Check the rules, @NONBINARY on Twitter. Light Yagami’s reckless hate has gotten him into much more trouble than he ever bargained for this time.
The rules of the Death Note indeed say that if a person’s name is misspelled (or, in this case, they are erroneously named) four times, the Death Note is rendered useless against them.
However, the rules ALSO say that if the owner of the Death Note INTENTIONALLY misspells a name four times, they (the owner) will die.
One supposes this rule exists to prevent the owner of the Death Note from simply misspelling their own name, rendering themselves impervious to it. However, in this particular case, it seems to serve the purpose of illustrating a point about the self-destructive effects of irrational hate, and about acceptance and self-love (embracing a trans identity) as the ultimate solution to hate, nihilism, and tyranny (the reign of Kira) and personally I can’t think of a more fitting end for such a garbage can of a human being.

Meet the ‘conservative pot smokers’ voting to legalize marijuana in Florida
Sam, 43, of Orlando, has voted Republican in every election since 2000 and describes herself as an evangelical Christian. She also smokes pot. The first time Mike Pappas, 37, could legally vote after a marijuana conviction, he voted for Donald Trump. Spencer, 32, of Jacksonville, considers himself “right of center.” He’s smoked weed since he was 17. Now, the drug helps him get up in the morning…

Women in Politics
I know that his election was devastating for a billion and a half reasons, but one thing that occurred to me was how much of an example this is going to set for girls interested in Politics, or any position of power in general. Like, the Trump campaign's have shown that no matter how qualified the woman is, no matter how smart, likable, or strong, they will always be second best to any man. Two of the most qualified women in politics, who had years of experience lost to a bigoted dumbass with a big mouth and bigger pockets. Harris and Clinton worked their whole lives to reach the positions they were in before their campaigns and some fuckup who just decided one day to run for president. And he still fucking won. Twice. Because he is a man and his opponents weren't. Just look at what happened when we pitted another old white dude against him. It shows just how deep seeded a lot of the sexism and misogyny in the country is and shows us just how far we still have to go. We're on the stage, but the judges are still rigged.

NGL, the fact that queer Tumblr's and queer Twitter's hatred of twinks is barely distinguishable from cishet men's hatred of queer femme men is... funny... in a nastily ironic way.

I am endlessly amused at deplorable Trump supporters who feign outrage when they’re called deplorable, and the garbage ass Trump supporters who get fake upset about being called garbage. They call everyone else all kinds of insulting names, but they suddenly become delicate little snowflakes when someone calls them out by their rightful names. Somewhere deep down inside they must know they’re all deplorable pieces of garbage.

IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ
Normally I don't want and don't like to say something about this topic, but the most recent developments made me think that I have to say something about it. And no matter how boring, stupid or crude you find this, please read it to the end.
I'm from Germany and most of you will probably know what history Germany has. So seeing what happens right now in the election race in the USA makes me feel very uneasy.
Before I come to a few reasons why I think like it, I will directly come to the point. If you want to live in a country like NAZI Germany or Russia, a country where you have to be scared about saying a wrong word or even thinking something wrong, a country where you can get arrested or even worse for saying or thinking something that doesn't align with what your government or president thinks, a country where people don't have many rights and people have different rights than others, a country that probably has no or faked elections, then please vote for Trump. BUT if you are proud of your country, your freedom, the chance of voting every four years for a president, having rights, being allowed to live and think how you want (which are things that are the greatest and most important in the world, but we often forget it, because it seem sto be so normal), then vote for Harris.
Because Trump got so much more radical since he was president. Statements like wanting to punish or sanctionize people who aren't voting for him, or not accepting the result of a election and making his supporters storm the capitol, or wanting to give harder punishments to people that aren't American, than to people who are American, that's taking freedom away. Also things like making up stories (like people who are eating pets, or that the government isn't helping the hurricane victims, or that the helpers take their properties), that's propaganda, a tool that's only used by radical parties or people who want to repress the people. They want to decide what you are allowed to do and even what you are allowed to watch, to hear and to know, because they just want you to know what they want you to know, so they can rule over you without interruptions. It is very much the same as in NAZI Germany or Russia. This guy is more than just dangerous, he will change the USA forever and not to the good. He more than once hinted at plans to get rid of elections, while not saying it cleary, but to say that people just have to vote this one time, because they don't have to vote ever again, and some other statements he made, are more than clear enough.
So please go and vote, but please consider very well for which of the candidates you vote, because your personal freedom and future, and the freddom and future and also well-being of your whole country, the people that are living there, and even the world is on the line this time. And I don't want the USA, which are probably the greatest country in the world, go down to a despotic or autocratic country that loses everything that makes it so great.
