Don’t be ashamed if you can only enter your headspace under certain circumstances. It’s perfectly okay if you:
✨ Only regress when you’re sleepy or close to falling asleep
✨ Only regress when disassociating
✨ Only regress when you’re around fellow regressors/dreamers or under the care of a caregiver
✨ Only regress from anxiety or stress
✨ Only regress when you have fallen ill
✨ Only regress under very specific conditions, no matter what they might be

🍌 List of Easy Agere Snacks! 🍌
Like a lot of age regressors, I am in a living situation where the people I am living with are either not aware or not accepting of my age regression.
This can make things really hard. One of those things for me is having access to food that can help me regress / feels safe to eat while I’m regressed. (This is mostly because my mother patrols the downstairs area and makes it very hard to go to the kitchen and grab smol food without being questioned.)
So for that reason I have compiled a sort of list / guide to some non-perishable agere foods that are easy to hide / keep in your room! (Along with some other tips regarding food and secretly regressing!)
Applesauce! Applesauce is one of my favorite smol foods (especially when I’m on the younger side of the scale,) and as long as you get individual packages it doesn’t need to be refrigerated! (I also HIGHLY recommend applesauce pouches like GoGo Squeezes, as they supplement that urge to suck on things and also are way less messy!)
Gummies! Again, super easy as they come in individual packages, and there are so many types to choose from! My personal favorites are Gushers and Welch’s. (Be warned that Gushers can be sticky!!) Also, if you baby regress like me be careful as these require chewing and can be a choking hazard! (I mention this because this has actually happened to me before >_>)
Crackers! Goldfish, Scooby Snacks, etc., all nice because you can buy them in individual packages and honestly regular Goldfish aren’t too suspicious! (But if you’re feeling extra baby, Baby Goldfish are pretty nice too as they are easier to eat especially when extra smol!)
Cereal! If you don’t mind eating it dry, cereal is a great option! I personally like Cheerios as they were a big staple of my childhood, but any dry cereal will do! (I also recommend just any cereal marketed towards kids so you can do the puzzles on the back and maybe get a toy!)
Now for a quick tip!
If you want to drink something out of a sippy or bottle, but don’t want to risk bringing the sippy or bottle to the kitchen to fill it, fill a cup with the drink first, then bring that to your room and pour it into your sippy or bottle! (Maybe do it over your bathroom sink though if you’re a clumsy little!)
