Ferengi are honestly so funny to me because every other main species that has United their planet have accepted the socialist paradise and are, y’know, getting along alright
But in one place, one planet, capitalism prevails, always lurking round the corner, idolising money, trying to make you buy root beer or atom bombs or something and everyone’s just like, “ah. Okay.”
Did I mention they look like butt-heads

The Magnificent Ferengi (S06E10, Stardate UNKNOWN) is perhaps my favorite Ferengi episode in all of Star Trek. It fits into the Dominion War arc, explores Vorta culture, gives us a variety of Ferengi, time on Empok Nor, a zombie Vorta, and a ton of humor and excitement. There really is not a weak moment.
Can you guess the movie franchise that inspired my episode poster?

It will never not be funny that the prophets permitted quark to give a Ted talk on why greed is good and why ferengis can be a pain in the ass for a solid like eight minutes but did not ever think it was important to chat with Kai Winn about anything whatsoever

STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE NINE // S3E16 Prophet Motive There's nothing beyond greed! Greed is the purest and most noble of emotions! 'Greed is Dead', that's the tenth Rule of Acquisition. No, it isn't! The tenth Rule of Acquisition is 'Greed is Eternal'! Not anymore.

It was another day within the company. As amongst the employees there were rumors about another CEO being taken out mysteriously by a sniper. One that was unseen, one who had an incredible aim. Even amongst the private military companies they would fear having to attack a village if they have to face them.
Even the most hardened of bounty hunters... would not dare have to face off against him. Yet, many have tried and failed to kill him to the point that amongst bounty hunters who have managed to see him to tell the tale. They would call him...
The Reaper Within The Blizzard.
However, this time around a certain CEO had not cared for such rumors. Looking to expand their empire a little bit more to destroy their homes and replace it with super cities... however. He needed someone to face off against the mystery sniper. So what better way than to call up possibly the most deadliest Bounty Hunter to do the job.
"Sir, they're here." His assistant said, watching his boss smile.
"Good, let them enter." He said softly, with the guard opening the door allowing the other in.
