These Cream Puffs are truly extraordinary! They have a delectable cream filling inside and are airy and light. A dessert fit for any celebration.
Ingredients: 1 cup water. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 4 large eggs. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Chocolate ganache optional.
Instructions: Bring the butter and water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the flour and salt, and mix well until a ball forms. After transferring the dough to a bowl, allow it to cool slightly. One at a time, beat in the eggs until thoroughly combined. Set the oven temperature to 425F 220C. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. After 15 minutes of baking, lower the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit 190 degrees Celsius and continue baking for a further 20 to 25 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown. Allow the puffs to cool fully. Beat the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Split the cream puffs in half lengthwise, then stuff each half full of whipped cream. If desired, drizzle with chocolate ganache. Present and savor!

With this simple recipe, you can make beautifully decorated fondant-covered cookies. These cookies will impress everyone with their delightful appearance and delicious taste, whether for a special occasion or just for fun.
Ingredients: 1 batch of sugar cookies. 1 batch of fondant. Food coloring optional. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: Prepare the sugar cookie dough as per your favorite recipe and cut out desired shapes using cookie cutters. Bake the cookies according to the recipe instructions and allow them to cool completely. While the cookies cool, prepare the fondant. If using store-bought fondant, knead it until it becomes pliable. If making homemade fondant, follow your chosen recipe. Optional: Add food coloring to the fondant and knead it until the color is evenly distributed. You can use different colors to create a variety of fondant decorations. Dust a clean surface with powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Roll out the fondant to about 1/8 inch thickness. Use the same cookie cutters you used for the cookies to cut out fondant shapes. Carefully lift the fondant cutouts and place them on top of each cooled cookie. Gently press down to adhere the fondant to the cookies. If desired, use additional fondant pieces to create decorative elements or add details to the cookies. Allow the fondant-covered cookies to set for a few hours before serving or packaging. Avoid stacking them to prevent smudging the decorations. Once the fondant has set, the cookies are ready to be enjoyed or shared!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened 3 cups granulated sugar 6 large eggs 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pan 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh nutmeg, plus more for garnish 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. (2 1/2 oz.) bourbon, divided 2 tablespoons vanilla extract, divided Vegetable shortening, for pan 2 cups powdered sugar 2 - 3 tablespoons refrigerated eggnog Embark on a culinary journey to a healthier you with our eBook, 'Cook Fresh Year-Round.' Whisk together flour, salt, and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Stir together cream, 1/4 cup of the bourbon, and 1 tablespoon of the vanilla in small measuring cup. With mixer running on lowest speed, add flour mixture and cream mixture to butter mixture in batches, beginning and ending with flour mixture, beating until just blended after each addition and stopping to scrape bowl as needed. Transfer batter to a greased (with shortening) and floured 12- to 15-cup Bundt pan. (If using a 12-cup pan, cake may bake above rim; trim as needed to level.) STEP 3: Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, 1 hour to 1 hour, 10 minutes. Let cake cool in pan on a wire rack until pan is just cool enough to handle, 20 minutes. Turn cake out onto rack to cool, 1 hour. STEP 4: Stir together powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of the eggnog, and remaining 1 tablespoon each bourbon and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth, adding remaining 1 tablespoon eggnog, 1 teaspoon at a time, if needed for desired consistency. Transfer cooled cake to a platter; pour eggnog mixture over cake. Sprinkle with nutmeg; let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
