she is the person that went after her baby sister when feyre was taken. she is the person that spoke for the humans not only to the queens but also to the high lords, that calculated the ships. nesta is the person who encouraged traumatized women to learn how fight and defend themselves. nesta is the person that stayed behind so her friends could live in the blood rite. nesta is the person who went against a high lord to give another world a chance.
none of this benefits her in anyway, in some cases like the cc3 extras it made things worse for her. she did it because she is a good person. you may not like her and shes made some mistakes in the past, sure, but that doesn’t mean she is morally grey.
