they have it. I’m stressing out so bad 😤

I can proudly say that my net c@l for the day was only 202 🤩 I put myself In charge of all the kids at the family gathering and walked around a lot and only ate when my father in law handed me a samosa and was practically watching me 😭 I told my husband I ate more with the kids (lies) when he asked. Ending the day with a Diet Coke and some lemon water- was a pretty good day for me.

to whoever sees this, please do not report 4n4 blogs. i cried this morning when i woke up and saw mine was gone. i had an anxiety attack in class an hour later and when i got home i cried more and then ate a pint of (diet) ice cream and considered sh for the first time in years. these blogs are h4rm reduction. everybody here encourages recovery, but a lot of us aren't ready for that ourselves. having a community takes away some of our isolation and self loathing, which at times is the hardest part. 4n4 is the most lethal health condition, and the majority of deaths are from su1c1de, not st4rv4tion.
in the few hours i spent without my blog, i spiraled far worse than any of the time that i had it, and that's as someone with a community outside tumblr. i fear for the people with no support system besides this.
you aren't helping us, you're k1lling us.
