Notes: I'm not 100% confident on this id, Veronica isn't a genus I feel confident in. I'm hoping it's this one because it is indeed native after I've been pulling up a lot of the ivy-leaf speedwell (veronica hederifolia) which I'm also not convinced on my id of. Too many Veronicas.

Racing car frames, which started out as ladder-shaped chassis shapes called ladder frames, became steel tube space frames called bird cages, and after the appearance of semi-monocoques with aluminum plates clad on the outer skin, so-called full monocoques and twin-tipped monocoques evolved. Notes: it's pretty dense in the area it's growing in, and the basal leaves remind me a lot of violet (which I also have growing everywhere)
