Sis is not eating with us so mum just prep a one pot meal of Pork Ribs Noodles Soup (排骨汤面) with pieces of bean curd rolls, stuffed eggplant and fish balls. There is also lettuce which is blanched into the hot soup flavoured with dried scallops. Mum used flat yellow noodles to better soak up the broth.

Super late day 5 and the last UTYversary art from me. more like… three’s past… haha…

I took a bit of artistic liberty w dalv looking kinda intimidating here (possibly due to this being from integrity’s pov?) but idk I get the impression dalv wasn’t “running away” the whole time, and probably initiated the battle to begin with (as is the case for most monsters). Plus the fact that out of him and kanako, only he was hurt when she would have been a much easier target? I think he was definitely protecting her.

This colorful loser is ready for round 1 of the @tmntfashioncompetition! Theme: Born in the 80's.

Admittedly, I don't know much about 80's fashion... so my brain just went: bright colors, roller skates, fanny pack. And just like that, canon Leo is ready to get demolished by go up against @villainleoau in round 1!

It is very convenient for us to get to Sembawang Shopping Centre with the provided free shuttle bus. In term of food varieties, there isn’t a lot to choose from unless we headed over to the opposite enclave which mum is not keen to. So, here we are at XO Minced Meat Noodle (XO 肉脞麵) for our dinner.

Mum just wants the Chicken Cutlet Noodle (炸鸡扒面) with thin yellow noodles and no chilli. Beside the pieces of sliced fried chicken, the noodles and bean sprouts are tossed in savoury brown sauce with a sprinkling of crunchy tempura bits and lettuce. A bowl of soup is provided for every order of dry style noodles.

I opted for Scallop Minced Meat Noodle (鲜贝肉脞面) which is also dry style thin yellow noodles but I asked for chilli paste to be added. On top of it are a lot of other ingredients like a pair of scallops, fried dumpling, Fuzhou fish ball, fish ball, braised mushroom, sliced fishcake and pork with plenty of minced pork, tempura bits and lettuce.
