Im one who said that it is soon for me. But it isnt that they must broke up with her bf or any other shit as your anons say. It is because i have daughter in the similiar age of twins. And i dont know how big she will get help from others, but for me it changed my live in next years to not comparatible to before. It changing all priorities for rest of my life. And it goes with some not too pleasant experiences. My first whole night sleeping without waking up to care of my daughter was when she was 5 year old for example. Or it is no influencer holidays on ibiza in next years. And i had planned pregnancy and would never give her to anyone. She is my whole life. So it is more my experience than anything. But yes she could planed it and knew all im saying, only my real time experience of planned child is, you never know all things before. I obviously dont know if you have kid or kids.

Anon… I’m going to be 100% real with you. Phoebe is wealthier than any of us can conceptualize I promise. She’s the kind of wealth that can buy her a nanny, that can buy her a night doula (someone who’s literal job it is is to watch the baby at night and only wake mom up to breast feed/pump and then mom goes back to sleep and the doula is the one who does all that). She will probably never post about them but those are honest to god things rich people do. And some non-rich people too but it’s more common place in wealthier communities.

And you wanna know something else? She’d be valid for doing that. Because to answer your final question - yeah I have a kid. I planned my kid. And I got so fucking lucky that my baby was born at the end of February 2020 right before the world shut down so I was given essentially 6 months of paid maternity leave that allowed me to not have to worry about literally anything else but being with my baby because everyone else around me was right there with me in being locked up for 6 months. And that experience has given me a lot of insight into what post partum care should look like, and should be. And so yeah, if you have a village USE IT. Stop glorifying the idea of “I did it all on my own” YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO. ITS BETTER IF YOU USE THE SYSTEM!! And she can!

I’m sorry you’ve had a rough time. Sleep deprivation is a serious health condition and not getting a full nights sleep for FIVE YEARS is a lot. A lot of us have rough experience. Some of us don’t. And some of us can afford to buy the support system that might not be in place! And that’s okay!!

Shockingly underrated thing about Leo is that he’s legitimately charming when he wants to be?

He’s the Faceman! He’s persuasive! That’s not just some random title he gave himself with no backing to it. People will listen to him. Even if they think he’s being annoying or if they’re upset at him, people listen to him anyway! There’s a reason his bros push him out front to talk to people, and when this happens, that talking nearly always works.

Moreover, Leo knows people. He looks at them and takes into account how they act and what they’re like as he makes his way through the conversations. It’s easy to forget this aspect of Leo’s character because he only brings it out when he really needs (read: wants) to, but it really is a notable part of him that always love to see.

And I say charm in particular because he has a knack for not only getting people to pay attention, but for getting people to stay and listen to what he has to say.

Promises

He should know better. 

Wolfwood has seen Vash make promises, or hear about the ones he has made in the past. He has also seen the end of each one and how every single time the outcome is less than what was promised. 

Vash likes to say embellished words, with a soft and determined voice that lures you into his hopes and dreams, it almost feels like a spell, as if he was calling for you to come closer and believe him. But Wolfwood knows better.

He believes in him, but Vash is much closer to being an idealistic dreamer than a realistic person like he is. He might not be aware of it, but his beautiful promises of a better future give people hope, a hope that is usually embraced with things like disappointment and abandonment. 

He doesn’t think that Vash does it with the intent of looking for any of those things. Far from it, he might even do the impossible in order to accomplish said promises, but life is too short and humans are too mortal for his wishes, so in the end, most of Vash’s promises end up being empty or they come to haunt him as a reminder of his failed vows. He admires the man, for his perseverance and idealism, but he also hates the man, for his stubbornness and lies. 

Wolfwood knows all of this perfectly to a tee. And yet, he has also found himself being drawn to his world. Because he also dreams of it.

A world in where his always present calls for love and peace exist, a world that is far more kind than what he might deserve, a world in where the kids can be happy and roam around without any worry in their heads, a world in where he can peacefully turn grey with age and his hands can shed the harsh callouses of his life. Who knows, maybe a world in where he and Vash can finally know the peace that was taken away from them, in where they can share the calmness that comes with the passage of time, indulging in every tick of the clock welcoming with open arms whatever comes their way without any fear.

It is a beautiful promise. But Wolfwood is a person that has to keep his feet on the ground, indulging in “what ifs” would only make things harder than what they had to be. He can’t have any ifs if he can’t make it through the now. And by the way he is carrying his present, he is doubtful he will even get to see a shed of that promised world that Vash tries to drag him into. So why mourn something he doesn’t even have, or will ever have for that matter.

He hates the way Vash seems to promise things so easily. His tongue silky and pliant, slipping divine words one after the other, promises way too big for what that barren world can actually fit. 

But when Vash talks to him in that holy voice of his, when he hears him say “It’s okay, everything will be alright, I promise” so gently right on his ear, while he holds his face so tenderly making him focus on him and nothing else, he wants to believe him.

He has seen the end of his promises. He knows how impossible they are. But for once, he wants to believe it too. Believe in that loving world that will cradle them both until they fall asleep, listening to the soft sound of the wind laughing while the moons smile upon them. 

So he allows himself to indulge in the warmth of his palms, leaning into the comfort of his existence, feeling the soft air of Vash’s breaths against his skin while their foreheads meet in a touch that feels like a hot brand that will melt him.

For an instant, he allows himself to be selfish and believe that maybe, that is how living in that world Vash so desperately fights for would be. Soft and warm, making him feel safe in the hollow of Vash’s hands where the world seems to fit so well. A world where the blue sky is a blanket that covers the love and care that is nestled in it like the one in Vash’s eyes. He wants to see that world.

For now, he will selfishly think that the world that fits in Vash’s hands is right there in where he is holding him, where his blue eyes are drowning in the light of the sunset dripping with love and care while looking at him, that the gentle touch of Vash’s thumb wiping his tears is the same as the kiss of that laughing wind in that distant future, where the smile of his eyes overcomes the smile of the moons.

He should know better. But he loves the thought of that world. And he hopes that Vash will get to see that world, because that gentle sight is more fitting for someone like him than the one of his violent world.

He promises to himself that he will do what it takes for that day to be possible. Even if the end of that promise will be empty for Nicholas, he knows it will be a full one for Vash. So it really isn’t that empty for him after all.

He hates his lies, and he hates how true they sound, but Vash’s embellished words are far sweeter than his bitter thoughts so they feel better on his insides, almost like a balm that cares for the wounds of his throbbing, painful reality.

He should know better.

But aren’t humans weak at the promise of love?

I’m kind of curious now how in potential TF One sequels, the Decepticons are going to interact with Megatron

You know, whether it be positively and they actually care about him on some level, or negatively and they only make him worse and he really shouldn’t have been left with them. Or maybe a mix of both?

Because I’m realizing now that the Decepticons really don’t interact with Megatron at all after he beats Starscream. They acknowledge him and agree with him, but he never actually has a conversation with them or anything. So like, we really don’t know, and I’ve seen people characterize them either way

I mean personally I prefer the idea of them actually caring, but that’s just self indulgence talking because it’s what I like more, and might not be the more likely outcome. What’s more likely, I really don’t know

I guess it depends on how sympathetic they want to make the Decepticons? And probably also whether they want Megatron to fall farther or if he can have some form of redemption

“Okay. Wait.” Nicky sets down his glass of coffee onto the counter and looks at Neil with an eyebrow raised. “What did you just say?”

Neil shrugs, taking a languid sip from his mug and slides a look over to Andrew. The blond’s face is blank but Neil sees a hint of amusement in hazel eyes before it’s gone a few moments later. He meets Nicky’s gaze and leans against the counter. “I said 20% of people usually die in riots. Next time you find yourself brawling, you might be next.”

“Are you being serious?”

“Would I lie?”

Nicky gives him a look. “Yes. Yes, you would.” He sighs, rubbing his forehead before picking up his coffee. “Now I’m going to be thinking about this all day. Paranoid. Thanks, Neil.”

“Anytime.” Neil waits until Nicky walks out of earshot and faces Andrew. “How long do you think it’ll take him to realize I was lying?”

Andrew regards him for a second, eyes trailing over to where Nicky had previously been. “A week. He’ll have nightmares about it.”

“He’ll be fine. Aaron knows those odds, doesn’t he?” Neil hums in thought before adding, “I wonder what else they’ll believe me about.”

“Scheming to cause useless arguments between everyone, rabbit?”

“I would never.”

“Liar.” And Neil grins in response.

I think how Swansea and Curly treat Anya telling them about Jimmy is so interesting.

I know I just mentioned it but it’s stuck in my head how Swansea already disliked Jimmy. Immediately believed her but he still didn’t do anything to actually stop him and help her. He listened and accepted it, and that must’ve been a relief compared to Curly who listened but didn’t. But it still left her vulnerable and without whatever emotional support Curly did supply her. His inaction is only different because his position on the crew is different. But after the crash, did that really matter?

Like in the end Swansea really was only trying to avenge Daisuke and used Anya’s treatment from Jimmy as an accelerant to kill him, but he still did nothing for her.

I didn’t want to hijack the person’s post bc I don’t care what they think but I am a defensive bitch so we’re talking about this

Logan and Oscar met when they were 13/14. The next year they were on the same karting team together but didn’t race each other directly. This would be the last time they don’t race each other until 2019 when Logan moved up to F3 and Oscar was still in Formula Renault. They had a championship battle in F4 and F3, they were teammates in 2020, they haven’t raced each other since then which has been the biggest gap since they’ve known each other.

That still doesn’t mean they’re friends though. You know what does? Them literally saying they are.

Oscar saying “I’m quite close with Logan Sargeant” on that podcast. The Miami GP 2023 post. Them playing paddle together. Logan in that interview where they asked about “Loscar.” Now the podcast episode.

They aren’t forced to be around each other, if anything they’re so busy they don’t have time to hang out, yet they still seek each other out when they have the opportunity. Obviously we don’t know anything about their personal lives but at the very least we know they’re friends?? Not brocedes level of friends, maybe lestappen level of friends cause I don’t think they’re actual friends either, definitely not galex level of friends but that can also be attributed to the fact they don’t talk about themselves a lot, compared to Alex or George who post everything about their lives.

Like, have you ever seen them interact? They’re chilling they’re casual but they are friends. Whatever you think about their dynamic they are at least that.
