Mama's Boy | Part 3
Pair: Jake x neytiri x human reader (trio couple) x sully children's
Warning: Kinda sad, cozy moments, conflict.
Note:I've had so many ideas for this mini-series. Cuz yeah, now I've turned it into a mini-series xD. I think it's going to have two more parts or who knows. But thank you so much for the support, by the way I recently opened a KO-Fi…. if you want to leave any tips or support I would appreciate it (it would help me to buy real coffee xD). But still we are very close to reach my followers goal, you guys are amazing.
AVATAR MASTERLIST | Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6(final)
You still couldn't believe you were with your family. Neteyam, kiri and tuk were helping neytiri prepare breakfast. Jake was next to you, while lo'ak had his head in your lap. The boy may have been twice your size, but he was always looking for a way to snuggle with his mother. He had his eyes closed, while you gently stroked his hair. "Looks like someone around here is falling asleep," jake says, watching as lo'ak settles more into your lap. You smile, bending a little to place a soft kiss on lo'ak's cheek. "He missed me so much, huh?" you speak, jake moves closer to you. For now he wraps his arm around your shoulder, pulling you closer to him. "yeah…he was hopeless" jake looks at lo'ak, he had definitely fallen asleep. "My poor beautiful baby" you speak. "You know he's all grown up" jake teases a little, but he does it with tenderness. You've always been that way with all the kids in the family. You were the mother who spoiled them.
On the other hand, you felt a little bad for lo'ak. You knew that these last few months must have been difficult for him. Of course, being away from you. The whole mess with the RDA. But the little problem between him and his father. Jake could be a little strong with lo'ak, always comparing him to neteyam. This situation had been the beginning of a few arguments between Jake and you. They never became serious and always looked for a solution. But you knew that if you were present things had to get a little out of control.
"Come here…the food is ready" says neytiri. You carefully lift lo'ak up, watching as the boy stands up and sits down. Everyone settles in together, neteyam runs as fast as he can settling in next to you. "Hey…move!!!" lo'ak pushes neteyam a little. "skxawng let me…I want to be next to mom too" neteyam and lo'ak start to fight. In a quick move you pull lo'ak's tail, dragging him hard so that he sits on your left side. "By eywa… Here's an empty space" you scold them both. Neytiri couldn't contain her laughter, they looked so cute. It had been a long time since the whole family had been together.
Breakfast was served very quickly, everyone was happy. Telling the anectodes they had lived, catching up with each other. The room was so bright and happy. It seemed as if nothing bad was happening. "mom I have to show you my ilu" says tuk excitedly. "ilu? What is that?" you ask because everything she was telling you was new to you. You had arrived in the early morning. And you hadn't left the marui at all, even jake sneaked you from the ikran to the marui. "They are a type of ikran…but aquatic" neytiri explains to you, this makes you more curious. "yessss mom you will love them, and the beaches…ahhh" kiri was so excited, planning everything she was going to do with you. But jake interrupts them for a moment, "kids…I know you are excited about your mother's arrival, but remember I still have to talk to the clan leaders" jake speaks, watching as all the family's faces changed to one of concern.
"Are they that bad?" you look at neytiri with concern. "They're not bad…tonowari is friendly and I'm sure she'll understand. But ronal…she's the problem" jake gets a little nervous, knowing he'll have to talk to them soon. "She's very problematic" neytiri says rolling her eyes back. "but mom isn't going to leave…is she?" lo'ak holds your hand tightly. "I'm going to stay?" you look at Jake, waiting for his answer. Jake caresses your face. "Of course you are…it's definite. Y/N is staying with us" jake speaks. Lo'ak moves closer to you, curling his hand between your arm. He looked like a larva next to you, and on your other side was neteyam imitating lo'ak. You squeeze their hands tighter, hoping they know you're not going anywhere.
After breakfast, neytiri insisted that you take a nap. The journey through the night and into the early morning had been a long one. So she adjusted the hammock she and Jake shared. "Here the three of us will sleep…it's very comfortable. You should get some rest," says neytiri, she was so excited about your arrival. She felt complete again. Jake completed a part of her soul, but you were her soul mate. You did everything together, the connection you two had was very special. "well you're right…I'm a little tired" you stretch out, climbing into the hammock to rest. As you were settling in, neytiri was talking to you. Until lo'ak approaches from the other side. "Mama!!!" lo'ak yells. Neytiri taps him on the head. "Be quiet…mama is going to sleep" neytiri scolds him, but you touch lo'ak's face. "What's wrong my darling?" you see lo'ak's little ears pull back.
"Then…are we going to make the bracelets we always make for my birthday?" lo'ak looks at you with wide eyes. Neytiri opens her eyes, and you look at her with concern. By your arrival they had both forgotten about the boy's birthday. "Of course we did…but mom needs to rest" you reassure the boy. Lo'ak smiles excitedly, walking away to go get everything ready for when you get up. "this day has been crazy and it's only just started" neytiri says, watching you laugh. She takes your hand and gives it a gentle kiss. "Rest" neytiri pulls away, leaving you to rest. You had to process everything that was going on, you settle a little in the hammock and close your eyes.
On the other hand, Jake had left the Marui after finishing breakfast. He was determined to do whatever it took to get you to stay with them. Jake arrived at tonowari and ronal's marui. The pair got up from the floor when they saw jake approaching. "hello…good morning" jake speaks, greeting both bosses. He felt like he was about to throw up, the matkayina clan had been so kind to them. He had recently accepted them into the clan, and now he was about to drop some big news. "How can we help you?" asks Ronal, inviting Jake to sit down. Jake sits down, placing his hands on his thigh nervously. "I came to ask you for a favor," jake says. Ronal looks quickly at his partner, tonowari signals jake to continue. "I know I haven't expressed myself honestly…but my family is bigger than you think" says jake. Tonowari now looks confused. What was this man talking about.
"I had to leave one of my children's mothers in the jungle, because it was dangerous for her to come with us. But recently I brought her here…to the clan," Jake says, swallowing hard. Jake was looking both leaders in the eye. "Another mother? How were you able to leave one of your mates? What was the reason?" asks tonowari. Jake settles back on his ankles, he was sweating a little. "The reason I couldn't bring her is that she's…she's a person from the Sky" jake speaks, there was a rather long silence for jake's liking." You're saying there's a demon living among us!!!" shouts ronal, the woman gets up from the ground. She looked upset. "No wait!!! She's harmless…I can" jake tries to explain everything, trying to make eye contact with tonowari. "Jake sully…what have you done?" tonowari looked annoyed, but calm at the same time. For some reason over the past few months the two men had become good friends. "She's the mother of my children too…I" jake is interrupted by ronal. Which was now in front of him. "How is it possible!!!?" ronal is hysterical, a demon in her clan. She couldn't allow something like that.
"Y/n…she is the mother of my third child, lo'ak. She carries, raises and is the mother of my son. I know it's crazy, but you must believe me. She won't do any harm, tonowari listen" jake tries to approach his friend. "She is part of the omaticaya clan, she is someone who has earned the trust of our clan. She is a na'vi" jake tries to speak as slowly as he can. " A na'vi…you're crazy!!!" ronal sits down next to his partner, taking his hand. "Jake…I don't think…everything you're telling me is a lot" tonowari is at a loss for words. "I know it's hard to understand and hard to believe. But I'm asking you to please let her stay. She is part of our family, if you want I can bring her here…and" jake is again interrupted by ronal.
"No…she won't stay here. It is impossible for a human to give birth to a na'vi child. Second she is dangerous, she is a demon!!!" ronal shouts, but that word awakens something in jake that he was trying to control. "SHE IS NOT A FUCKING DEMON…AND I ASK FOR A LITTLE RESPECT, BECAUSE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT MY PARTNER AND THE MOTHER OF MY CHILDREN" jake yells, getting up from the ground. This action causes tonowari to become defensive. Imitating jake, getting up. "Jake you don't need to yell at my partner like that" tonowari confronts him. "And she shouldn't talk about my family like that" jake takes a deep breath. Preparing to exit the marui. "I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family….but if you don't accept her. I think it would be best if we left" jake speaks, exiting the marui in annoyance.
He knew he shouldn't have yelled like that, much less at Ronal. But he could let them talk bad about you. If there was one person who had never hurt anyone, it was you. Even in the great war with the RDA you never… had blood on your hands. Jake arrived at the marui, finding only you and neytiri. You were still lying in the hammock, while Neytiri was weaving a basket. You both looked so happy and carefree. Jake remains silent, watching as both women looked at him with concern. "Is something wrong?" neytiri asks watching as jake sits down next to you. "Jake?" you knew that face something had happened. Jake is silent for a good while, trying to calm down and get the news out that he was going to say. "I think we'll be leaving this place tomorrow…all of us" Jake says, Neytiri adjusts in her seat. And you quickly get out of the hammock, confused. "What are you talking about honey?" you speak. Jake reaches over and strokes your cheek, your partner's eyes reflecting frustration. "I tried to talk to them…but all they did was offend you" jake swallows hard, dragging the back of his neck. "I crossed the line…and yelled at ronal. I couldn't stand them talking bad about you" jake speaks, you hold his hand. Sitting next to him. "my eywa…what did you do?" neytiri was upset, she was tired of moving from one side to the other.
"If I have to go back to the jungle I'll do it…" you speak, but you see how neytiri and jake look at you with wide eyes answering you with a big 'No'. Jake was not going to let you go back to camp. The family had already decided that you would stay with them, no matter what. Now the problem was telling the kids the news, but they had to. That same day you broke the news to the children. While neteyam, tuk and kiri looked a little upset because they had to leave the place, as they were getting used to it. Lo'ak didn't really care, after his mother was with him. On the other hand you felt very guilty, this wouldn't be happening if you weren't here. You were the problem and it was killing you. Your people were already the problem that Pandora had, but now you were also the problem that your family had.
You were sitting in a corner of the marui, everyone had started to pack everything. According to Jake, they were leaving the next morning. Neytiri looks at you, you were wrapped up like a little ball in a corner. She knew you…she knew you were feeling guilty. Neytiri didn't care for humans, the only human she ever allowed in her life was you. You are the only human she trusts and loves. Neytiri knew that none of what was happening was your fault, she never blamed you or held you responsible for the cruelties your species did, she never would. Because for her you were another creature, as if you were a being apart from your own race. Neytiri approaches you, kneeling down to now be at your level. You look up, meeting Neytiri's gaze. She had a warm smile plastered on her lips. "You know I hate it when you feel guilty," says neytiri.
"But it is… and you know how true. I shouldn't be around you guys, I'm one of the biggest problems you have and I" you are interrupted, when neytiri in one swift movement grabs your wrist and lifts you off the ground. Dragging you into her arms, hugging you tightly. From the emotion and stress you have been carrying all these months you collapse in her arms. And you begin to cry, this attracts the attention of the whole family. Kiri quickly approaches, and accompanies neytiri in the hug and tuk also joins in. "You are not a problem for this family…You are not like them, you will never be like your species. I know…I bet everything on you" says neytiri, pulling away a little from the hug, to fix several pieces of your hair. "I get sad when you cry," says tuk, and you try to calm down, caressing the little girl's face.
Jake is packing things, with neteyam's help. They are both looking at the scene, Jake looks at Neteyam. He looked a little upset, "everything okay?" asks Jake, watching as Neteyam lets go of what he was doing. "I don't understand why they don't accept mom…she's our mother and…I don't understand" neteyam is frustrated. He wishes everyone could see you like they see you here. "teyam not all people think like us and have the same understanding. That's why we'll find another place…we'll be fine" jake taps his son on the arm. Jake turns all around, looking for lo'ak. "Hey where's your brother?" jake asks, neteyam lifts his shoulders. "Mmmm I don't know, he said something like 'I want to take one last walk'" neteyam speaks. Jake sighs loudly, he hopes lo'ak doesn't do anything stupid before he leaves, otherwise he was going to kill him.
On the other hand… lo'ak was determined to behave like a man, like a warrior. He looked for tsireya, the girl was talking to roxto when he saw lo'ak approaching her. "Hello!!!" the girl got excited when she saw him, lo'ak had been missing for a long time. "Hi…hey can I ask you a favor?" the boy asks. Roxto and tsireya gave each other a look. "I need to talk to your father" says lo'ak, he looked determined and confident. "Ahh I don't think so… dad talked about something like he had an argument with your father and I don't think it's the right thing to do" says tsireya.
"I know…but that's why I want to talk to him. I'm sure he'll understand me" says lo'ak. The girl thought for a moment, she didn't think it was the right thing to do. But something told her she had to let him talk to her father. "Ok…come with me" says tsireya, starting to lead lo'ak towards the familiar marui. Ronal was not in the marui, and to lo'ak's luck there was only tonowari. The man sees who is accompanying his daughter, and sighs aloud. "What brings you here?" says tonowari. Lo'ak greets him respectfully. " Dad… lo'ak wants to talk to you" says tsireya.
"But I don't want to talk to him," says tonowari, going on about his business. The girl looks worriedly at lo'ak. But he steps forward. "Sir…please, I need you to listen to me" says lo'ak, making eye contact with the man. Tonowari thinks for a moment, but agrees. Tsireya steps away and leaves them alone. "Why don't you sit down boy" says tonowari. Lo'ak sits down, in comparison to his father. Lo'ak had a serious and determined posture.
"Go ahead…I'm listening" says tonowari. Lo'ak clears his throat and takes a deep breath. "I know you and my father had an argument this morning, and it was about my mother. I know it's hard to understand, that a human is the mother of a na'vi. But look at me…I am proof of that" lo'ak points to himself, raising his hands to show you. "Take a good look at me…I am a hybrid…a mixture of my father and mother. And I'm still a na'vi. You people may think I'm a monster," lo'ak says.
"I don't think that…boy, she is a sky person, they have destroyed everything they touch" says tonowori. "But my mother hasn't destroyed anything and anyone. She is the best person that can exist. She has been through so much… I just want her to be with us. For her to be safe, because she is in danger too." Lo'ak moves closer to the man. "Please give her a chance…a time of trial. And if she does not convince you, we will leave. But I swear to you my mother is not dangerous" Lo'ak is practically begging to accept his mother into the clan. Lo'ak had never been one to beg for help, but for you. He would give the world, he needed you to be here. And he also knew that the whole family needed you.
Lo'ak gets up from the floor, tonowari said and spoke nothing. He just looks seriously at the boy. Lo'ak thanks him for taking care of him and starts his way to the marui. When he arrives he sees how the whole family was packing. "Where were are you?" asks neytiri. "I was saying goodbye to my friends" says lo'ak, walking towards you. Neytiri gives you a look and you signal that you were in charge. Lo'ak sitting down next to you, laying his head on your shoulder. "Mom?" lo'ak speaks softly, just for you to hear. "Yes?" you speak, as you go about your own business. "You're awesome, you know that?" lo'ak says. Feeling you stop, you turn to look at him. You press a kiss to his hair, and he swears he sees your eyes fill with tears. "I know honey…I know" you joke. Lo'ak is just waiting for tonowari to think about what he told him. he needs eywa to help him.
P.s. This part was going to be longer, but I think I got carried away. XD So I split it so there would be another part, I hope you like it. Wait for the next part <3

Hi!! I love the way you write for Neteyam and Ao’nung omg always gives me butterflies 🥹 may I request an Ao’nung x fem!metkayina!reader wherein they are expected mates but Ao’nung isn’t really pleased with the idea cuz he feels like it takes away his freedom? he was cold to her at but he couldn’t help but feel things for her too since she’s so nice and sweet, he’s all like ‘oh shit she don’t deserve that treatment 😳”
Pride
summary: ao’nung loathed you, or did he loathe the fact that he had no freedom. either way he still wanted you, but his pride stopped him even when you were in arms reach. 1.2k words <3
──── ⑅*❀*⑅ ────
It was expected of you and Ao’nung to mate since you came of age. Ronal knew you were one of the best young healers within your clan. You grew up around Ao’nung and his family knowing him since you were learning to walk, it was never not an option that you two would become a pair.
You were never opposed to this. You looked up to Ao’nung even though he was only a couple months older than you he was always this sparkling figure in your mind that you longed to be near.
Ao’nung was the complete opposite. He hated the fact that his love was arranged and his hatred for the marriage turned into a hatred for you. Seeing you was like seeing his choices being ripped away from him. It made him infuriated when you talked to him.
You knew that he didn’t like you, you tried to not take it to heart but it always panged a little when he gave you such mean stares. His eyes shooting daggers cutting you open and spilling you out.
It never stopped you though. You were determined, if you were to live your life as Tsa’hik with this man you were not going to be miserable. You wanted the love you gave him to be given back to you. You wanted the daggers he sent at you, to be flowers and a kiss on the cheek. You longed for his touch, his love, his heart.
“Ao’nung!” You called for him as he swam around on his ilu. Looking at you he rolled his eyes his ilu stopping to wait for you to run up to him. What did you want? You had the rest of his life to badger him why couldn’t you just let him have peace?
“What do you want?” He groaned as you swam next to him. He hated looking at you, he hated it so much. But what he hated even more was that he used to not hate you.
When he was smaller he’d get ready every morning to see you, to play with you and explore the sea. But when he felt as if it was no loner his choice to be with you, he didn’t want it and forced himself to hate everything you had together.
“I just wanted to see you.” You smiled up at him patting the top of his ilu’s head. It echoed out a happy squeak sound as you looked into Ao’nung’s softening eyes.
“I didn’t want to see you.” He scoffed beginning to turn away from you.
“Ao’nung don’t be so mean.” You grumbled grabbing onto his leg to stop him from leaving you.
Ao’nung’s body froze, it had been months since you last laid a hand on him. You both used to always share small little touches but once he was cold towards you, your warmth left his side.
The combination of your soft hands gently gripping onto him and your pleading face, it made his heart swell. Why must you be like this?
“I’m not being mean, go back to the village Y/N. I was enjoying my peace.” Venom dripped of his tongue as the words rolled off it. Sighing you let your hand fall off his leg as you swam backwards to create distance between the two of you.
“Oh, I apologize mighty warrior Ao’nung whose serenity has been greatly disturbed.”
“Why can’t you just leave me alone? I want to be alone.” He groaned trying to swim past you but you grabbed onto him once more.
“Ao’nung…come on.”
“No, go away.” He shook your grip off him descending back into the sea as you stormed back onto shore. Ao’nung always regretted his coldness towards you, he knew it wasn’t your choice to mate with him, but still he wanted his freedom. But he longed for you, his pride just continuously got in the way.
It was now after dark and it was time for you and Ao’nung’s family to all have dinner together. A tradition that has been every going since you were born.
You saw Ao’nung preparing the fish and other food for dinner tonight. He sat on the sand crouched as he span a fish over a fire to grill it evenly.
You sat beside him quietly. You were just so persistent Ao’nung thought to himself.
“It looks delicious.” You mumbled next to him, he nodded curtly in response. “Be careful to not burn yourself on the rod-”
“Shit!” He yelled out as his entire palm was scorched by the hot rod that he was spinning. He winced immediately grabbing his sore hand.
“Wait here!” You yelled urgently moving to grab some water and a herbal paste to place over his hand.
“No Y/N I don’t need help.”
“Your hand is burnt, give it to me” reaching your hand out to grab his you inspected it. The skin was already tight and dry from the heat. Ao’nung’s grimaced as you ran a soft finger over the burn.
“That hurts!”
“You should’ve been careful, Skxwang.” He hissed in annoyance refusing to look at you as you poured cool water over his hand. “This is going to sting. Okay?”
“I’ll be fine- OW. Y/N stop.” He pulled his hand away from your grip, his eyes staring daggers again.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” You repeated as you grabbed his hand back to continue putting the paste on his hand. “There all done, what a brave boy.” You joked at him leaving a kiss on his palm.
Ao’nung was about to explode. His heart was about to be a piece of abstract art. He couldn’t handle this. He couldn’t handle you. It was like one simple kiss crumbled every wall he'd tried to build up.
You were too good. Too kind. Too sweet. He was nothing but cruel to you and here you were still leaving him with butterflies and kisses. He was too immature, his hatred for his lack of freedom was released onto you for months and yet here you were.
Staring up at him cradling his injured hand as you glowed in the moonlight looking ever so ethereal. It was surreal, you were surreal. No one was as good as you and no one had treated you worse than him.
While Ao’nung went through an epiphany you sat next to him question why you were so bold to kiss his hand. You may have always longed for him, yearned for him but never enough to be so bold, so stupid.
You retracted your hand from his as you were about to get up. Leave before he could berate you and leave you heartbroken. You knew he loathed you but you didn’t want to hear it. You liked living in ignorance bliss.
“Y/N…I see you.”
“What.”
He chuckled at your complete confusion. “I know I have been rude to you for a while-”
“No way I haven’t figured.” You roll your eyes at him but you continue to stare deep into his eyes as he pulls you forward into him with his uninjured hand.
“Please just listen, I have loved you since I knew how to walk but, when I was told I’d have no choice on who my mate is. I loathed you for taking away my freedom. But I was so stupid because in reality I never wanted another mate but you.”
“So, you’re saying you were dumb and stupid?” You joked, you knew he wasn’t lying you’d known him too long to not be able to tell. He nodded at you.
“I was dumb and stupid for refusing to see the kindness inside of you. Now can my dumb stupid self give you a kiss?”
Blushing you nodded and let him connect your lips as one. This was all you ever wanted. The only one you ever wanted was him. Ao’nung prayed that this wasn’t just a dream as he continued to kiss you.
He was an idiot to let his pride get in the way of having you. But he refused to ever let his pride push you away ever again, not while he had you right in his arms.

━ CLOUDED . . . ! 🦢
short fic
(sorry photopea isn't cooperating rn so I'll fix the header when it's working)
summary: Neteyam almost dies after getting shot, only with your help he'll survive.
a/n: sorry had to make a fic to this song because I love jhene Aiko 😩 This is a really short fic for my liking so ig it's more like a drabble? 1.1k words.
warnings: near death experience. angst to fluff. She/her pronouns. Reader is Navi
we do not exist in any other instant.
here in this dimension you and I are meant to be.
If you were to tell people about love, you'd tell them about you and Neteyam. Neteyam was your pillar, the only thing holding you up when you were at your lowest. Neteyam was there for you. He would always say "With every beat of my heart, my love grows even more for you" Oh how you adored Neteyam. You have chosen him and he has chosen you, but how you wished life was this simple.
"That was crazy cuz!" Lo'ak yelled and high fived you and Spider when you guys finally emerged from the water. You tried your best to stay afloat, all of your energy has been drained from fighting the sky people. Your eyes scanned around until you spotted red growing in the water, worried you looked down at your body trying to check if you've been hit anywhere. You were fine and the two seemed fine so that leaves Neteyam. You quickly looked at him breathing heavily, almost drowning from the waves, barely keeping his head up. "Oh no Neteyam" The other two boys heard you and quickly looked your way only to have the same shocked face as you had on.
"Shit!! Help him" Lo'ak was now yelling in fear rather than excitement. You called for your ilu which came quickly to your aid. You put Neteyam behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist as he slumped on your back breathing heavily into your ear. Your heart was pounding so roughly that you swore even Neteyam could feel it. "Watch his head!" You said out loud as you all carried his limp body on the small island which his dad was on. If someone would tell you that one day you'd be here watching your beloved mate die you'd probably laugh at their face. "What happened?" Jake asked panicking before lifting Neteyam's body up to check his back. There was an exit hole, Neteyam was bound to bleed out. "Shit!" Jake looked around frantically trying to find something to clog the wound before it was too late.
You sat beside Neteyam with his head in your lap, tears falling down your face almost landing on his. "Stay awake for me" You begged him. Neteyam's eyes were scrambling everywhere as he was also panicking, he was so young with dreams and ambitions. He didn't want to die. His eyes settled to look into yours. You cupped his face, softly caressing his cheek. "Tìyawn" He croaked slightly smiling, glad to have you with him at his final moments. "I'm here Teyam do not worry." "My love don't look at me like that, I don't want your last memory of me to be like this" More tears came out of your eyes after hearing his words.
You didn't want to lose hope as it was all you had at this moment. You heard a rip before Jake finally spoke again "Quick shove this in the wound and swim back to the village fast" He passed you a piece of cloth which you put on top of the wound. "I'm sorry this is gonna hurt" And with that you shoved it in, your heart shattering after hearing Neteyam's screams of pain. You picked up Neteyam slightly struggling due to his weight and the fact that he was taller than you.
Lo'ak came to your aid and the both of you put one of his arms around your shoulders before carefully placing him in your ilu. Lo'ak decided to stay back since the fight was not finished. After bidding him a farewell you quickly rode your ilu towards the village where the Tsahik is, surely she can help.
You arrived at the shore screaming for help which thank ewya the Tsahik Ronal heard. Ronal looked at Neteyam limped only standing up with your support. She took him inside her hut and commanded you to stay outside while she tried her best to keep Neteyam alive. A thousand questions flooded your head. ‘Will he be alright’ All you wanted to do was be within your Neteyam's arms again, laying on a tree branch or maybe staring up at the sky naming every star. You wished you didn't have to walk around in the future hearing strangers say “Ewya did it for a reason” or “He is in a better place now” If ewya had a reason, what could have it possibly have been? To teach you a lesson? No person should die this young.
Soon enough the flap to Ronal's healing hut opened revealing her. You rose to your feet hoping you were not about to hear a "I'm sorry" come out of her mouth. "He is alive thanks to you, just very weak." You trembled as relief washed over you after hearing the Tsahik's words. "You can come inside now child" She stepped to the side to make space for you "Thank you." You bowed to her and walked in to see Neteyam lying peacefully with bandages wrapped around him. "Wake up soon my love." You sat down next to him and picked up his hand, kissing it.
A month. A whole month has passed and still Neteyam was in his deep slumber. The war is over and the sky people have lost. A party was set to celebrate the great ordeal of winning against such demons. Normally you'd be dancing around and singing within the light of the bonfire but you couldn't. You couldn't have fun and laugh knowing that Neteyam was still in a coma. Often you'd find yourself sitting beside him having some sort of physical touch with him. In fact that was what you were doing right now.
You had fallen asleep next to him by accident, obviously tired after many sleepless nights. Before the war you'd always sleep within Neteyam's strong arms. “Neteyam the mighty cuddler” you'd joke. You were lost in sleep almost ignoring the fact that you felt someone's hand on the back of your head caressing it ever so softly. You would've kept your eyes closed before you heard a quiet. "Ma y/n." Your ears twitched trying to process if you were just dreaming or not.
After a few minutes you opened your eyes to see bright yellow ones staring at you. You pulled him into a hug carefully avoiding his wrapped up wounds. "You're finally awake" you sobbed as Neteyam rubbed his hand against your back trying to comfort you. "shh calm down, I will always come back for you even if I were to die we'd meet again in ewya's paradise."

Her (Part 1)
Pairing: adult!Neteyam x female human!reader x adult!Lo’ak
A/N: reader does not need a mask to breathe in Pandora because of experiments done to her by the RDA
Lo'ak is 18, Neteyam is 19
Summary: After setting the rest free, Lo'ak and Neteyam head back into the ship to get Spyder. As Neteyam and soldiers exchange gunfire, Spyder jumps off the ship with Lo'ak following shortly behind. Quaritch's daughter was being held captive by her father. As chaos erupts, she attempts her escape as the soldiers are hunting down the Sully family. In the midst of her discreet escape, she spots a soldier aiming his AVR-30 directly at the eldest Sully son. From the metal beam directly above Neteyam and yells at the Navi to move. Seeing Neteyam continuing to shoot, the girl jumps down onto the platform and pushes him off the boat.
Warnings/notes: NSFW, swearing, slow burn, enemies to lovers, angst, fluff, smut, love triangle (future)
"Give me that," Neteyam shouts, taking the gun from Lo'ak and shooting down the soldiers that were following the trio. After directing Lo'ak to jump off the boat, Neteyam peaks over the wall and aims at the two soldiers across the deck. Suddenly, he hears a faint voice above him and ignores it, finally pulling the trigger and spraying bullets to take down the remaining avatars. Before he could press the trigger once more, he's tackled off the ship and spots a small frame holding onto him as the two fall into the water. In high alert, he holds his breath and traps the small frame. He observes the human girl with long brown hair and hazel eyes in his embrace. All he could think after his near death experience was one word- beautiful. Her cheeks were adorably puffed as she held her breath, her cheeks rosy from the cold waters surrounding them. Her odd human clothes were drenched and sticking to her skin, and he could see the outline of her breasts through her white shirt that left little to the imagination. However, before he could say anything, he notices a shade of scarlet surrounding them. He scans her from head to toe, and notices a gash above her right shoulder. The bullet had grazed her.
"That was insane cuz!" Lo'ak exclaims, him and Spyder exchanging wide smiles and sensing Neteyam's presence behind them. He boards his ilu and turns around to face the boat. "Come on bro-" he starts but stops mid-sentence. "Who's that?" he asks, spotting the human girl next to his brother. He glances at her from up-to-down, and when he noticed that she didn't have uniform on or a gun, he was even more confused. He glances at Spyder who just shrugs and says, "I don't know bro."
Neteyam, acting quickly, picks the girl up and helps her up onto his ilu. "She's shot," the eldest brother asserts. He makes the bond and races to the rock where he sees his father. "Dad we have to help her," Neteyam asserts as he looks at the graze and balances the both of them on his ilu. Jake warily looks at his son before noticing the firm look in his eyes. Without questions, Jake picks up the girl by her waist and lays her down. "Watch her head," Spyder states as he observes her being pulled up onto a flatter surface.
Jake observes the wound, seeing that it was only a graze and she would be fine. He glances at his eldest son who placed a hand under her head and whispered words of comfort. "She's gonna be okay. It's just a graze, but she's losing blood. I'm gonna rip a part of your shirt to cover the wound," he informs her.
She nods, before wincing in pain at the movement. Jake quickly rips off the bottom of her shirt, quickly wrapping it around the wound tightly and apologizing when he notices her flinch.
"Sorry. I have wrap it tight so that you don't lose blood," he apologizes and starts to create a knot that wrapped over the center of the wound. Neteyam, sitting down next to his father, looks at her worriedly. He rests a hand on her cheek in comfort when she groans at the pain.
"It's gonna be okay," he whispers, his mind clouded with guilt and sorrow. He knew that if she didn't push him off the ship, the bullet would have done more than just graze him. He noticed the soldier who had pointed it to him, but in a slight second of panic and unsureness, he continued to shoot instead of withdrawing. Even though he had no idea who she was, he was indebted to her and believed that Ewya had made it so that their paths would cross.
As Jake finishes wrapping the wound, he informs the girl that it's done and she'll be fine. Relieved yet tired at his words, she closes her eyes and takes a deep breath.
Tuk, Tsireya, and Kiri hopped onto the rock off of their ilus, Kiri helping Tuk off and observing the stranger that her brother was staring at.
"Quaritch left. He called his ikran after we took out his soldiers and disappeared," Kiri revealed.
"We is a stretch," Tsireya laughed. "Kiri singlehandedly took them all out."
"She has super powers now," Tuk joins in, looking at her older sister in awe. Jake looks at his eldest daughter in confusion and opens her mouth to, but is interrupted when Neytiri flies down on her ikran and joins her family.
Looking around, she embraces her children one by one and scans them for injuries. “Thank Ewya for keeping my children safe,” she says in relief. Suddenly, Neytiri spots the unconscious girl and her eldest son who is holding her cheek in deep thought. Neteyam glances at his mother and notices her eyes glazing over in rage and instantly intervenes. “Mom she’s-” he starts.
"Why is that demon here," she cuts him off. She hisses and Jake stands up and embraces his wife.
“I don’t know who she is, but I think she helped our children. Let’s head back and we’ll talk about this when we’re all safe and back home” Jake reasons.
Neytiri looks at him with doubt before sighing and dropping her tense shoulders. She looks at the way Neteyam softly grazed her cheek with his fingers, and the soft look in his eyes. She felt a sense of déjà vu and looked back at her mate, nodding her head.
Jake nods at Neteyam to help the girl onto his ilu. The group head back to the Metkayina clan in the reefs, and Neteyam repeatedly glances at the unconscious girl who he had strapped in front of him onto his ilu.
“Bro. Who is she?” Lo’ak asks as him, Spyder, and Neteyam walk on the shore. It had been a day since the battle, and everyone had been too overwhelmed and tired to acknowledge the obvious elephant in the room after facing multiple life or death scenarios.
Jake and Neytiri had witnessed their children being held at gunpoint by Quaritch more times than they can count, and they were just relieved that their family had made it out safely. Neteyam had explained to his father what had happened, stating that she saved his life.
The human girl that their son had insisted they helped was not in the clear, but she did not seem to be a direct threat. Jake assessed her form, concluding that she could not have been older than his children and her lack of uniform, avatar, and weapons made her visibly harmless.
She had been resting ever since they had returned to the reef and could not bring herself to question where she was and where she would go.
She was usually curious and loud, fascinated by Pandora and had only ever seen the forest Navis. Her curiosity and outspokenness meant that she would ask those questions eventually, but now she just wanted to rest.
Neteyam checked up on her frequently, hoping that she would be feeling better and speak to him. However, every time he entered her tent, she would turn over and pretend to be asleep.
Now, he was walking with his little brother and Spyder on the beach and reflecting on the events of the previous day. “I don’t know, but she saved my life,” Neteyam replies, sitting down on the sand and glancing at his little brother who sits and looks at him in confusion.
“One of Quaritch’s soldiers had a direct shot at me. I should’ve withdrew instead of firing but I hesitated and suddenly, I’m tackled and falling into the sea.”
Lo’ak nods and stares off into the ocean in thought, glancing back at his brother and grateful that he was here and alive. The reality that he could’ve lost his Neteyam struck him and he realized that although he wanted to get Spyder back, it was not worth risking his family.
Trying to lighten the mood, Lo’ak suddenly laughs causing Neteyam and Spyder to turn their heads to him.
“She’s hot” Lo’ak smirks. Neteyam thumps the back of his head muttering a quick “idiot” before standing back up. Internally, he agreed but would never admit it to his baby brother.
“Hey,” a small voice says from behind them, and Neteyam quickly whips around and spots the girl who had been hibernating for the past twenty-four hours. He notices the gauze on her shoulder that Norm and Max had placed when they flew in, and her new clothes which he guessed they had also given her.
“Hey,” Neteyam replies, stepping forward and glancing down at her tiny frame. “Are you feeling okay? Do you need anything” he rushes, glancing over her wound once more and checking for injuries. He finally holds her sides and gazes down at her. Lo’ak gave a knowing look to Spyder who quietly laughed.
“I’m okay,” she says, shyly looking away from his intense gaze and looking at the other Navi and human. Lo’ak winks at her, causing her to look at him in shock and turn her head back to Neteyam.
Neteyam notices her discomfort, taking her hand and leading her to his family’s tent which was completely empty.
The two sit in silence before Neteyam speaks up. “Thank you… for what you did. I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for you. I’m Neteyam by the way,” he introduces himself. The girl looks back at him and softly smiles in response, her head still spinning with thoughts of what would happen now. “Neteyam,” she repeats. “I’m Y/N.”
His heart skipped a beat at her saying his name and he touches her hand, staring into her hazel orbs that were filled with confusion. He found himself wishing that he could take that wariness and fear away. He couldn’t deny how beautiful she was. He hated her human clothes for covering her form and wished that he could simply take his knife and cut off the restricting material. The night before, he found himself filled with desire thinking about how her breasts had looked through her wet shirt. He ended up having to sneak out of the tent late at night, his manhood hard and showing no sign of going back down. His dream prior to awakening that night was even more explicit, and he found himself wondering how it would sound if she moaned his name. As he sat behind a tree far from the village, he pushed his loincloth to the side and pulled out his erect cock. He moved his hand up and down, flicking his wrist and letting his head fall back onto the tree in pleasure. He remembered his dream, and the way her breasts were above him as she sat on his lap. He remembered the subtle “Neteyam” she whispered in his dream. He groaned and released into his hand, before exhaustedly leaning back onto the tree and asking himself what was wrong with him.
Staring at each other in a comfortable silence, Neteyam found himself leaning in and observing her reaction. She froze, her eyes glancing down at his lips and back up causing him to smirk. “You want me?” he murmured into her ear, leaving soft kisses on her cheek down to her neck.
She gives a single nod, and Neteyam smiles and gently holds her waist. He moves down, kissing all the way to the way top of her breasts and groans at the material blocking her skin. He grabs the knife he keeps in his holster, and suddenly cuts her shirt off in a single swipe causing her to gasp.
He smirks, staring at her globes that he had dreamt about. He couldn’t believe that she was as into this as he was. He assumed that his attraction towards her had been one sided. The way she stared back at him now, Neteyam knew that she wanted him just as badly, and that thought turned him on even more.
As he kisses down her breasts and latches onto a nipple, sucking harshly and glancing up to see her reaction. She moaned at the sudden action and threw her head back in pleasure, picking up one hand from the ground as she had been leaning back on both hands and holding the back of Neteyam’s head.
He grazed the nipple with his teeth, causing her to moan. “Fuck,” she moaned at the small bite. She firmly held his head to keep him there, wanting him to do that again and again. He moved to the other breast and sucked, moaning when he saw her lean her head back and bite her lip. He let go of her nipple with his mouth before pinching them causing her to arch her back against his front.
He blindly grabs his mat and unrolls it, laying her down on it and moving his down to her pants. Not wanting him to cut it again, she quickly pushes them down and follows with her underwear. Neteyam looked between her legs, observing how her cunt was so empty, wet and clenching desperately.
He puts his nose against her cunt, the wetness getting on his bridge. He groaned at how delightful she smelled, and couldn’t wait another second. He puts his mouth right on her clit, causing her to scream. “Neteyam,” she yells as he lapses at her clit, harshly sucking like it was his last meal. Her legs tightened around his head, and he grazed his teeth against her clit causing her to scream his name once more.
“That’s right baby. Scream my name. Let everyone know who’s making you feel this good,” he says as inserts a finger while continuously sucking on her clit. He pushes his long finger in and groans at how tight she is.
“You're so small,” Neteyam moaned, sticking another digit in. He continued fingering her and again sucked her nipple. “How is this tight little pussy gonna fit my cock? I’m gonna ruin you,” he says and feels her clenching around his fingers.
With one hand still fingering her, he uses his other hand to grip his cock over his loincloth for relief. He removes his finger before her release, sucking on the wetness while looking directly into her eyes. She whines and gestures to his loincloth, pleading with her eyes for him to remove it.
“You’re not ready yet. I need to open you up,” he explains. He knew how much bigger he was compared to her.
Ignoring his response, she gets up and pushes it to the side. His cock was erect, standing tall and dripping precum off the top. He was so big too—she had no idea how it would fit.
Still, she grips his cock causing him to hiss and let his head fall back. “Shit,” he shouts. She strokes it a few times, her grip tight and firm.
While stroking, she suddenly licks the tip causing him to moan and hold her head in place. She takes more of him in, bobbing her head back and forth. “Shit baby just like that,” he groans, looking down at her trying to take more of him in.
Her eyes watered and she stared up at him, wanting to make him feel good. The sight turned him on and he suddenly grips her head in place and starts to thrust into her mouth. “You’re so pretty,” he moans, staring down at her as he fucks her throat and tears leak out of her eyes. Her eyes watered and her mouth was stuffed, and he groans again at the sight. He speedens his thrusts and watches you gag on his cock. “So pretty. Your doing so well baby,” he praises and continues to watch the beautiful girl moan into his cock.
So immersed in his pleasure, Neteyam didn’t hear or see his younger brother that was making his way into the tent.
“Yo bro have you seen..” Lo’ak walks in seeing the back of Neteyam’s head and not noticing what was going on. Neteyam’s back was facing the entrance of the tent where Lo’ak entered, so he did not see the girl that was laying down in front of his brother. Not hearing the other Sully brother over their deep breaths, Lo’ak continues walking further in the tent.
When he approaches his older brother's side, he widens his eyes and notices the human girl laying down in front of him.
Observing her form, he was slightly turned on. Yet, he noticed the slight red border on the mat the two were on.
“BRO THAT’S MY MAT!" Lo'ak yells causing both Neteyam and the girl to scramble apart and attempt to cover themselves.

Haiii👋
So I just read a fanfiction where Sanji and Crocodile is kinda being friends(?) And I was thinking, what if Sanji was raised by Crocodile?👀 It just an idea though🤧
Or it was Shanks who safe Sanji and Zeff from that rock, gosh the ideas.
NGL I have a draft of Croc picking Sanji up from the Baratie when he's like 12(stowaway after a fight with Zeff and Mother Bon Clay cracks that fucking egg like not even a week in) which I'm still working on but I'll tag you when it's up!
As for shanks raising Sanji, both of Shanks'(I haven't watched Red forgive me) have punched Celestial Dragons and NGL Shanks kinda seems like a dead beat if he's not even willing to talk to Luffy in either Wano or Marineford so like 🤷🏻♂️, I can't imagine him raising a traumatized Sanji in the grand line is going to go well. Especially after losing an arm.
I feel like Shanks would never want a child on his boat after being on the Oro Jackson so like it would mostly fall onto Benn to raise the kid and Sanji would also lose his shit, regularly, on Yasopp and Shanks for not visiting their kids, any of them. Benn would probably let Sanji rant at them and make them feel bad because ya know, Sanji didn't have a loving and caring family but he sure as shit is glad he's on the boat with fucking kind as fuck pirates but also they need to step up and be parents to their kids.
In conclusion if you put Sanji on a ship with Shanks, shanks is getting bullied and called a drunkard dead beat and Yasopp also has to take whatever is thrown at him, Captain's orders, as Benn laughs until Sanji steals his cigarettes.
Also Sanji uses pistols and has long hair. I don't make the rules. Also could you imagine him somehow ending up on the fucking Strawhats? After being raised by Benn on the Red Force? Does he set up a time and a place for Luffy and him to meet to get on the crew? Did the bullying work?
Also are you the crab from AO3 cuz if so ILU and even if not ILU

Neteyam rushes after Pipxì. His mind racing. He never meant to hurt anyone. He understands what is expected of him, what is expected of them both.
The two began as close friends, supporting each other through the months leading up to their Metkayinan iknimayas. They even received their tattoos, hunters' garments, and song chord beads together upon the passing of their rites. On that very same day, Ronal prophesied Neteyam and Pipxì's child to be the one to lead the next generation of Na'vi to victory over the sky people.
Two children already born of great warriors. Their brave generational lines would join together to create an unstoppable force to lead the Na'vi people. With something so important, Neteyam hoped that it would feel right, but it never did. His heart was always elsewhere. It was back at home, the forest. Nothing was the same between him and his friend after that day.
Pipxì leads Neteyam to a deserted cove. She hops off of her ilu and onto the volcanic rock resting above the water. She walks forward, her arms crossing over her chest. "Pips, please," Neteyam calls out as he rushes behind her. She turns around quickly. An abundance of anger displayed upon her face. "You know what is expected of us, Neteyam," she seethes through her teeth. "Yes, but-" he starts. "We do not get in a choice in this. We are promised," she yells in frustration.
"We should, Pips," Neteyam suggests softly. His brows push together in frustration. He grunts, throwing his hand up. "We should get a choice. We are hunters, warriors. We should choose our own mates." Pipxì hisses as her upper lip begins to tremble. "This is what Eywa wants," she says, turning her back to him. "Ronal can be wrong," he mutters. Pipxì quickly looks back at him with shock on her face. She rushes towards him, her ears back. "Do not disrespect Tsahik," she demands through gritted teeth. "The all-great mother chooses. Not us," she spits out as her eyes peer down to their feet.
"Then why does this not feel right, Pips?" Neteyam asks with concern written throughout his face. Pipxì's eyes raise to his. "We are not meant to be mates," he whispers. "You know this. Your own heart belongs to another." She breathes heavily as her ears raise. "You remember?" he asks as he guides her chin up with his finger. "When we rode our tsurak together for the first time." She pulls her chin from him. Her eyes begin to well as she refuses to look his way. He follows her, attempting to gain her eye line. "Your heart belongs to Itso," he whispers.
"I am not promised to Itso," Pipxì yells back. Her ears flat as she pushes against Neteyam's chest. "You would have been," he continues. He raises his hands as he looks at his friend in pain. "If you had a choice." Pipxì shakes her head, an annoyed smile forming on her right cheek. "You are as stubborn as they come, Suli," she spits out. "It’s that demon blood. It makes you stupidly optimistic." He pulls away as his eyes fall to the ground. His nose twitches as he feels the burn of her statement. He knows she did not mean it.
Pipxì takes in the sight of Neteyam. She cares deeply for her closest friend, but cannot separate her anger from her concern. She takes a deep breath, attempting to calm herself. "We don't get to choose,” she says as though it disgusts her. “I don't get to choose Itso. She will never be my mate," she whispers. "The same way Augustine will never be yours."
Pipxì walks through Neteyam, brushing harshly against his shoulder. She calls out to her ilu and quickly jumps on. Neteyam turns to watch her dive under the clear waters. His heart filled with sadness. In his eyes, there is nothing right about their pairing. He believes they are destined to be friends, without a doubt. Not at all mates, yet they are forced together. They both belong to others, yet they are forced. Why?
With an overwhelming amount of stares from the Metkayina people, Augustine slides down the rock and onto her ilu. She hops upon the saddle, makes the bond, and swiftly dives under the water. She wishes to be anywhere but here. She wishes she never left the forest, never left her home. Her ilu frantically swims through the waters. This time she was ready. Her embarrassment, hopelessness, disappointment, fear - all fuels her muscles. It makes it so her hand is completely clenched onto the notch of her saddle.
She feels tingles atop her skull, her body communicating the need for air. She chooses to ignore it. Her eyes closed. Her ilu frantically navigating the coral without a care in the world. She feels sobs erupting from her throat. She wonders if one could even cry under water. The second sign of her body needing air hits her intensely, even her ilu feels it. Their navigation now slow and clumsy. The lightheaded feeling leaving Augustine's grip looser and looser.
Finally, Augustine breaches. She gasps in the air as she rests against the neck of her ilu. "I'm so sorry, girl," she says as she cries against the smooth skin of its neck. The ilu pushes its head against her cheek, feeling her deep sorrow. Augustine quickly stifles her tears to look around her surroundings. She finds herself on the other side of Awa’atlu. Luckily, she is closer to the Sully pod. "Come on," she directs as the ilu changes direction towards the shore.
She jumps off of the saddle and lands her feet into the sand of the ocean. The water barely at her knees. She turns to grab her queue, but stops to look into the eye of her ilu. She takes a moment to ponder and then a slow solemn smile grows upon her face. "May I call you Aazll? I always thought that was a pretty name," she whispers as her hand strokes the ilu's side. She closes her eyes as she feels a rush of warmth and acceptance. "Thank you, Aazll," she replies as she opens her eyes. "I will see you again," she nods as she separates her queue. Aazll quickly dives into the water and swims out beyond the reefs.
Augustine runs up the sanded beaches and into the village. She tries not to be paranoid of those staring at her. She wonders if this is the regular curious and nosey staring she has received since she arrived, or if its staring because they know what she and Neteyam did. She wonders how fast news travels within the clan. She begins to feel tears well in her eyes. She runs faster and faster through the crowd, hoping she will make it back to the pod before she explodes.
Once she finally jumps into the Sully hut, she finds Neytiri preparing a fish. Her eyes quickly flash towards the distressed figure moving through the front entrance. "Augustine, what's wrong?" Neytiri asks as her brows pull together in worry. She quickly stands from her sit and wraps her arms around the poor girl. Augustine begins to sob, knowing full well that she would not be able to hide her emotions from the closest thing she has to a mother. Neytiri pulls her in close, brushing away the tear-soaked curls that have stuck to her cheeks. "Are you okay?" she asks softly as she guides Augustine down to the netted floor.
"I've made-" Augustine stops herself, taking in a long shaky breath. "I've made many mistakes since I came here," she continues. Neytiri pulls away, confused. Her ears flatten and quickly raise as she takes in Augustine’s tearful eyes. She sucks in breath and returns back to holding the child closer into her chest. "I see you, Augustine te Uniltìrantokxolo’ Ewtoä'ite. You are Omatikaya. You are one of the people," she says proudly. She gently places her hands upon her cheeks, raising her eyes up towards her's. "Whatever mistakes you have made can be forgiven by the great mother.”
Augustine leans deeper into Neytiri’s embrace. She stifles sobs against her chest. The confusion, the ambiguity of everything that has happened in the past few days has placed her in quite the flurry of emotions. She is thankful to have Neytiri. Thankful that Neytiri has welcomed in yet another motherless child. “Do you want to tell me what happened?” Neytiri asks softly as she slightly pulls away. She pushes back a strand of hair behind Augustine’s ear. Augustine’s heart began to race. She didn’t want to lie, but she also had no idea of how to share the truth with Neytiri. She would be talking about her son after all.
“Neteyam,” Augustine whispers as she slowly raises her eyes to the mother figure. Neytiri’s face remains still, but her ears flatten quickly. She takes in a breath. Her hands never moving from their comforting spots. “My sweet Augustine,” she coos as her fingers gently rub against her skin. “Everything will go as Eywa intends,” she says as she brings Augustine’s eyes towards her. With a smile, she adds, “Listen to your heart. It does not make mistakes.”
Augustine grins as she wipes a tear from her eyelashes. “Oel ngati kameie, Neytiri,” she says. Neytiri smiles and brings her into her chest for one final embrace. “It is still early,” she says, pulling away. “You should not waste this day.” Augustine nods and stands alongside her mother figure. She squeezes Neytiri’s hand as she walks out of the pod.
uniltìrantokxolo’: avatar clan
oel ngati kameie: i see you
The sun is at its brightest. Augustine’s eyes squint, as she struggles to gather her surroundings. Before her, she sees several of the people gathered for a meal. Their eyes remain unwelcoming, but she expects nothing different. She is still a stranger. Let alone a stranger who was seen kissing a publicly promised Na’vi. It has been quite the journey from being the most overlooked to the most watched.
As Neytiri said, she did not want to waste this day. She walks down to the edge of the docks once more. She shouts and clucks out to Aazll as she simultaneously dives into the warm water. Aazll quickly appears below her, now a strong connected piece of who she is. She makes the bond and continues swimming through the current. She wishes to hold her breath even longer after today’s training. She hopes that Neteyam will find her amongst the reefs so they can continue their lessons. Or so she can simply see him once more.
Augustine cannot help the smile that forms on her face as she notes the improvements of her breath. She counts slowly in her mind, as she feels her long hair float above her head. Aazll happily swims circles around her. The number continues to get bigger and bigger with each breath. It seems easier if she closes her eyes. She can solely focus on her breathing. She enjoys the feeling of being weightless. There is beauty in allowing all her muscles and joints to relax as the ocean holds her. A comforting, fully immersive, hug she has never known before, never been able to appreciate. She finds herself jealous of the Metkayina.
In Awa'atlu, the entire ecosystem is in tandem with itself. A perfect harmony. Whereas, in High Camp, all of Ewya’s forest creatures have only recently made peace in the first war against the sky people. There are still a few kinks that need to be smoothed out. Everything is different in Awa’atlu, even the water feels different here. Augustine senses a deeper connection to Ewya, as opposed to the still waters of the ponds or the rush of the rivers. Augustine remembers fondly of her complicated relationship with the element…
When she and the Sully kids were younger, back when Tuk was still a toddler, they would often find themselves near the creeks. She loved how clear the water was. How you could easily see smoothed rocks at its bottom. How safe she felt amongst her brothers and sister. How she need not worry about anything beyond her upcoming rites and how to be the best hunter.
At a certain point im his development, Lo’ak began to complain about every little thing. “The creek’s boring,” he whines. “Why can’t we go to the river bed like the Entu?” Kiri rolls her eyes, so much so you could barely see her pupils anymore. She was never a fan of Lo’ak’s whining. Spider, on the other hand, continues to nod his head and agree with Lo’ak’s every move, every decision, as always.
“Loak, the boy with nightmares, wants to go to the Kaspavan River with the Entu,” Neteyam chuckles to himself. He skips a rock across the creek. Augustine watches, jealousy erupting in her chest. She had been practicing how to skip rocks for the past year or two. Yet, somehow he does it so effortlessly after a week of practice. Everything came so easily to Neteyam.
Lo’ak grunts at the direction of his older brother. “Gusty, Kiri,” he says with a smile. “What do you two think?” Kiri scoffs, as she bumps her shoulder against Augustine’s. “Anything to stop your crying,” she mutters. Lo’ak sticks his tongue out at her, cuing another roll of her eyes. He turns to Augustine with brows raised. She smiles as she quickly glances over at Neteyam’s disapproving eyes. “Let’s go,” she whispers in excitement.
Spider and Lo’ak jump around in excitement. They snicker as they both lead the way towards the river. Kiri reluctantly follows behind them. She always enjoyed their adventures, yet was always simultaneously annoyed. As Augustine rushes to join them, Neteyam grabs hold of her wrist. “This is not smart, Augustine,” he says as slowly pulls from his grasp. She laughs, rolling her eyes. “I’m not trying to be smart, Nete,” she whispers as she runs ahead. A smirk sprawls across her face. Neteyam is well-known for hating that nickname.
As Lo’ak pushes through the forest clearing, Augustine’s heart begins to increase its beats. She hears the rapids before she sees them. Kiri crosses her arms across her chest as she steps into the cold water. Augustine hesitantly walks forward. She cannot see the bottom of the river, only rushing movement so fast it hurts her eyes.
“Kiri, you go first,” Spider laughs as she gently pushes the girl. “No!” Kiri giggles as she grabs hold of Spider’s arms. She pulls him closer, attempting to drag him into the mud. As the young one’s play beside the river bed, Augustine’s eyes watch a floating branch down the river. The water overflows the branch and brings it back to the surface repeatedly. She would hate to be that branch.
Neteyam continues to listen in on his siblings play-fighting, but his primary focus is on Augustine. He is perplexed by the frown slowly forming on her lips. “Lo’ak should be going first!” Kiri yells. “He wanted to come here in the first place!” She begins to grab at Lo’ak’s hands. He tries to run with the hugest smile on his face. Spider quickly wraps his arms around his waist, holding on as tight as he could.
Augustine’s head follows the branch as it passes by them. As the current curves behind a thick bush, she steps one solid foot into the river. She leans closer to see the fate of the branch. Violently, it crashes against two submerged rocks. The wood shattering and shooting out throughout the river’s width. Neteyam watches in concern as Augustine winces at the sight. “Maybe we should head back to the creek,” he suggests.
With a huge bustling laugh, Lo’ak spins within Spider’s embrace and now is dragging him into the river. Spider’s bare feet dig into the mud, but have no traction. He playfully screams as he wriggles in Lo’ak’s grasp. Abruptly, Lo’ak throws Spider into the river. He throws him with all his might, not thinking to care where he may land. He throws him with all his might right into Augustine.
Augustine falls with hands first into the river. She can barely hold herself up in the shallow water as the current ignores her every wish. “Augustine!” Neteyam yells as he rushes in behind her. Kiri immediately stops playing and grabs hold of his shoulder to stand steadily against the water’s strength. As Augustine attempts to push up from the ground, her cheek is repeatedly hit with the strong currents. Spider runs behind them. The water almost half way up his body. Neteyam hurriedly turns to Lo’ak, “Keep Spider back!” His brother never moved quicker than in that moment.
Kiri instinctually grabs against Augustine’s top. The woven cloth gives enough leeway that Augustine is able to breathe for a few seconds uninterrupted. Neteyam then hooks his arm around her waist and pulls her out the rushing water. He holds her close to his chest, never wanting to let her out of his sight again. His nostrils flare as he furiously side eyes his brother.
As soon as she gains a few good breaths, Augustine pushes out from Neteyam’s grasp. He hadn’t even noticed he was still holding on. “Lo’ak, you skxawng,” she yells through a hoarse voice. She pushes a hand against his chest as he stumbles back with a concerned eyes. Her voice box pains her. She reaches at her throat, and immediately recognizes the missing sensation. Her eyes widen, her ears flatten as she quickly rushes back into the water. “No, no, no,” she mutters on repeat.
“What?” Kiri asks as she involuntarily imitates Augustine’s erratic searching movements. “My mom’s choker,” she says in a panicked tone. She barely has time to acknowledge her first drowning. With quick eye contact, Spider and Lo’ak rush down the river bed - hoping to find the necklace stuck to one of the many rocks. “We’ll find it,” Kiri whispers as she places a comforting hand to Augustine’s shoulder. The other covers her nervous mouth.
Neteyam’s lips twitch as he grunts at the sight. Under his watch, Augustine almost drowned and has lost the dearest item she has of her mother’s. He wishes he could simply blame Lo’ak. It was his idea after all. His actions that led to her in the freezing river. But Neteyam is the eldest. He is always responsible. He is responsible for the tears falling from her cheeks…
Augustine never did find that necklace. Before Awa'atlu, the water was a never ending reminder of loss, risk, and danger. It’s freezing temperature was a perfect representation of how little it gives and how much it takes. Now, the water is confusing - maybe even a new element. It’s warmth is inviting. It’s safe and reliable waves bring comfort to Augustine’s sporadic thoughts.
Aazll notices Augustine’s lost in her own mind. She floats just underneath the ocean’s surface, a smile upon her face. Aazll quickly brushes against Augustine’s cheek, causing a giggle to fall from her lips. She rushes to breach the surface as she continues to chuckle to herself. Her hand runs over Aazll’s soft skin. Her other hand plays with her father’s Olangi necklace. “Irayo,” she whispers.
“Has lover boy not shown you sign?” A low voice appears. Augustine pulls her eyes from Aazll and onto a tall Metkayina man who glides beside her on his skimwing. A wave-like tattoo crashes in from the tops of both arms and across the sides of his pecks. Augustine found it hard to keep her eyes from the art. The hunter’s hair is long, beautiful, and curly. “L-lover boy?” she says slowly, trying to get her eye line back to his. “Ilu are better at understanding signs, especially without a bond,” he says again with a smile.
“Oh,” Augustine responds. She remains confused. Where did he even come from? “Wait, what signs?” The man laughs, shaking his head. He slides into the water gracefully and floats alongside her. “What are you called?” he asks. “Oeru syaw Augustine,” she answers. She watches his every move, still suspicious. “Ah, I thought you were the new girl,” he says with another chuckle. “New girl?” you ask with an incredulous laugh. “Yes, you’ve been the talk of the village,” he says as he swims ahead of her. “All good things,” he mutters with a smile. She scoffs, rolling her eyes.
“I’m sure,” Augustine says sarcastically. “Well, welcome to our village,” the hunter says sweetly. She smiles. Finally, a good simple interaction with one of the Metkayina. Maybe she wouldn’t be an outsider for much longer. “Thank you,” she responds. He shoots her a smile and quickly turns to Aazll and his skimwing. He gestures towards them both with a nod. “This is ‘thank you,’” he says as he repeats the gesture. “We use our hands to speak under water. It’s how we speak to our brothers and sisters in the sea.”
Augustine’s face beams. She loves learning new things - to challenge her intellectual mind. What better challenge than learning an entirely new language? Something that will bring her closer to the people? The hunter watches as her eyes widen. “Just as I say ‘Oel ngati kameie, Augustine,’” he adds as he gestures a hand from his forehead towards her. Her face scrunches together as she giggles. “What else is there?” she asks. Her excitement is now palpable. She places an unexpected hand against his forearm.
The man watches her hand and slowly raises his eyes back towards her. “Would you like me to teach you?” he asks slowly. “Yes, I would like to know more,” she answers with a hopeful tone. “I’d love to teach you, Augustine,” he softly responds with smile. Her cheeks become flush. She laughs nervously, attempting the break the energy between them. She does not understand the static in the air, but it does make her slightly giddish and uncomfortable. “You can call me Gus or Gusty if that’s easier,” she suggests. “I like Augustine,” he states smoothly. She nods, biting the edge of her lip.
entu: male na'vi
irayo: thank you
oeru syaw: i am called
Augustine spent the remainder of the day alongside the hunter. They eventually made their way to a reef, sitting cross-legged across from each other against a smoothed surface. He remained sweet and patient with her as she learned the Metkayina sign language. She wanted to make sure each of her gestures were accurate and could not be misunderstood. She wanted to be absolutely perfect after all.
“Swim with me,” she mutters slowly as she gestures before her. The man smiles as he nods. “Hell yeah,” she joyfully yells. “And…” she begins to gesture. “Follow with me?” He laughs, shaking his head. “You can leave out ‘with,’” he says while gesturing. Her studious face left him with a smile so large it hurt his cheeks. “Okay, okay,” she says as she nods. She begins to gesture again, her eyes focused on his. “Follow me,” she whispers. He laughs, nodding his head.
The hunter turns behind him to note the eclipse beginning to overtake the sun. He sighs as he looks back at her sweet smile. “I must go now, Augustine,” he mumbles. “Aw,” she whines. She is so excited to learn again. She wishes she could learn all through the night. She nods as she watches his iridescent dots glow brighter as the light grows darker.
As he stands, the hunter calls out to his skimwing. He notes a familiar figure approaching. A smirk pulls to one side of his cheek. “You should get back to land before it’s too dark,” he says as he points back to the village. Augustine quickly stands to join him in the water. “Wait, what are you called?” she hurriedly asks as he softly pulls his queue onto his chest. “They call me Aonung,” he murmurs. “I’m sure Neteyam will tell you all about me.” He laughs at something behind her as he pulls away from the reef.
Augustine follows his eye line to see Neteyam. Finally, she thinks as she instinctually rushes towards him. “Neteyam,” she shouts excitedly. Her steps halted as she watches his furrowed brow in confusion. “How long have you been talking to that kurkung?” he asks as he swiftly jumps off of his ilu and onto the reef. He determinedly walks over to the other edge of the surface as he watches Aonung’s skimwing dive underwater.
“Neteyam,” Augustine gasps. She has never heard him speak like that before, address anyone like that before. She walks slowly behind him and places a hesitant hand to his upper back. His skin is hot, surprising to the touch. “Augustine, you shouldn’t speak to him again,” Neteyam states as he quickly turns to face her. She takes a step back, completely taken aback. “What’s wrong?” she asks with her hands raised. “Aonung will not have pure intentions with you,” he states as his ears flatten and he bares his teeth. “Pure intentions?” she asks, scoffing in disbelief. “He doesn’t need pure intentions to teach me-”
Neteyam half-heartedly laughs, as sucks his tongue against his cheek. “He wasn’t just teaching you - No, Augustine. He knows,” he scoffs. He places a gentle hand upon her elbow, attempting to guide her to Aazll. Augustine pulls her arm from him. “Knows what, Neteyam?” she sighs. She takes in a deep breath as she places more distance between them. “I’m so tired of this. I feel like you’ve been speaking in riddles.” She brushes her hands through her hair. She shakes her head, clouded by all the confusion. “I am the last one to know anything. Just-” she starts. Another sigh escapes her lips. “Just tell me what’s going on.”
Neteyam’s brows pull together. He hates watching her in pain. He hates it even more knowing he might have had something to do with its cause. "I don't trust Aonung," he starts. "He isn't just teaching you out of the kindness of his heart." Augustine throws her hands up. "All I care about is that I'm being taught," she mutters. "Maybe if you were more focused on teaching, I wouldn't have to learn from Aonung," she says with a bit of snark to her voice.
Augustine watches as Neteyam's jaw clenches. He takes one strong stride towards her and is already a mere inch or two away from her lips. "You would rather I just teach?" he whispers. His eyes spark electricity in her heart. Her skin feels on fire, despite the lack of touch. Her entire body is drawn into him, desperate for his soft skin, his lips. "No," the whisper escapes her mouth. It is almost as though her body betrays her. It gives in to the vulnerability that she is initially frightened to share with him.
"That's what I thought," Neteyam murmurs as he moves a bit closer. He can smell the sweetness of her hair. He can see her gorgeous iridescent beauty marks scattered throughout her body. "Let's not pretend that this is one sided," he whispers. He draws his chin up, which lightly pulls his lips against hers - so quick she barely noticed. "I know you feel the same way, Augustine. You must," he coos. He takes a deep breath and takes a step back. His gaze taking in every ounce of her beauty, but straying far from her eyes. He has twice now given his heart to her. Despite the confidence in his statement, he is, in fact, worried that she may not feel the same way.
Augustine's eyes rake over his body. His muscles were always so defined. His strength always seen as protective, and never once as threat. Her eyes trace over his fish tattoo. She catches herself wondering if it hurt, wondering what the meaning behind it is. His hair sways with each of his movements, even with his breath. He is always moving, constantly. He can never be held down to one spot. Just like the water...
Just like the water, Neteyam is warm. His heart trusting and forgiving. His embrace leaves Augustine feeling weightless. All of her worries and struggles gone with a single touch. He is her home. Wherever he is, she knows she is safe. She is enveloped by an unrelenting blanket of security. She never need know fear. She never need know pain. In his arms, she will forever know love.
When asked if she feels the same way, if she sees Neteyam just as he sees her, Augustine feels his embrace again. This time not by his words or actions, but simply his presence. She gently steps forward. Her hand reaches for his cheek. Her thumb rubbing against his cheek bone. "I see you, Neteyam," she whispers. The sweetest smile appears on his face. The same goofy smile she always loved to see when they were children.
"Nga yawne lu oer, Ma'Nete," she whispers. A hint of a shake to her voice. The nerves getting the best of her. She has never once said this, not once to anyone. She has only heard of the phrase in stories. Stories of how her mother confessed her love to her father. She could not think of a better way to tell Neteyam. A phrase so charged with affection, devotion, and friendship.
It felt like minutes had passed before Augustine finally looks up to see Neteyam. The childish smile now gone. His face now filled with a new look. One she had only seen right before he kissed her the first time. Eyes full of hope. A smile barely forming at the edges of his mouth. His ears low, but never flat. “N-neteyam?” she stutters in nervousness.
It is almost as though her call pulls him out of this trance like state. Neteyam laughs softly as he leans deeper into the palm of her hand. It feels more comforting than he could have ever imagined. “You love me,” he whispers through a smile. Almost as though he was confirming the fact with himself. “I love you,” she repeats with a nod. Her voice rising in increasing excitement.
Neteyam gently grabs Augustine’s wrist. His hand slowly slides upon her palm and intertwines with her fingers. Her heart feels as though it’s in her throat. All her love, her elation has left her feeling breathless. “Follow me,” he whispers as he guides her to his ilu. “Where are we going?” she asks with a giggle. “Do you trust me?” he laughs. He holds her hand as she sits upon the saddle. He gracefully sits behind her. His hand slowly traveling around her waist, then lightly down her arms as he grabs hold of a notch. Augustine leans back against his chest. She nuzzles her head between his chin and neck. “Always,” she whispers.
kurkung: asshole
nga yawne lu oer: i love you, you are beloved to me
Augustine thought she knew what beauty was. She saw it in the forest. She saw it again in the coral reefs. She sees it any time she lays eyes on Neteyam. But she is sure she never knew beauty like this before. Not before Neteyam took her here…
“This is Ranteng Utralti,” Neteyam whispers behind Augustine’s ear. Her eyes grow in excitement and disbelief. She watches as the reef’s rocks arch out of the water and high into the sky. It reminds her home. Of her people’s Tree of Souls. “Neteyam, this is - this is,” she starts but cannot finish. Her mouth gapes open as they pass through the first archway. “Just like Vitraya Ramunong," Neteyam coos. She can hear his smile through his voice. "This is beautiful," she says softly in awe.
The eclipse makes the vibrant colors even more so. It is beyond breath taking. She has never seen such incredible shades of pink, blue, and purple. She closes her eyes and immediately feels Eywa's presence. The welcoming feeling of joy, beauty, and pleasure. "The great mother," she whispers as she opens her eyes. "She's here. I feel her too," he whispers. He guides his ilu closer to the Spirit Tree.
Augustine turns around to face Neteyam in excitement. His eyes widen in happiness and adoration. "Our ancestors," she says under her breath. "They are here," he answers. His eyes follow the trunk down to its iridescent pink leaves. "We don't have to go home to speak to them." She releases a thankful sigh as she gracefully slides into the water.
With a smile, she dives in and hurriedly bonds her queue with the souls' leaves. Her eyes close as she feels the familiar soothing feeling that rushes over her each time she connects with the Tree of Souls. "Mother," she thinks to herself. She unfortunately is never able to see her mother, but she luckily feels her undeniable love when connected. This is the closest she will ever get to her mother. She is incredibly thankful.
In the distance, Augustine hears laughter and joy. She hears someone who sounds very close to her father, but a deeper and older tone. He sounds gentle, calming. "Your father will never hear me again," the voice comes through. Again, she cannot see the man. Her face pulls together in confusion. It feels as though she is blocked from seeing. The only image in her head is white with pinkish hues, but still emptiness. "Tell him," the man starts. "Tell him to never forget the horses. Will you do that, Gusty?" She nods, unsure if he will even see her. "Good," he answers. "Follow your heart, little one. Always follow your heart."
Her eyes open abruptly. She gently pulls her queue and swims to the surface. Neteyam, pulled from his own bond with the Tree of Souls, rushes behind her. "Are you okay?" he asks with harsh breaths. "Yeah," she laughs. Some disbelief cross her mind as she places her hand to her lips. "I don't really know what just happened," she smiles. "It looks like you're happy," he answers slowly. His eyes still attempting to understand if you were alright. "I think I am, Neteyam. I think - I think I need to follow my heart," she whispers under her breath.
He chuckles as he nods towards a nearby rock. He hooks his arm under hers as he lifts her atop the surface. "Follow your heart," he says with amusement. "What do you mean?" She smiles as she sits back into a kneeling position. "I want you to be mine," she murmurs as she reaches for his hand. "What are you saying?" he asks. His innocence always makes her giggle.
Augustine slowly reaches for her queue, pulling her braid and resting it atop her chest. She reaches her tswin and holds it delicately before Neteyam. It's tendrils on full display as she sits vulnerable before him. "Nga yawne lu oer, Ma'Nete," she whispers. "I choose you."

I BUY YOU!!! MY LOVELY SPOUSE!!!!! A SHINY PLASTIC SUCKERFISH RING THAT WRAPS AROUND YOUR LIL FINGIE!!!!!! ILU SM!!! MWA!
pls childe loves shopping and spoiling his loves so if you ever mention you wanna go shopping he will be the first to get ready very excited very puppy energy
prolly preps waaay too much money because he plans to get you and kaeya anything and everything you set your eyes on
don't even have to say anything, childe's observant enough to Know what sparked yours and kaeya's interest while shopping
kaeya tries to be responsible because you two can be trusted financially
but kaeya also enjoys some of the finer things in life so he will slip up
you offer to buy them things with 4 to your name and they kinda just smile and decline politely, and would rather spoil you instead
mostly its cuz they don't want you to worry too much about your own financial situation not because they think you can't afford what they want
they're so sweet uwu
but if you insist they're the type to really treasure whatever you got them because they love you and how thoughtful you are
if this is modern au, childe's the type to post 23 posts about how you bought him his kids meal lMAO super obnoxious and is just the worst about it
if it's canon divergent then childe when he gets back to work will tell that you bought him a kid meal with your own money to his subordinates HAHAHA
will tell anyone who's listen too
kaeya isn't as boastful but makes up for it by being super appreciative
he will tease you and maybe point out you don't have money anymore but he's the type to slip cash into your bag or pocket when you're not paying attention
prolly has the habit of crinkling up cash to hide in your old clothes or obscure places so you get super happy when you find them
they both find it adorable how excited you get when you happily announce you found like 20 in your old wallet the other day so they made it a habit to leave some around
they'll give you money straight up too ofc but the games are fun uwu
I got carried away because money is my love language KASDFGGD
anyways so shopping right
I think childe and kaeya are defs the type to shop til they drop
will try to remember the stuff that are running low at home? so they can get it while you guys are out too
it's hard to run out though because childe always gets like double of everything so you guys don't have to worry about having no more body wash mid shower
kaeya loves the domesticity of grocery shopping together it makes him all soft inside because wow you guys are still together and getting things together you know sometimes kinda trail behind because he's so caught up in his feels
you and childe would have to pull him back to reality maybe give him a peck on the cheek tell him you love him uwu

i got plenty of sleep but i think i woke up during a rem cycle so i still feel groggy.//
Oh yeah hate when that happens! I usually use this website to find out when i should wake up exactly to avoid that ( https://sleepopolis.com/calculators/sleep/)
And i live in Egypt i was up till 7 am thanks to miss Swift but i regret nothing tbh i had a blast watching her so happy and sweeping awards (we should call her Taylor Swept hehe)
Anyway, i’m having a classic latte no sugar cuz i like specialty grade coffee beans freshly grounded and all so you get the nice notes from the coffee itself. But your drink sounds so delicious too i never tried oatmeal milk before, is it good? (i only tried almond milk and coconut and hated both of them lol)
EGYPTIAN TRUTHIE ILU!
i use my sleep calculator too, but my cat is changing up her sleep routine (she does this every like 3 months) and decided she wanted to wake me up for food at 7am even though she knows she gets fed at 10. so that was fun lmao.
i love a good standard latte with great beans. the coffee shop i get my iced oat milk latte has excellent beans and it's one of the few places that i'll get a plain black coffee on occasion because of it!
oat milk is good! i think it has the closest texture and taste to cow milk, and it also brings out good flavor in most coffee, unlike coconut milk. almond milk is good but it's way too thin imo.

( makes a lot of sense cuz I have a request before the last one and wonder if it got to the shadow zone )
Anyways, let's remake the request, aunt reader after Kiri got her seizure aunt stay with her brother and also try to be the supportive person, and when the kids gets kidnapped her down to earth demeanor change to one of her wanting blood and during the raid she fight everything she got to get the kids out of the ship and to safety
But she sacrificed her life to make sure that the kids are all out, Neteyam is alive but not aunty reader
Her final words to the family is to keep on going and she gift her brother and neytiri their parents ring saying mom would have wanted them to keep it
I swear I couldn't make this any longer. I have three nephews, they are still little. But shit… I would give my life for my chicks. This series of 'aunt y/n' touches my heart.
"Kids come here" you hear your mom call out to you. It was a beautiful afternoon, and you were playing with your two older brothers. The three of you quickly arrived in the kitchen, where your mother was. She was sitting at the table, and she had a pretty little yellow box. "Mom what's that?" says Jake, sitting down next to you. While your other brother sat next to your mother. "Here's something very important…" she opens the box and in it is a beautiful ring. It had an emerald in the center, and it was golden. "I want you to…keep this." She takes it in her hands, and places the ring on a small chain. Then she reaches over and places it around your older brother's neck. Jake stood next to you, as you both watched their mother. " This will be your sign of life…ok, when someone is away. This will be given to the next one." She says, you could tell she was tired. Mom had been sick for a long time…so it was time to pass the ring on.
The fight with the recoms and the RDA team had been brutal. Getting on the boat and trying to get your nephews out alive was your only mission. You had trained for this…to survive. You had done it for the last 20 years, and now you had your family. Your brother was fighting for his family, as were you. Lo'ak was in front, while neteyam held your hand for everyone to keep up. The shooting did not stop. As you reach the edge of the exit, you push spider, then lo'ak follows and there was neteyam, the boy didn't want to leave you. " Auntie Y/n you go first" the boy yells, as he drags you by the arm. " Don't be an idiot…go!!!" you give him the order, while pushing him to jump into the water. Then you follow them, luckily they had taken the lessons your brother had very well.
It was very little time that you had stayed in the Metkayina clan, but it was enough time to learn how to swim and breathe properly. As you came up to the surface, you saw that everyone was there. Lo'ak was hugging spider and neteyam was next to you. It wasn't, until you felt a burning sensation wiggling in your chest. Neteyam quickly placed his hand on the wound. "You are hurt!" the boy was teary-eyed, and lo'ak and spider quickly took the ilu, to take you to a safe area. It all happened so fast, you didn't even have time to think. "I'm…fine" was all you said. Neteyam was holding you in his arms, holding his hand on your chest. Trying to stop the blood from coming out.
When you reached a safe area, Neteyam laid you down. " Aunt…you're going to be fine.it's okay" you see how your nephew won't stop crying, he was desperate. Trying to help and solve something that had no way out. You hear in the distance, how lo'ak shouts jake's name. But neytiri arrives to his answer. "Y/N" the woman calls out and walks over to you, to take your head and nestle it in your lap. "Y/N…no, no…not you" neytiri was your sister…you had become so close. You had known her even longer than jake. "Neytiri…I think" you raise your hand, for her to take it. Neytiri holds your hand, and kisses your palm. Tears fall and slip down her cheeks. "I'm here…we're all here" neytiri says, looking up.
And yes everyone was there. Your family…everyone. Even jake, he had arrived a few seconds ago. "y/n…relax, you'll be fine" says jake his voice sounded dazed. Your free hand goes to your neck, and with what little strength you had you rip off your chain. And you hand yourself over to your brother. "We will be far away brother… it's your turn to have this" you speak, your voice is almost a whisper. Jake starts to cry, but tries to stay strong. His children are there, his mate is there. He couldn't break down, but here was your…his only sister. The only thing he had left of his old life, the only thing he had left of humanity. Neytiri wipes some tears that fell on your cheeks. "I want you to be strong…and I want you to always be together. Whatever happens," you speak, watching as your nephews and nieces stand by their mother's side. "Whatever happens" they say…you can feel kiri's head fall on your thigh. And as lo'ak's whimpers grow louder. "No…you can't leave," says neteyam, as he moves closer to his father, so he can take your hand. "I love you…you know that" jake says, leaning in to give you a kiss on the forehead. "See you on the other side" you laugh a little…as your vision goes white and then everything goes dark.

I guess y’all kinda know what I would change on Armin’s route, but even so ~
As I have said before, I wouldn’t have made Armin’s arc pass through other’s characters arc, I would make it only about him and about him alone - okay, sorry, maybe I would let Alexy tag along.
I probably wouldn’t have made it specifically about him finding his parents, but more so about what it would mean to him - I wouldn’t have made it a game, something that he was challeging himself to get with hacking - but maybe I would’ve left one of his parents alive and him going down a path of self reflection.
Maybe he would’ve have some abandonment issues, maybe he actually have some trusting issues, maybe it’s simply important to him to know despite what Alexy would want or his parents would want - just something that would drive him more to the center of the conflict more, where he would act and even get some space to error and self grown.
When they made his arc almost happen by accident, because he was trying to challenge himself by hacking the government to find out that information, they took away any emotional connection the character might have had with it from the begining and instead they made it about some tag of war fighting that turn to be more about Alexy than Armin - which is crazy, cuz it was about their parents, they BOTH should have somewhat deep connection with it, even more if you gonna use it as an arc.
And it was a shoot on the foot at the end, because it then turned into Alexy’s arc, then turned it into Evan’s arc, then into Kentin’s arc and at some point it became everybody’s arc BUT Armin’s.
So I would simply again, go with the cliche, but made it about knowing Armin better and show off his emotional connections with Candy, Alexy and his parents to make him more relatable and interesting during his arc.
Aside from that maybe I would’ve tone down of how much about gaming and how nobody NOBODY around him would relatable with his references would be, like, that spin-off about super heroes went down such unnecessary path...... instead of making it grounded in some reality, it just keep screaming that he’s almost an alien around other characters when he simply enjoyes pop culture elements and video games - that’s so silly and the writing overuses it.
Also unrealistic for the time, since Marvel and video games became so popular even back then and just keeps growing.
Or if they really wanted to do it, just make him a completly “outsider” kind of character then, just go and make it an arc for him, teach him how to connect better with other characters too - he did it by himself on High School with his friendship with Nath and Kentin without any meanful imput from Candy or in the story, wasted material in my opinion, since so many young ppl go through similiar situations of feeling like you don’t fit in or feeling like an “ousider” on High School.
Ilus that I would put on Armin’s route:
- Him snoozing in one of the classes/during the luch time and Candy playing with his hair;
- They going to an arcade and playing some games together;
- They competing in some kind of fairground game or an amusement park;
- Sneaking out at night in the part to star watching with a telescope (I dunno, I like to think that Armin likes space related things);
- Movie night with him and Alexy (horror movies or something).
I wouldn’t mind getting any of those on Alternative Life too so xD

Ok, so. I had that nice little detour of imagining Cersei!Sam, but now I've navigated back to today's original brain worm.
I just keep thinking about Sam's, "Sammy is a chubby twelve year old," comment (when we've never seen a chubby sam past like age 6 with the apple cheeks) and the hints or references to Sam being a late bloomer and how fucking short 14 yr old Sam is compared to Dean (thank you show runners for using Colin Ford, ilu for that) and thinking about how chubby he'd have gotten before a HUGE growth spurt and like...
Thinking about boys in the locker room at high school teasing Sam about his chubbiness by throwing bras at him or stuffing them in his gym locker/backpack and like, maybe there's one Sam doesn't notice until later, or maybe he's so embarrassed he runs out still with it in his bag/hands. And he gets "home" to the motel and no one else is there yet and he goes to the bathroom with the bra in his hands and pulls off his shirt and angrily looks at himself in the mirror and cups his chubby little tits. And he looks at the bra...and puts it on. Let's say it's a sheer red demi-cup number, b-cup. He's not quite a b-cup, and he knows that already because he's worn bras. He likes them. DEAN likes them. But this one... with the demi cup style he fills it pretty well. And now...
Now he's just thinking about how gross it is that he can fill a bra and that he really only wears the a-cups still because he almost overfills it in an aesthetically pleasing way. And he's always a little self conscious about his body or his weird kinks, but now he's super overthinking it. Maybe he should stop wearing the bras..and the panties. Maybe he should train more. Visit the weight room at school and talk to the coach about building pectoral muscle to lose the fat...
But thinking that also makes him angry. He LIKES the bras and panties. He likes how they look. Likes how they feel. Likes that feeling he gets when he's wearing them under his clothes sometimes and no one knows and sometimes the fabric of his clothes will move just right to make him think about it; especially if it's a sheer or satiny material. He likes how Dean looks at him in them.
And as his thoughts start to spiral and he starts to question Dean's exact feelings for him and his body, Dean's suddenly home and right there behind him, one hand splaying low on Sam's belly while the other slides whisper-light fingers up Sam's chest, feeling the fabric and teasing Sam's nipple just a little before he cups it and squeezes--gently, teasing; it's a tease to both of them. And Sam focuses on that so he can resist the urge to suck in his tummy with Dean's hand on it.
And Dean kisses Sam's neck and stares at him in the mirror. "Got a new one, huh, baby boy?" He says, teasing the edge of the cup just against the swell of Sam's skin with his fingertip, dragging at it back and forth so sometimes Sam's nipple peeks out and the gentle friction of it makes it perk up almost unbearably.
And everything derails--no thoughts, only Dean--but later Sam's insecurities WILL come up and Dean will try to assure him he just wants Sam. That Dean loves Sam's body cuz it's SAM'S BODY. That any day now Sam is going to shoot up like a weed and all that baby fat will probably disappear and Dean will STILL want him, but even if he's still got chub Dean will STILL WANT HIM. And he likes the bras and panties, too, either way, but only if Sam does too!!
I just. Have a lot of soft angsty feelings about Sam in bras.

I'm dead mando episode killed me (would love to hear your thoughts on it from my grave)
I am dead with you IT WAS SO GOOD AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. My sister and I were literally bouncing on the couch and screaming at the tv.
Okay this is what I have wanted THE ENTIRE TIME. Din & Baby bonding time, plot stuff is centered around Din & the baby, cameos are super cool but don’t overwhelm Din being the main character, preestablished characters unique to the show being used. This. Not Filoni making Yet Another Version Of His TCW Stuff.
The opening scene of Din and Baby was PRECIOUS. They’re both clearly so reluctant to do this but Din has Promised and more importantly, he wants to do what’s best for his kid even if it means separating from him. Prioritizing someone else’s needs over your wants is true love HE’S SUCH A GOOD DAD
Din being such a fucking dumbass in this episode damn. Din ilu but where is your jetpack??? Why did you try to get through the Force barrier the exact same way THREE TIMES when you knew it wouldn’t work and after it had knocked you unconscious???
Protective Din fuck yeah
I’m actually thrilled with the kidnapping because it’s RAMPAGE TIME YAY
WHEN SLAVE I APPEARED MY SISTER AND I WERE SCREAMING
Cuz you know who it is and there was The Suspense!!! over whether they were working for Gideon or would they truly ally with Din
HOLY SHIT BOBA FETT BOBA FETT BOBA FETTTTTTTTTT
Although I was also laughing bc I’m pretty sure this is the first time we’ve ever seen him actually be a badass onscreen instead of just standing around looking cool
Yes I know he did more in Legends/EU content and probably in the 3D TCW but I’d never been interested in either of those or him as a character before, but okay NOW I see why people are into him
("Boba Fett? Boba Fett? WHERE” is still my favorite Boba moment tho, and a top favorite Han moment)
“I’m just a simple man trying to make my way in the universe” AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
NO ONE EVER WANTS TO ACKNOWLEDGE AOTC EXCEPT TO MAKE SAND JOKES BUT FINALLY, FINALLY AOTC IS BACK AND AS A PERSON WHO UNAPOLOGETICALLY LOVES AOTC I AM SO HAPPY
Also Jango has always been my favorite Fett so I was LIVING for him being acknowledged and especially by Boba
Fucking howling at Din apparently feeling he is the only person in the entire galaxy who can decide Who Gets Beskar
Like the SHEER GALL from a meta perspective of looking at Boba Fett, the Orignial Mandalorian of all of Star Wars, and saying “Yeah I’m not sure if you should have that armor”
Like Din will happily be chill with anyone he meets who doesn’t immediately kill him but if you have Mandalorian armor you need to bring out your receipts immediately lmao
This is what I wanted with other Mandalorian characters coming in though. Contrasting and comparing others’ Mandalorian cultures/sects/whatever with his and Din having to reexamine his own beliefs with it. With Bo-Katan we got like two lines about it but here it’s A Thing that’s discussed, plus some Boba background, and Din comes to face his own biases and ultimately decide that yes, Boba should get the armor even if he doesn’t follow the Creed the same way Din does. Plus the contrast between Din and Boba’s Mandalorian Experiences but also the uniting thread of Mandalorians Really Love Dads.
Anyway the Fetts are Real Mandalorians again as far as I’m concerned. I have spoken.
Fennec Shand!! I couldn’t believe they WASTED Mulan herself in The Gunslinger and this made me so happy!! She’s such a badass and an excellent side character and I loved seeing her again, and it’s really cool that she and Boba teamed up? That’s a backstory I wouldn’t mind seeing in a tie-in comic or novel or something.
As a SWTOR fan I loved seeing Tython brought to life. Since SWTOR was 3000 years ago it makes sense there’s little left, but the stone thing was cool. I wonder what the runes mean? Although my sister and I were laughing over how much Tython apparently looks like California.
I know I already said it but Din getting yeeted and trying to get through the barrier three times was great
Also why tf aren’t you shouting “Grogu!” instead of just “kid” after we know Grogu likes hearing his name???
WHEN THE BABY WAS KIDNAPPED I TOTALLY DIED THE CONCEPT ART EVEN HAS HIM CRYING OH MY GOD
We all know Din was crying under his helmet for at least 50% of this episode
Gideon is SUCH a good slimy villain, so creepy and chilling (and he got STYLE), I absolutely loved his villain monologue even if it’s delivered to.....a baby. Even if we’re getting some hints that Grogu is possibly more developed than previously indicated by his behavior, Gideon’s still delivering his Evil Speech to a toddler which is amazing
YO WOW WE NEED TO TONE DOWN THE DARK SIDE TENDENCIES THERE GROGU
Like usually he just has A Big Moment but this time he just goes buck wild with those poor troopers. Plus we’re so used to seeing him little and innocent and cute so it was very jarring (in the best way)
Despite the seriousness of the situation I fucking lost it at the Baby Handcuffs. Like who had to order those? Which poor peon was ordered by Gideon CRAFT ME BABY HANDCUFFS? Were they custom made? They’re so tiny!! Baby commits Baby Crimes and goes to Baby Jail
THEY SHOT THE BABY. I DON’T CARE IF IT WAS A STUN BLAST THEY SHOT HIM
Mayfeld????? Why????? I really hope Din takes Cara along too. I’m loving this Avengers Assemble thing again, although I definitely want Greef and Cara along as opposed to any of the other Guest Stars we met this season
(Frog Lady can come though, she’s cool)
Maybe Cara’s New Republic ties will help? Not quite sure how but that’s a cool thread they could use. Again since she’s a big secondary character on the show, and unique to the Mandalorian, she’s one I’d love to see more development with as well - what made her decide to rejoin the New Republic? Will this cause conflict between her and Din in the future? etc.
Like this is what I’ve been craving, it was so suspenseful and good, I cannot WAIT for what’s next!!!

Voxxy ilu (/p) and i wanna hear more about ur canon. Tell me what your house or business looked like. Tell me where you got coffee, if you did. How you found Vark. Your relationship with Velvet. How you climbed the ranks. Why you fell to Hell in the first place!
How did you consume things? Could your face play me a cartoon? Were u n Ally like....... Like maybe a lil ♠ in a noromo way or like. Cuz like. :/ y'all straight GOOFY together
💙🖤💙🖤 hehehe
You're in for sooo much info tbh one thing I remember well is Locations
I moved around somewhat early on but after becoming Rich As Fuck I had a high-rise apartment that basically took up half the floor, which is massive for an apartment. I guess I could've afforded a mansion or some shit but it was already way more space than I needed and I didn't want to have to maintain grounds or have anyone coming to my house to do it for me so. Luxury apartment
In terms of aesthetics it was mostly dark walls and shiny black floors and grey/black furniture. There were neon lights lining a lot of corners but I didn't always keep them on, fluorescents for if I actually needed good lighting.
I did have a whole room that was just massive TVs and like a swivel chair. It was like a master controller setup but Upgraded a shitton
Business was uhhh Big
There was a main office I was usually at and a bunch of satellite places for different things, plus I owned (majority or just shares depending) smaller companies with their own offices, and the lot of them made more shows we broadcasted than anything originating from my company directly
But main office was a tall building, had a lot of windows, and was mostly for businessy shit like PR and Threatening People Over The Phone. Yk yk, the works. We had some tech shit going on there too, like a massive room of just data storage
My office in that building was nice desk, computer, lots of monitors (on the desk and on the wall), drafting table attachment, tablet. Like the TV Room™ but smaller
I spent a lot of time on site though with filming and broadcasting crews, both in satellite offices and on-location type folming, though mostly the former. These varied in how they looked
Coffee I got 90% of the time from the coffee maker in my house or office 💀💀 or wherever was closest if I was out or not too busy to go out
I got Vark at an animal store. It was like a pet store but people also went there to grab an animal for dinner, so. Animal store. He was a baby (a 5 foot tall baby but a Baby nonetheless) but grew Very Fast and ended up doubling that within a year 💖💖💖🦈🦈🦈
Velvet and I hung out at least every couple of days. We got along well mostly bc of similar hobbies, and we also kind of balanced each other out. Velvet went by emotions when doing shit and I went by logic, so she'd have fun ideas for shit and I could minimize any sort of fallout.
The downside was that Velvet also went by emotions when dealing with problems, which meant she could be petty and childish to the point of causing issues. We didn't really fight, but her behavior sometimes caused problems when I had issues with people she liked or if she had issues with people I worked with
As for climbing the ranks, it was really straightforward tbh.
It was the early 50s. TV was just getting big, and that has a little bit of a delay to get to Hell in the first place. I saw the opportunity and took it. After working out some money early on working for other people- mostly acting- I started broadcasting, buying existing channels up, networking, etc. It all built up very fast and there wasn't even a lot of sabotage involved?? Like obviously there was Some and I was totally cheating the people I bought from out of a lot of money but the timing was so perfect that it was a comparatively very clean chain of events.
This pretty much destroyed the popularity of radio in Hell, aided by the fact that I initially sold actual TVs dirt cheap to aid my broadcasting.
As I accumulated more money, I started buying and creating completely unrelated companies, which was less about money and more about heehee hoohoo look at me I sell chimken borger
As for falling to Hell in the first place, pretty sure it was an accumulation of smaller shitty actions for the most part. I was very cutthroat in my work and trying to advance and made a lot of very con-artisty deals with people and was just generally selfish most of the time I was alive. I definitely somewhat indirectly contributed to some deaths too so like 💀💀 mostly via causing people to lose their jobs
There might be more I'm forgetting but I think I was mostly nerf'd for being a capitalist dick
I ate things With My Mouth
Basically demon physics screen was kind of like the screen in the grudge. It's a solid screen but it's also Not in some situations. Combination screen/p̤͑͐o͖͇ͬ̒͘͘͢͞r̲̠̓ͮ́͐́͞͡t̵̖̩̬͓̂̃͆a̢̽̔̂̀͢͠l̾̊́̿͏̶̕ ̪̹̬̀̈̍̏t̵ͣͮ̚҉o̢͙̼ͦ͐̔̑̕͢͢ͅ ̰͙͙͉ͯ̈́̈́̿t̵͔̊͐̆̅h͕ͪ̓͆e̓̋ͣ̿͢͠ ͈͛̓͆҉̶̀u̥̜͓͇ͩ̀͘̕͝n̴̲̹k̷̜̔̑́͢͝ň̛̟̮̣͌̀o̡̮̔w̞̪̜̹̅͛̓͘ň̢̛̳̰̫̿́͠ depending on the context.
Random note, newest face was an LCD screen.
It could play a cartoon.
Also lmao as for Al? Hard to define rlly. I'll p much roll with attention of any nature and Alastor was >:( at me so I went w it
I was very heehee hoohoo look u radio i'm in the tv screens u pass when u go outside! pay attention to me! video killed the radio star! i am very funny and Alastor was Very annoyed by my existence, moreso after I started with the upgrades a few years into being in Hell. We had a few amicable conversations before that
I was also familiar with who Alastor was before dying so there was also an aspect of like if this fucker respects me i've made it
Thanks for asking lmao I could talk for Ages
#this was fun#vox's lore#vox answers#canon shit#vox posts#vark#velvet#alastor#angel#vox's demon physics
