Another food pic bc I loved the colors of this meal! I’m pretty restricted with what I can eat right now but I enjoyed this bowl of quinoa, pepitas, fresh tomatoes, and a little parmigiana. Turns out the quinoa was made with coconut oil and I’m finding out I’m allergic but other than that it was great😜

Today I woke up with an excruciating migraine. I wanted to stay in bed and hide under my covers and wish the pain away. It was a very similar feeling 3000 days ago when I started this project lying in bed with such severe vertigo I couldn’t make it down the hallway without crawling, but unlike that day I got up and I went to my full-time job on the beach. As many of you know, I am one to downplay my successes and often find myself leading with my limitations and it’s days like today when I stop and really think about where I’ve been and what I’ve been through and how far I’ve come that forces me to see that I am more than enough. Thank you to everyone who has been here for all 3000 days and who knows maybe there will be 3000 more. Or maybe year 10 will be the cut off who knows lol.

5 hacks for better sleep 🛌 🥚 Don’t use your phone 30 minutes before going to sleep and make sure it is in sleep so it doesn’t ring while sleeping. 🥚 Go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. Even weekends. 🥚 Exercise regularly, but not too close to bedtime. 🥚 Don’t drink caffeine in the afternoon. I don’t drink it after 2pm, otherwise I won’t be able to fall asleep. 🥚 Make sure your bed and pillow are comfortable and focus on relaxing when trying to fall asleep. One of my goals in 2023 is to prioritize sleep. I am someone that needs at least 8 hours of sleep to function the next day. These are things I do to heal me get a better night sleep to have a more productive next day. Sometimes I also use mouth tape while sleeping but I can’t tell if I get a better nights sleep or not..
