Either way, I just wanted to draw my oc with her inspirations as if they were siblings.

did a lil somethin somethin for @general-yasur's dtiys using my persona!! here's the full design:

her power is healing using plants, the book she holds is full off spells and types of herbs and plants to use for healing. she doesnt use her sword much, yet keeps it with her for safety purposes. her design is only slightlyy similar to the original

she has some pencils that she keeps in her saddlebags to write on her book, and she's a not-so-skilled sword kind of person, shes getting there tho! when she is teamed up with others, she is usually the team's helper instead of a fighter unless necessery. she isnt a person to wear alot of armor, which led to the bandages on her legs. her skirt wasnt always slit either, it got snatched one time during her training and she tried to fix it but failed so she kept it that way (which explains the small pins)

For most of her life, Humbelina pranced around the crossroads chanting that she was the descendant of something purely evil, Ninjago's Overlord. For many a myth and those who were native to Ninjago, knew well of what that name entailed. Although her claims were big and scary-- she was not and had nothing to show but her multi-colored hair. No one knew that her father, the overlord, was in her corner telling her she was destined to rule the lands of Ninjago and that her powers would surely come soon. It wasn't until she met the green ninja's nephew, Troy Borg, that her powers began to emerge. As she navigates her growing crush on the enemy, the life long mission her father set her on begins to weigh heavy on her core.

Troy always wanted to be better, but he always seemed to mess things up. Wanting to become more favourable in the eyes of his uncle Lloyd, he kept trying, but nothing ever worked. He kept messing things up over and over. From all his efforts, he ended up meeting Humbelina, a nindroid who proclaimed herself to be the Overlord’s daughter. From their meeting, they hatched a plan that would benefit them both— she would reign terror on the city and Troy would swoop in to save the day. After a botched mission, Humbelina and Troy found themselves separated, but it wouldn’t be long before Troy realises he has fallen for her… and that love will cause him to make some choices that will change his life forever.

((Hello all. Today I am giving the unfortunate news of the Ninjago AUZine's cancellation. The Tumblr blog created for it has made a statement [X] regarding it, but made it unrebloggable for the time being. [Raw google doc link here]

I am making this post to not only let the fans who were not following know the situation, but to also let Yasur's statement on the matter be read as well [X] (Yasur's blog was marked as 'explicit' and thus their post would least-likely show up. I was given permission to do so as well).

If you don't wish to read either, though I do recommend, the tl:dr is this:

-The rules of the zine stated that the consequences of tracing was an immediate removal.

-The cover artist for the side-zine traced a reference that Yasur provided in the server for an OC. Every side-zine contributor was recommended to offer some sort of OC reference, me included.

-Two of the three mods disagreed with their own rule that was made about tracing, not wanting to kick the cover artist.

-The head mod changed the rules without consulting the other mods.

-The head mod stepped down, and the zine has been canceled. ))

Ninjago Oc Secret Summer 2023

Alrighty folks, the time has come to sign up for the 2023 Ninjago Oc Secret Summer! Please read the information provided in the description of the form; additional information will be provided upon receiving your assignment.

As of the forms being released, you will have until April 22nd or 23rd to fill your form out.

Expect to receive your assignments within the week after the form closes. After receiving your assignment you will have until June 25th-30th to finish you piece, with a late period extending into the first week of July.

There's no rule against signing up for both sections; however I do ask you to consider the time provided and how long it will take you to finish a piece.

The house was always busy, but the evening was surprisingly quiet. Well, until Lloyd heard a giggle from his little toddler, Lucky.

She sped down the hallway, wearing something Lloyd instantly recognized, it took him back to his short lived time as a child.

There she was, dressed in a black sweatshirt with a poorly painted ribcage on it, accompanied with that silly little 5 on the top, and a familiar cape to top it all off.

She smiled mischievously, looking for a reaction. Lloyd chuckled, raising an eyebrow to amuse her.

“Now what do we have here?”

She spun around and watched the cape fly behind her. It was a strange feeling to Lloyd. He rarely had a happy memory attached to those clothes, but it filled her with so much joy.

Lloyd picked her up and held her tightly, only to spin around with her. His heart was warmed by her laughter.

He now had a happy memory attached to that little outfit of his, all thanks to his baby girl.

Here’s my entry to the recent DTIYS by the lovely @general-yasur !

Yeah, I kinda used this is as an opportunity to introduce a Ninjago OC of mine. Meet Pythoria, or Ria, a hybrid descendant of Pythor. I just thought the outfit would look great on her!

(BTW, the designs I added are supposed to be snake scales - sorry if they look weird.)

Fun fact: Ria’s hair turns from purple/black to white/purple if she’s in a high stress situation; an homage to Pythor’s design during the events of Rebooted. Her eyes also turn a darker shade of red and her nails turn white. In addition, she has a small sheaf of purple scales on her neck and back that flips over to a white underside in these high stress situations.

ah,, rae. where do i begin. i feel like it's been ages since I've talked about this little raccoon man

he definitely has a case of kleptomania that is a result from his past, he does get better though

i always joke about him being a shit cook, like the kitchen will explode when he steps in there, but if he follows a recipe he's pretty decent with it

he knows how to deal with emotions the best, he knows exactly what to say and do to make you feel better

he gives the second best hugs, no cap

he's actually really good at budgeting, and he's also excellent with resource management

he's willing to make himself appear all cringe and and look like a loser just to make others laugh

her name was 100% a coincidence. i was like "damn i kinda want to give troy a sister" and since troy was already named troy, i had a big brained moment

since she flies jets, she will never get motion sick. rollercoasters? she loves them but they don't phase her at all

she can bake incredible things, but she cannot cook at all

her favourite animal is cows! they'll drive past a field and helen will press her face against the window like "O_O"

shes all cool but she cannot rollerblade. she flails around like a fool and cannot keep her balance. same goes with ice skating

shes really good with kids!

OKAY SO

This is my oc Chat, and she is not that tall or heavy, so she relies on being fast and dodging attacks in combat. The skirt and cloak were a bit too long for her to move properly (the skirt is open for the same reason), so she took scissors to them. She’s not very good at cutting fabric tho

Sunflowers! they are based off her tattoos, which the one sleeve covers.

The weapons: The Fork (tm) is her favorite weapon, and she chose lightning potions to emulate the taser feature on the top. She chose energy because she’s fought the Green Ninja before, and he’s powerful, so why not use his powers? Yes she will use those potions as a way to brag she’s more powerful than the ninja lol
