Kylar the Loner (Degrees of Lewdity)

This is a categorization of Kylar's yandere personality based on multiple different personality tests I've collected.

The end results are at the bottom if you don't wanna read my huge blurbs of text XD.

1. The OG but Confusing Graph, I would say that Kylar fits under multiple different types. First off, Kylar is definitely the stalker type. They have a set schedule throughout the game where they stalk the player, as well as gift them a owl plush; inside is a hidden camera to watch the player in their room. This also goes along with the protective type, they give you pepper spray to protect yourself and will also shoot down any threats with tranquilizer darts. Since being seen with Kylar automatically lowers your status, they are an accidental loneliness-induction type 💀. If you trigger their kidnapping event, they become a shackling type, tying you up in their basement and keeping you. They also fit under the wrong idea type, monopoly type, and worship type.

2. The Ultimate Yandere Types List, again they're obviously the stalker type. Also the monitoring type, watches the player wit a hidden camera and will eventually kidnap them if pushed too far, they're easily jealous and can become hysteric.

3. The Big Five Yandere Personality Types, Yandere MTBI, Soft Yandere MBTI, and Yandere Types are all very similar/overlap so I'm combining them into one bulletpoint. Kylar is pretty open/overt and direct, whether it's purposefully or not. They show a lot of affection towards the player openly, they try to hide their stalking but they're not very good at it. They are also intense and smothering, they literally become a love interest by attacking a classmate with a knife, they will do anything to have the player, putting them under the lethal and violent category as well. They also fall under the controlling and strict category, not because they see the player as lesser, but because they want to protect them and keep them to themselves. They are actually quite reverent, seeing the player as their life objective. Submissive in the fact that they care about their partner and will do anything for them. Kylar is resilient and fragile? They will stop at nothing to have the player, but are also just meek and pathetic. The type to induce Stockholm syndrome, but also cry their eyes out if the player is upset with them. Very much delusional, no explanation needed. They are manipulative, hides the fact they have a hidden camera in your room and stalks you daily. Kylar is wary, they are suspicious of everyone and will make any precautions necessary. Including kidnapping, they are prepared and have all equipment necessary.

4. The Yandere Enneagram: The 27 Tritypes, they are 469: The Love-Seeker. They aren't looking for a possession or something to fix, they see the player as a soulmate. They are easily anxious and jealous, very needy. They love like a dog.

Want just one blog to check when looking for all your favorite game updates? Well, that's what we made this for! Strictly updates, no drama, just ease of access.

Real talk I've been really over whelmed recently with trying to balance everything in my life. School, posting, writing, and making my games it's all too much, the way I'm currently handling everything... I'm going to try slowing things down. I can only work on a daily or weekly schedule. So since anytime I try to post daily I slowly die, I'm going to try posting 1 thing weekly on any of my accounts. That may not feel like a lot and I may occasionally post an extra every now and then. Tbh the art isn't the block in posting. It's scanning the art and actually posting it. It makes me incredibly anxious and it takes a whole different load of dopamine to do and I only have so much a day. I apologize but this does mean that posting specifically here will be irregular since it will be spread out between my accounts based on what I've made and what I feel like. Have a lovely day <3

Hm. Fuck it it’s my tumblr, I can post as much as I want, I only really used the scheduling feature for yearly/seasonal posts:

I’ve been in online fandoms for almost 15 years now, so I have more experience with the current cycle I’m seeing in the yan vn community. Our specific corner is newer, without a lot of overarching guidance, and ….the biggest problem of all in my mind;

One of the most popular/talked about games is spearheaded by a group of pedophiles and actual groomers and rapists and not a ton of people are taking that seriously. Do you want proof? I have more than a few links.

That isn’t to say that people aren’t, I’ve seen more than a couple of handful of accounts talking about it- but it needs to be taken more seriously at large as a whole, especially by other game devs, because I almost guarantee you that a lot of these not all, some people are taking advantage of the larger issue to hide behind anons and throw away accounts are the minors that Fooboo is letting interact with her community, either directly or indirectly, and are acting as drones not really understanding how they’re being manipulated and abused.

That isn’t okay, I’m not sure how anyone would be comfortable knowing that this is happening under their noses. And again, it’s not the FULL issue, but I think it’s ignorant to ignore it when they’ve cycled one minor out for another and made grooming jokes about it.

How does certain cast members, specifically Storm, Calliope, Gabriel and Henry act like when they're jealous?—

Storm becomes very obsessive and possessive when he’s jealous. Most likely stealing all of MCs time so the person that is the cause of his jealousy is no longer there, hoping mc will forget them with time once that person no longer shows up anymore as well. He tries to keep his smile around MC and the new person but it’s so hard for him to smile with how much anger he holds towards the new person.

Calliope will most likely be possessive and want all MCs time too, being clingy. ‘You should sleep over, it’s scary out there at night!’ Or ‘Will you stay with me tonight, I hate being alone’ she says hoping MC will stay at her place. She wants Mc’s eyes and MC on her. She will most likely pop the tires of the person that caused her jealousy’s car and go on about her day skipping and shopping. If asked about it? She didn’t do a thing, just tripped and her hazardous purse fell on the ground, happening to cut all the tires!

Gabriel is more of the one that will call MC into his office a lot and make MC run errands to keep MC busy from the new person. He hates seeing MC talk to them and will even sometimes call MC at night to ‘check on their well-being’ and he does want that but he also wants to hear their voice. He wants the call to linger for so long… Gabriel would also find a way to move the new person to another department so fast.

Henry would try to hang out with MC more and send the new person on various errands and tasks just to keep them away from MC. Henry would try so hard to invite MC out to eat, to hang, all of the above just to keep MC from not talking to the new person. When he sees MC talking to the new person, he bites his pen in frustration and anger watching from his desk. He would definitely try to find a way to get the new person fired

Hii, sorry if there is something that is not well understood, I'm using a translator jej [My native language is Spanish]. I just wanted to say that I love everything about the game, Mychael is a character that really grabs you in a very nice way. I'm also very happy to know that I'm not the only one who likes things to go slowly, that it first starts with small feelings until it reaches a dark obsession [I really love it!] On the other hand, I hope there's no problem with me using Mychael as a little inspiration to create a character I'm working with to create a story. In terms of yan VNs, I feel like there's more variety these days (though I haven't explored any recent yandere visual novels in a while; they keep popping up like mushrooms! /j) but I'm happy the slow burn aspect in MO is something people enjoy!

Prescription Love

This game is still under development and only the first three days are out. It is rated 17+ and is sfw. The official blog and creator is @livingslime, you can find the download link on their blog. The premise of this game is that you wake up in a hospital with no prior memories. You meet Dr. Anselm, who is the kind and attentive doctor who will be providing your treatment. You start to notice strange things about the hospital and Dr. Anselm and the game progresses.

Dr. Anselm's design is super cute, he appears so sweet and innocent. I also love the consistently white and blue atmosphere. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that it also had horror scenes. The first night had me a lil scared, considering I was playing it at night lol. The art is very appealing to look at, especially the food illustrations. It was kinda cheesy and funny how much the food was described but the eerie and dark scenes balance it out well. I don't think there was enough gameplay or storyline to accurately rate this game so I'm gonna split it and half and do a 5/5. Dr. Anselm is so adorable I love him.

Whats your opinion on the indie visual novels with yandere characters?

People get intense with games to be honest. Though, root cause is pride to be honest. Unfortunate. Hopefully, things cool down sooner rather than later. I don't get involved with networking, so I'm not a direct associate to the yan vn community.

WARNING: My controversial opinions. Things I keep to myself. But, you did ask for my opinion so here. Also, casual and unstructured content.

Well I like playing them, or watching gameplays of it. Usually, though, I wouldn't say a lot of characters are my type. Most of the characters are my friend's type, not mine. So rarely will I play yandere visual novels. Usually on the emotional side or um, just know a lot of them aren't my type!

Also, ANY visual novels... well, I honestly treat it the same way as any other story or book. It's just another story to play through. Sure, it has visuals, but what matters most to me is story and characters. Like, if the MC genuinely irritates me (usually ENFP's, ESFJ's, or ENFJ's protagonists irritate me most), then I will not play the game no matter what. I can tolerate things; but honestly I can't play a game, where I have to constantly deal with an annoying character.

It's also one of the reasons why I didn't get so far playing Love and Deepspace. I heavily dislike the MC there. Too emotional for my tastes, too outspoken, and frankly? I'm no dom, you won't find any dom bone in this tiny body of mine. haha So yeah. But mostly, MC personality irritates me. Things like that. It also goes for yanderes and plots in general.

I play games to have fun, and I don't have any expectations for yandere visual novels. I play for just relaxation; because I know it's once-in-a-blue-moon will I ever find an actual yandere that vibes with me.

Because most of the time, the male yanderes I like are what people consider "abusive" and what most consider not yandere. People say it's plain abuse shiz and all. But for me? Food. Like for me, my favorite "love story" manhwa of all time is this one:

BOTH THE NOVEL AND MANHUA. YES I LOVE IT. Why?

Don't ask. Reminds me of my husband and I hardcore. Like among all stories I've read (that I haven't written), it's this one that resonated most.

Among all yanderes I've seen, this guy was most memorable for me. Yes, choke meee.

A lot of yanderes are on the soft, emo, creepy but wholesome, or what you generally read on most manhwa, for example. But, truly unhinged or unapologetic villain yanderes? Rareeee.

It's why I'm starving hardcore for content. Like actual confident + doesn't need validation from darling + unapologetic + sadistic + intelligent + truly black flag yanderes. That's my type.

Listen. I play games, write, or do anything really because I love my husband. Truly do. So anything that reminds me of him makes me happy.

Anyways.

There's this one story my friend played. People may not like or vibe with it, but it's called "Boyfriend to Death (BTD)". Never played it but my friend chatted it about it with me since she finished the game, and it's my kind of vibe. I don't like the graphics so I wouldn't play it. But the survival horror and genuine aim for your life? Well, that's dope. So, basically stuff like that is my kind of vibe.

Sorry, I do play otome games and visual novels, but usually it's not even yandere. The personalities are never vibing with me :((. It's difficult to even find fanfiction or stories in general with truly confident, unapologetic yanderes. Like truly strong.

My husband is like that, and well... I can't find any wahahahha. Oh well. At least I have food now in the form of writing.

Rambled but yeah. To me, visual novels, whether yandere or not, well, just another video game to me. As long as the game is generally fun to play and doesn't irritate me, then I'll play it. I don't really care nor get involved in community stuff; because I just want to have fun playing. And, I keep to myself, so yeah.

Hello hello! I'm back with a new character! :D

They're still pretty new so I might retcon things from time to time so just keep in mind that not everything here will be brought up when I finish this weird passion project-

(Also just a heads up, I'll be referring to Otori with they/them and the character that inspired the creation of Otori as he/him in future things related to this game ^^;)

So the main idea I had for this is that on Valentine's day, You were dropped off at the mall by your toxic partner and you have to wait for them at a specific time for the both of you to go on a date.

Coincidentally, you bumped into your friends at the mall and decided to chat for a bit while waiting. When your friends went to the bathroom, a stranger asks you to help them find the perfect gift for their partner, only to help you break off your relationship with your current partner.

I wanted to make a vn based off of a video I watched and see how much can I change in the storyline and characters :D

the premise itself is similar to the original video, but I plan to have the interactions and the characters themselves feel different in some way

In the original, the yan is more right in front of your face with what he thinks and what he wants, not shying away from telling you what he thinks of you and your ex. but in this, I kinda wanna challenge myself to see if I can write subtle hints of manipulation and romance since I haven't written a character in either of those scenarios yet

Where somehow MC doesn't snap initially after the waitress gives Keith her number but comes close to it and after seeing the same waitress maybe mistreat Tenebris or smth just goes apeshit, maybe tortures them as a show for the two of them as a treat </3 Or records it to give later as like a birthday present or smth when the wound is less sensitive. Listen I don't get enough poly yandere content so i'm latching on to wanting to date both of these men we can have more wholesome things later

2. How wouwd thewse two weact to uwuspeak on a scawe of unphased to howwified

Aaaaa, your excitement makes me very happy, anon!!! I do think we need more poly content in dating sims. And yes yes, the MC gets to act yan all throughout the game, if the player wishes!

As for your scenarios, it's definitely better to give them a recording of it. Their reactions can honestly vary. If it comes out of nowhere and they've had no knowledge of you being capable of such things prior, they're both going to be very shocked. I can't go into too much detail, because I don't wanna spoil things.

And for the second one, Tenebris would raise an eyebrow and ask if you've hurt your tongue.

Keith would find it mildly amusing if you do it for a short time and sort of odd if you do it all the time.
