Welcome to one of our favourite events! Yes, the FiKi Week is back <3

MORE BIG NEWS!

To celebrate our new name, we will be holding 2 events in early 2024:

1. A fanart event, tentatively titled “We Love Jancy,” will run from February 11-14. Yes, we are ending the event on Valentine’s Day… it is Jancy, after all. 🥰

(Artists: more info, including prompts, coming soon!)

And…

2. Once our fanart event has ended, we will start our month long artist/writer collab! Meaning, we want to see all the fics inspired by the amazing fanart from our “We Love Jancy” event. We’d like to pair up writers with artists so they can create a joint masterpiece (fanart and fic). The artists can be as hands-on or as hands-off as they’d like in the process. They can say anything from “Write whatever you want!” to specifying rating guidelines, setting, etc. The only thing we ask is that the fics are Jancy centric.

We would like fics completed by March 20th as that’s the first day of Spring (new beginnings) and s5 will be bringing us new Jancy! So that gives writers a little over a month to write their fics… fics can be any length but we ask that they are at least a Drabble (100 words).

Fic writers, both new and experienced: Please be thinking about participating and sharing your talent! More info on this event will be coming soon…

Artists, as I said above, you can be as involved as you want… it’s up to you! We just ask permission to repost your art (with credit) for this event only. You can obviously also choose not to participate, ofc.

We are really excited here at Jancy Fanfic Central (soon Jancy Central!) for these two events that we hope will bringJancy shippers together to showcase all the amazing talent that lies within our community!

🎨 Kirsten’s answers to our Q&A: 🖌️

1. I first got into fanart through the Sonic The Hedgehog series, I'd look up renders and try to draw them on paper. What drew me to the fandom was seeing other peoples drawings/interpretations of the characters I liked.

2. The fandoms I’ve made fanart for are: Sonic The Hedgehog, Five Nights at Freddy’s, Undertale, Steven Universe, South Park, Attack On Titan, Tokyo Ghoul, Haikyuu!!, Seraph Of The End, Voltron: Legendary Defender, Yuri!!! On Ice, My Hero Academia, Hamilton, Heathers, Ben 10, The Dragon Prince, Miraculous Ladybug, The Legend Of Zelda, Ace Attorney, Stranger Things (there's probably more but these are the ones I can remember) I don’t do fanart for a lot of these fandoms anymore but sometimes I’ll do redraws of the old fanart for the sake of comparing my progress.

3. I’m not going to do ALL the fandoms but some of my favourite characters to draw overall are Chat Noir (Miraculous), Keith Kogane and Princess Allura (Voltron), Link (Zelda), Godot and Mia Fey (Ace Attorney), Rayla and Aaravos (The Dragon Prince) Armin Arlert and Mikasa Ackerman (Attack On Titan) and, of course, Nancy Wheeler and Jonathan Byers (Stranger Things)

4. My muse characters are pretty much the ones listed above, I always have to sneak my favourites in lmao

5. If I absolutely *have* to get a character in I always find a way to add them into the background or do a separate doodle with said character

6. I don’t think I have a preference, actually I enjoy drawing both equally.

7. Not really, my opinions are usually based on canon media.

8. I’ve made a few OC’s, they’re usually characters designed to fit in the media I like

9. Again, I’d be here all day if i listed 3 ships for every fandom so here’s a few of my favourites: Klance (Voltron), Marichat (Miraculous), Rayllum (The Dragon Prince), Miego and Klapollo (Ace Attorney), Arumika, Yumihisu and Levihan (Attack on Titan), Gwevin (Ben 10), Sidlink (Zelda), Silvamy (Sonic), Jancy and Byler (Stranger Things)

10. I tend not to draw pairings I don’t like, the closest to this Is when I used to do OC x Canon fanart requests on DeviantArt when I was like 12

11. I’d say the main genre of art I draw is ship art/fluffy art but every once in a while I love to do a horror/creepy piece

12. Not that I can remember but I’d love to do something like this in the future

13. It’s a mix of both

14. I'll draw almost anything in terms of rating but whether I'm comfortable enough to post it is another story - the only ‘nsfw’ stuff I've actually posted is gore but even then it's been pretty mild.

15. I do use warnings bc i don't want to make anyone uncomfortable. I feel like it's important to tag the usual stuff like gore, nsfw in general, any sensitive topics like abuse etc. I don't think I've had to add a warning that could be considered strange before though.

16. I don't use anything like headers or previews tbh I just post the drawings with a caption and call it a day

17. I don't title my art for the simple reason that I cannot come up with names for the life of me. The filenames of my drawings are usually just a random jumble of words or letters

18. Most of my inspiration comes from browsing random poses/references, listening to music, watching tv and movies

19. I try to get the idea sketched out as soon as I can but if not I'll just make a note of it in my notes app

20. Definitely!

21. Yes, it's usually stuff like AUs where I've gotten really invested in the idea and want to create as much of that idea as I can

22. No, the closest thing to these events is a week event for ships/characters. I don't do much of these bc I often end up procrastinating and leaving it to the last minute and then I end up stressing myself out trying to finish it in time

23. The main sites I post to are Tumblr, Instagram and Twitter. Occasionally i'll post before and afters to my tiktok account and once in a blue moon i may even post to my old DeviantArt account

24. Nope, no betas here I'm afraid.

25. I love listening to music while drawing, sometimes it'll be a character/ship themed playlist and sometimes it's just any music that I'm into at that moment.

do you think the extend of good storytelling is by how gay it is, and how much shipping fanart can be produced from it? and yes bonnet was a massive racist and slave owner this isn't news

a1) I said nothing about good storytelling. Someone in the notes on that post complained about OFMD getting the fandom and hype that Black Sails didn't; I pointed out that fun + queer joy = fannish engagement. It sounds like you should go berate them for caring about not getting Hamilton/Flint fanart!

a2) As someone who actively likes reading, watching, and writing romances, yes, I do think that fiction with well-written and well-acted romance is more appealing than fiction where that's a super minor note.

b1) It seems like you don't understand historical fiction? The real Stede Bonnet was a slaveholder. The character named Stede Bonnet written by David Jenkins & co. isn't. Having an issue with that isn't exactly baseless, but for moral consistency you have a LOT of other fiction to object to as well, so you should get on with that to make it clear that this has nothing to do with being mad about one pirate show being more widely loved than another.

b2) You probably shouldn't rest your "down with OFMD, up with Black Sails" rhetoric on moral grounds, because all the characters in Black Sails are also pirates, and the real people many of them were based on (such as Charles Vane, Blackbeard, etc.) were rapists and murderers. Even on the show itself, one of these has his men gang-rape a main character.

If you just hate OFMD, that's mystifying to me but totally valid. If you hate OFMD and want to seize on an objective reason to declare the show to be Objectively Immoral and all its fans to be Bad People, that's childish behavior and you should really put your energy into creating the kind of fic or art you want to see for Black Sails instead.

So remember about that Laurette post?  I want to show you another ship that happens in this scene. 

Please, I beg all of you to re-watch this scene : when we hear the borning flame of passion between Angelica and Hamilton, there’s Lafayette and Peggy too.  For the context, Lafayette was trying to dance with Angelica (and he seems to have a little crush on her, since in “Schuyler Sisters”, he was trying to take the Angelica’s pamphlet from Burr, Burr who was trying to taunt him with that)  And then it happens : LAFAYETTE FUCKING JUMP AT THE SIGH OF PEGGY.  I mean, the subtext is JUST THERE.  But let’s focus a bit more on Lafayette in this scene : 

For all the “satisfied” song we dont see him dancing with ANYONE, it’s canon that Lafayette (the historical figure) was really bad at dancing, so it might explain his behavior, trying to dodge any invitation (Like he’s talking with some women and flee after like a fucking butterfly)  Then, we have the laurette bromance scene. 

And Laurens is dancing with Peggy (yes I know, Ramos and Jazzy was a thing back then, so there’s strong chances that Lin let them have a little choregraphy together as a treat). 

Does this love triangle end there ? Not really since at the wedding...

(what the fuck are you telling her Laf ????) And the look Peggy sends to Laurens who’s just next to her. 

What does it mean Crys ? I dont have a fucking clue, but fortunately we have headcanons, fanfictions and fanarts for that.

It hits Max like a physical blow, his whole body reacting to the words, nearly rocking backwards with the force.

“Lewis, I’m sorry, you don’t have to, I don’t deserve-“ he tries to interject, but Lewis cuts him off quickly.

“It's not up to you to decide, Max.” That makes him shut up, mouth snapping shut painfully, but it seems to satisfy the older man, so he continues

“It’s not absolution, Max. You have a lot to learn, and a lot more to apologise for. But it sounds like you hit a turning point last night. While I’m under no obligation to be your teacher, I want to be. As long as you mean it; you want to do better; then I forgive you.” Lewis sounds more serious than max has ever seen him, and it leaves the younger man nodding frantically. He wants to do better.

“I don’t like who I was. I don’t want to be him anymore.” He tries to speak, but Lewis shakes his head again.

“You are him. We don’t become new people when we learn, Max. That’s what makes learning so important. You’re growing. Who you were reminds you what direction to keep going.” He levels Max with a look, careful and assessing, before picking his mug back up with a nod.

“We can talk more about it later. Drink your coffee. We all had a late night”

“Sor-“

“None of that. I’m glad you came to us”

“Us?”

“Forget me already?” That comes from George, who has now reappeared, a large glass of water in one hand, and a damp washcloth in the other. He’s apparently content that the pair of them have stepped away from more serious topics, because he flings the wash cloth at Max’s face, grinning when Max just about catches it with a squawk.

“Wipe your face down with that, you’ll feel better” He places the big glass on the table in front of Max, and next to it a blister pack of paracetamol. Max has never been one for pain relief, but on this occasion he’s endlessly thankful, quickly popping two out and swallowing them with water that tastes far better than any alcohol could right now.

Apparently content, George has wandered over to drop down next to Lewis again, leaning into his side when the older man lifts an arm to wrap round his shoulders. They both grin at each other, then shock Max yet again as Lewis leans over to press a kiss against George’s forehead.

Max isn’t exactly sure how to properly ask “so, are you guys screwing” to fellow drivers he had thought were straight, but thankfully George seems to notice his wide eyed look and takes pity on him.

“I’m guessing this is a bit of a shock, isn’t it”

“Yes, can I ask how long?”

“Since Silverstone, 8 months”

“Jesus, how?”

Lewis shrugs at that, George seems to be content to melt into his side, head resting on Lewis’ shoulder. The way Lewis looks down at him before moving the hand on his shoulder to card through George’s hair, makes Max uncomfortable. He’s not sure why, he doesn’t think it’s because they’re both men, but he doesn’t understand why he would feel so… jealous.

“Home is where the heart is? I’m not sure how, but I suppose I could probably blame you for it, somewhat” Lewis finally responds, fingers still pushing back through George’s hair

“Me?” Max asks. This time it’s George who responds, voice only slightly muffled from where his face pressed into Lewis’ shirt

“We ended up alone in the Mercedes driver area after the race, Lewis was worried about you, I wanted to punch you, we argued about it, and one thing led to another.”

“Gave Valtterri one hell of a shock, poor guy”

“ I think it was less the two men, Angel, and more that I had you pinned to a w-“ The rest of Lewis’ sentence gets muffled behind George’s hand, as the taller driver flushes red and doesn’t meet Max’s eye. Max has a feeling that the story goes a bit further than making out, and looks at George with a grin. It doesn’t last long though, it’s hard to picture Silverstone without remembering the crash. It was one of the worst of Max’s driving career, his head felt like it spun all the way to the medical centre. Ultimately he’d been fine, the cars much more equipped for those kinds of events than years past, but the aftermath off the track…

“I’m sorry for that crash. I should have let you have the corner, I was just so… the things Christian had been saying, I was sure if I let you past the race would be yours. Power of a home crowd and all….” He trails off. He had felt like Silverstone was his, that taking that win from Lewis would demoralise the other driver. That he’d drive worse.

If anything Lewis turned into a beast after their collision. No longer would he back out when Max pushed. Refused to play it safe and rely on tire strategy, he made Max fight tooth and nail for every second between them. It had been exhausting.

“It’s okay, Max. Crashes happen. Can’t say the same for the aftermath. I don’t think I’ve had that many death threats in years.” Lewis’ jaw looks tight, like he’s reliving it. George has a distant look to his eyes too, his hand winding into Lewis free one to squeeze it.

“I never should have let that happen. I can’t stop people saying things online… but I should have said something. Kelly kept telling me it wasn’t my job to make people be nice to you, that it was just people having an opinion… I knew it was bullshit and I did nothing. I’m sorry”

“Can’t change the past, Max.” It’s George this time, catching Lewis’ eye and getting a soft nod before he continues “We all listen to people we shouldn’t sometimes. But you have to start cutting them off, or they just keep feeding on you”

“Well, one down. Kelly’s been gone since January. I didn’t want to be around her family, and I was drunk more nights than not. Can’t say I blame her”

“She kinda sucked, Max” George deadpans, making all three of them snort.

“Well, in relation to that, your hangover is going to get worse if you don’t eat something, and I’m starving” Lewis muses, pushing himself off the couch with a last kiss to George’s nose. George grumbles, laying out in the warm space Lewis had left behind.

As if summoned by the mention of food, Max hears the click of nails on laminate, and Roscoe comes waddling out from the hallway leading to what he assumes must be Lewis’ bedroom. Lewis AND Georges bedroom, he corrects himself, even though it still sounds foreign to his ears. The large bulldog pays no mind to him at first, trotting over to George to snuffle at the hand left to hang over the edge of the couch until George rewards him with a leisurely ear scratch. When he’s content that George has given him enough attention, Roscoe sets his sights on Max. He plops down between his legs, looking up at him with oddly intelligent eyes in that big noggin of his. Max would have to be heartless to resist, and he aims for the spot he’d seen George go for. It seems to do the trick as Roscoe huffs happily at him, pressing his head into Max’s fingers.

George manages to roll onto his back while Max is distracted, and Max only realises when he hears the tell-tale click of an iPhone shutter. He sends George a questioning look, but George just looks back at him, deadpan and mouths black mail material.

“Oh Roscoe, you’re really getting spoiled today. Keep that up, Max and you’ll be his favourite in no time” Lewis has returned, a couple paper flyers for local take outs in hand. Max recognises a few of them, he’s seen the fliers about but never tried any. It’s always odd to remember he and Lewis live so close, after they spent so long avoiding each other.

Lewis ignores when George makes a pleading arms open gesture at him, even with a pout Max knows George has had as a weapon since they met, and beelines for his phone that had been left on the coffee table. Flicking it open, he turns to Max, trademark relaxed grin back in place.

“I’m ordering breakfast, any requests?”

I’m excited about this week’s post because I’m really looking forward to reading the books I chose!

The Love Hypothesis (Ali Hazelwood)

I heard about this book from someone in my book club and I can’t wait till its release date. Fake relationship? Academic setting? Count me in. Plus the cover looks like some ReyLo fanart and I am weak. Why must we wait so long for a book that sounds SO GOOD?

We Can Be Heroes (Kyrie McCauley)

“Kyrie McCauley, author of If These Wings Could Fly, delivers a powerful contemporary YA novel about a trio of girls fighting for each other in the aftermath of a school shooting and the lasting bonds of friendship. Perfect for fans of Laura Ruby and Mindy McGinnis.”

Ghosts? Girl friendships? Mystery? All things I’m absolutely down for. This book sounds like it’s going to be such a good, emotional read. I can’t wait to get my hands on it!

Ember of Night (Molly E. Lee)

I’ve always been so weak for stories with battles between Heaven and Hell. Like Supernatural. It’s been one of my favourite shows for a very long time but even before that I was fascinated by the mythology. This book is right up my alley. Plus the cover is just so gorgeous. Excited to give this a read!

Queers? In Space? Yes please. I’ve been dying to read more Space Opera and this one seems like it’s just what I need. Plus, as a queer person, I appreciate the representation.

Escaping Eleven (Jerri Chisholm)

I’ve been dying for something similar to The Hunger Games since I read it. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed it. But I felt like there could have been so much more. It could have been done better. I’m hoping that this will be the series!

Okay so I'm definitely not the first to make the Good Omens connection (I refer you to this beautiful piece of fanart), the whole Thomas being perceived as an angel but deep down a bit of a bastard and James being perceived as evil but underneath all that truly a good man. Britain/Heaven destroying a world just to prove their superiority. We had a chat about it in discord as well as to who else would be who in the show (Peter Ashe is Gabriel and Silver is defo the nun from the Chattering Order who switched the babies and royally fucked it)

But having said that, OHMYGOD I LOVE YOUR TAKE ON THIS YES PERFECT

Jon’s TGWDLM Livestream

I offered to write out all of Jon’s answers in his q&a (not verbatim, just a summary but also it got a little long, sorry for that) so here it is! sorry if there’s typos, i wrote this at 2am lmao i put most of the qs in bold

it was hard not to kiss jeff in WDYWP, especially because his face was so close (great way to start it off)

His favourite piece of fanart is one of the first ones with red paul blue paul (in let it out) and he had it as his homescreen for a while

he got into starkid by doing Power Prom with jeff and lauren, (as well as another show with jeff and another with quite a few of the starkids) and then they asked him if he was interested in auditioning and he sent in a video audition and tah dahhh

if he could play any other character from tgwdlm it’d be hidgens (though he says part of the reason he loves hidgens so much is because robert did such a good job fleshing him out)

“how close are you and jeff” “uhh who’s jeff?”

paul’s job was originally gonna be a movie critic (buzzfeed-esque) (and at one point in WDYWP they brought up how he was reviewing a Hamilton movie musical-which was, incidentally, his fav deleted bit) but it ended up being at a customer service center “but most of the time he fixes printers and plays on the internet”

jaime helped out with some of the lyrics to CORC/COPC because she’s a barista

his fav memory with the cast was before shows and one time when they hung out after the show at a diner

his fav line that almost made him break every time was “Latte hottay...my wife...yknow like borat, dude” (it made him break a couple of times but he was always walking off stage like right as he said it)

he really liked the line “we’ll make a jammin’ cup of java, mocha latte with the froth for you, jack, frappuccino!” he just thought the wordplay was real good

fav joke was probs the moana bit (he broke a couple of times there too)

fav song was Show Stopping Number (and he said the way the songs flow when you’re listening to it on the album is so good)

he never found it boring to go to rehearsals because James and Lauren are such good choreographers and all the actors are so good at singing and dancing he got to watch them perform all the time and he really enjoyed it (how pure)

his reaction to hearing the show’s plot was “hell yeah, this is gonna be so much fun”

when he first heard let it out he was stoked because in high school he had tried performing Confrontation from Jekyll and Hyde with just a boom box so no one could actually hear the music and it didnt go well so he felt like that song was letting him redeem himself

his fav moment from the show’s run was the first show because they were so stressed because it was the first time they went all the way through the show with tech and music and it went really well “It was magical. we were all,like, on this adrenaline endorphin high and, uh, it was awesome.”

fav character from any starkid show is either nick playing robin or nick playing obi wan from Ani (he’s seen the scene where obi wan walks into the bar “probably a million times” because he loves the timing and the dry humour) but also nick gage as sultan from Twisted

fav moment to watch in the show was the part after Not Your Seed when the aliens were trying to talk at the same time

“would i have wanted to sing more? no, because i got to sing these two awesome songs” Let It Out was really fun to do but also daunting, and in Inevitable he got to sing parts of the other songs

no real mishaps with the blood capsules, just getting fake blood all over his face and shirt (but that was fine cuz it made him look like more of a badass in the next scene, as long as he remembered not to wipe it off)

fav line that he said? “ok”

“will i ever make my own version of Love Never Dies?” he wants to be in a musical about death (more of a “silly fun romcom”) and thinks that concept has so much potential

he’s inspired by The Adventure Zone and that’s where he got the name Travis from (idk what he’s talking about being inspired about, he never really says)

if paul drank the coffee, he would have been infected

there were no pranks, but

before one of the last shows he was rehearsing outside and he “stepped in human poop” like 20 minutes before he had to go on (he threw out the shoes ofc and luckily a member of the band had extra shoes that fit)

general advice? “number 1 surround yourself with people who love and support you and that you trust and you like to have a lot of fun with 2 if you can develop a skill that you l can support yourself when you’re not working, develop that skill, its really important just so you can put food on the table and also you’ll hear a ton of advice and there are a lot of training programs about how to act and how to sing but find whatever works for you...understand the character and do whatever you can to remove tension” (that was a lot lmao but i thought it was good advice)

there were lots of little improvised bits in the show but his fav was trying to figure out what he and emma were gonna say when they were going through the alleys

before every show they’d put their arms around each other and make a one word story (i can explain the game if you dont know what it is)

paul still wants a carpet

the starkid actor he’d want to play paul (if it wasnt him) would be brosenthal or brolden

fav food is “fuh”?  im sorry im a dummy ive heard of it but i cant spell it but yeah he likes it cuz it hydrates you and it’s delicious

he knows the lyrics to Moana because he secretly loves musicals after having watched so many with Alice growing up, but he wont even admit it to himself “he says he likes hamilton way more than mamma mia, so, yknow. he has an opinion”

he hopes it’ll come to chicago but he doesnt know if it will

the backstage was really nice

he was, of course, sad when it was over (but he’s stoked to move to LA)

'Today Eret taught me that she uses multiple universal nicknames. he, she, and they. him, her, and their. In fact, I found out that a lot of people have more than just one. So the 'her' that Philza mentioned, probably uses 'she' too. I'm learning more and more about universal nicknames each day.'

Ranboo closed his memory book, and exhaled calmly. Ever since Phil had told them about the universal nicknames that he called pronouns, the half-enderman had been eager to learn more. To be fair, they'd only recently started using them for themself.

Ranboo quite enjoyed them, they made him very happy. he used lots of different universal nicknames now. In the syndicate, he'd try she and her, since Nihachu seemed to like those. at home, Tubbo seemed to like using he and him for Ranboo, and Ranboo didnt mind so much. Michael seemed to like he and him for himself, and Ranboo was happy that Michael had found the pronouns that suited him.

Eret had told Ranboo that they used every universal nickname, that he didnt mind anything. Ranboo thought that was admirable, and took on the same idea.

Fundy had once used she and her, but he chose to use he and him now, because those made him way happier. Fundy told Ranboo that when people were born, usually their genitals determined their universal nickname. (This didnt seem very fair to Ranboo, seeing as they had thought people should be able to choose who they are.)

What a new and exciting thing!

We all fought for something.

Whether we were on the front lines fighting for L'manberg, clambering over one another to vote in the L'manberg elections, fighting for allegiance to the Greater Dream SMP.

We all fought, and we were all scattered in the carnage of a country that once stood as a sanctuary for all.

Now, where do we stand?

Do you stand with Snowchester, a country that's small and peaceful, lead by a young- young and hurt leader? Do you stand where it's cold, but the laughter is warm and the love is real?

Do you stand with Las Nevadas, a country that's known for gambling, tall towers, and wealth, lead by a man estranged from his husband and from his duty as vice president of Manburg? Do you stand where it's sandy, but the friendship is whole, and true?

Do you stand with Paradise, a faction- a burger joint- that's small but cozy, where the man in charge is an ex terrorist president? Do you stand where it smells like burned hamburger, but people find their way?

Do you stand with Kinoko Kingdom, lead by two fiances, one with declining memory and the other with so much passion, people say he's fireborn? Where it's safe, and beautiful, but there's much to hide behind closed doors? Do you stand where you can hide?

Do you stand for the Greater Dream SMP, held by no one at all, vast and open and free? Do you stand where you can unapologetically live, without hurting anyone, and be alive?

Or do you stand for nothing?

You may just be a soldier, you may be a blacksmith, or a carpenter, ot a dressmaker, but whoever you are, you matter.

this fandom is so fucking cool?

one day there was a bunch of dudes & dudettes who decided it would be fun to do a hamilton roleplay on minecraft, and millions of people jumped on board and made fanart, fanstories, jokes- hundreds of thousands of people drew the same flag, rewrote the same words (and they still aren't tired), drew these same block people- and it's inspiring.

humanity is finite & little and the chances of this falling into place the way it has were infinitesimal, but looking around and seeing just how talented and creative this little corner of the world is, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

sure, we have rude people. we have people from any walk of life. yet there's so, so many people from all over the world that come into this fandom with the intent to be kind, and share their love of this block game, and this block country.

the fact that we have that at all is amazing.

if lore slows down for awhile, i don't mind so much. that just gives us all more time to listen to derivakat, beetlebug, alioof, and other incredible songwriters. it gives us time to draw fanart and rewatch sad-ist's hog hunt for the gazillionth time. it gives us time to read incredible fanfictions, of which there are too many.

we have this time, let's make something of it. if you're worried about lore ending, let's give those ccs hell in the kindest way possible. let's create and create and create, and when they're ready to come back and tell their wonderful block game story, we can enjoy it. we won't have to rely on them.

this fandom is so fucking cool, i believe in us. it's okay to be anxious, but we can't let that stop us from either blazing on, or going off with a bang.
