He steps up behind Xuan and brushes his hair aside, pressing slow kisses to the side of his neck. “I missed you.”

Xuan leans into the hug and touches, smiling softly at his beloved. "I missed you too baby, I am sorry for letting you wait so long for me to be back from my mission!~"

The comb dove gracefully through the rich sea of long black hair that fell beautifully below Xuan's broad and strong shoulders, in the finishing touches that would allow for his hair to look flawless and lay neatly on his back. He was a bit nervous and it showed, as Xuan was fidgeting with the red rose tucked safely in the left pocket of his green tuxedo, a touch of red that complemented nicely the color that reflected his beautiful green eyes, while repeating his wedding vows in his mind one last time, thing that didn't go unnoticed by Watari. "Everything okay, young master?" The butler asked, placing the comb aside now that he was done with the styling of his master's hair. "No Watari, there's nothing wrong. This day is as perfect as can be and the best day of my life. It's just that I am a bit... Nervous? I know it's childish, but I don't want this to go wrong or for me to do something stupid that would ruin this important and beautiful moment! I want this wedding to go perfect and to be one of the most beautiful memories for both me and Yuki." Xuan explained and looked back at his butler that had became a father figure substitute for him over the years. Watari nodded in understanding and gently reassured the young man. "You don't have to worry about a thing, you're going to do just fine, I am sure of it! And either way, I am sure that master Yuki will be happy no matter what. What you should do is focus on the two of you and ignore bad thought that might try distracting you." The wise words seemed to reassure Xuan to some extent, as he then relaxed.

Watari was right, he shouldn't be worrying about this to such an extent, because what was the most important was to live the moment to the fullest and enjoy it, since this was the most beautiful day of their lives: the day of their wedding! Taking in a deep breath and brandishing his best smile, Xuan waited now for his beautiful husband to make his way into the room and make the walk down the aisle. He was so excited to see how beautiful Yuki was in his wedding attire and once the younger finally made his entrance, Xuan almost felt his breath running out. Yuki was absolutely breath taking! The most beautiful sight he'd ever seen in his whole life and for a moment Xuan almost wondered if he should pinch himself to check if he wasn't dreaming.

"You are sublime, my love!" The Chinese finally commented once his partner reached him and he took his hands into his. "I could've never asked for something more perfect than this day! Today is the day I am going to become the happiest man alive!" The emotions were so strong that Xuan could barely hold back his tears. "Ready to unite our souls in the holy ceremony of matrimony, my love?"

Yuki fixed his tuxedo in the mirror. It was beautiful, too—white with the back revealed, embroidered flowers surrounding it. It was tailored and probably cost a fortune. But today was special, the best day of his life.

Today was the day he was getting married.

He made some final adjustments, the photographer snapping a picture, before he walked out to meet the man who would be his husband soon.

Xuan’s henchmen stood as Yuki came down the aisle, on the other side a few chairs with roses on them, one for each member of his family. Though his eyes swept the scene briefly, they landed on Xuan, in a stunning green tux that matched his eyes perfectly. Next to him stood the officiant, Yuki noticed absently, and he smiled wide as he came to meet Xuan at the altar.

He reached out and took his hands, and the henchmen sat while Yuki found himself lost in his fiance’s eyes.

- So our characters are all having a Summer School Exchange in a chalet that was built over an old school ground called Yi City School. And they are on their last day in camp, so they decided to tell ghost stories in one of the multipurpose rooms.

- They spoke of the history of Yi CIty School, where kidnappings of 4 kids happened and resulted in the murders of a elementary kid and 2 middle schoolers. Only one of the kids survived. The suspect was a teacher called Chang Ping who went mad. However, strange things happened and later the Principal, Chang Ping’s father, committed suicide. The school was shut down and demolished.

- Somehow among the group of friends/acquaintances, an argument breaks out (most likely between Wen Chao and Wei Wuxian) and for some reason and a dare or as a diversion from the argument, also someone (Jin Guang Yao or Nie Huai Sang idk someone shady af) pulls out a paper doll, a charm known in urban legend circles as the Xue Yang Friends’ Charm. By doing the Charm, the participants stay as friends forever. Thinking its just a harmless charm, they do it, speaking the name “Xue Yang” the same number of times as the participants are doing the ritual.Before they tear the doll and participants need to keep the scrap of paper doll. Should they fail then bad luck will befall on the owner.

- Immediately after the ritual, an earthquake occurs and they find themselves seperated/alone in a creepy building almost like the camp building.Some in different planes of the same school. Its a twisted version of the Yi City School and malice fills the air. Should they stay too long, darkening occurs, the demons in the hearts will overcome their will and they start killing their friends...

-They find many bodies, victims from other schools in the Yi City School, who participated in the urban legend.A charm found online on forums.Papers and notes tells of the Yi City School’s past and curses adorn the walls. Gruesome body parts and ghosts of the victims lurk the halls. And a Derange corpse of Chang Ping roams the place, killing anyone in sight as well.

- Find the killer, appease the victims and find a way to get out. But without succumbing to the darkness and killing your loved ones while going mad.

Xuan smiled and squeezed his husband's hand. The words combined with the beautiful scenery of the warm sunset painting them and the rose garden in various golden hues made for a truly magical moment. For a brief second, Xuan even wondered if this wasn't just all a dream... To have been blessed with such a magnificent, gorgeous, clever and devoted husband... He had truly hit jackpot in life!

There was not even an ounce of doubt in his mind about Yuki's loyalty. Xuan knew it from the moment they had met in that dark alleyway that one faithful night that the younger would stick by his side no matter what and that he'd follow him even through fire and ice if need be.

"I know baby, and so do I! I'd do anything for you and I'd go anywhere if need be if you asked me to." Xuan returned the warm words and leant in to place a soft kiss on Yuki's lips, allowing himself to melt into the moment and let his body and spirit be engulfed by the beauty of that magical moment they shared in the rose garden, one of many simple and domestic, yet very meaningful moments he was sure were awaiting them on this beautiful journey together.

Xuan had been planning this moment for quite some time now, from the vacation idea, to the setting and of course, the beautiful ring he had carefully handpicked for the occasion. It was a beautiful golden ring with an emerald in the middle, surrounded by little topaz stones, with a pretty engraved model onto it.

So, when he had knelt down on one knee, and popped up the big question of "Yuki, my love, will you marry me? I want to spend the rest of my life with you!", his heart was pounding in his chest with nervousness. Of course Yuki wasn't going to refuse, he knew it too, but that didn't change the fact that this was a big moment and it made him full of emotion.

There wasn't a more beautiful thing in this world than hearing the man he loved most in this world, his other half, say yes to the question! The happiness was so overwhelming that Xuan could have sworn he was going to get drunk just from the feeling alone. "Oh, my love! You've just made me the happiest man alive!~" Xuan then began peppering Yuki's face with kisses and lifted him in his arms. "Thank you! Thank you so much, my love, my heart and my soul!~"

"Fuck!" Xuan cussed through gritted teeth and hurried down by his husband's side, to press down onto the now bleeding wound piercing Yuki's abdomen. They'd been ambushed once again, and in a moment like this too, when they had least expected it! This fucking jerk of a man... Raito really never shied away from stooping down to newer levels of shamelessness.

"YOU BASTARD! I AM GOING TO KILL YOU! YOU HEAR ME?!" Xuan's voice could almost resemble a beast's roar from how angry he was, as he shouted at the older man, his body all tensed up and ready to fight from all that adrenaline pumping in his veins, but he couldn't go after Raito... Not now, at least. Not when Yuki was clearly badly injured. Xuan was torn... Let that fucker leave unscathed after doing what he'd done, or leave his one and only, his soulmate, alone to bleed on the cold dirty concrete of the street?

The answer was obvious. Xuan scooped Yuki in his arms as quickly as possible and began running towards their car, mind going into overdrive with a thousand thoughts per minute, as he began noticing how his husband was falling in and out of consciousness. "Hold tight in there, baby! Please, stay strong, I am going to solve this and make things all better, I promise! Just please, stay with me!" The raven haired pleaded with Yuki, trying desperately to stay calm and composed as to not scare more the younger and not lose precious time by going out of focus, despite his cracking voice and haphazard breaths betraying how scared he truly was.

Oh why? Why couldn't he have been more alert to prevent this from happening? If Yuki wouldn't have pushed him out of that bullet's way and taken his place... His heart ached the more he could feel that primal fear creep deeper and deeper into his heart and soul. If he were to lose Yuki... No, he couldn't allow this! He wasn't going to lose him!

"Please baby, stay with me! You're going to be okay... I promise! Just... Please..."

A couple minutes passed and there was no call. Yuki groaned. He’d been sitting on the ground, leaned up against a brick wall as he bled from his side. But his own pain was irrelevant, and he hauled himself up, hands shaking as he pulled up Xuan’s location.

Strange…it was home.

Home wasn’t very far from there. Yuki moved as quickly as his body would allow, and soon he made it to the house. Dead silence.

All the lights were off as Yuki entered, which he carefully flicked on as he went. As each room was cleared, he felt his heart sinking more and more, until he made it to the bedroom.

“Xuan?”

No response. The house was covered in complete silence. It was an utterly eerie atmosphere that sent goosebumps down your spine, since the grave like silence paired with the darkness of the giant mansion that the two men called their home made for a really creepy vibe. This coupled with the lack of contact from Xuan when Yuki had tried calling was a clear sign that things were not right at all!

The lights flooded the silent house, as Yuki began turning the lights in the house on. There was still no sign of life anywhere in the house and the more Yuki got closer to the main bedroom, the worse his gut feeling was getting. And it was all proven once the lights of the long hall leading to the master bedroom lit up to reveal the bright crimson red of fresh blood staining the pristine white of the marble flooring.

Yuki's worst fears were then confirmed when the man entered the room to find his fiancé lying unconscious on the floor, an equally bright red and concerning pool of blood having formed underneath him from what appeared to be a very deep stab wound. Someone must have surprise attacked Xuan when he was least expecting it and all Yuki could hope for was that he hadn't arrived to late.

“Xuan?” Yuki’s voice was weak and strained as he spoke into Xuan’s voicemail. “Where are you? Something happened…Call me back, okay?”

It was so unlike Xuan to not call beforehand if he was running late with his errands or side jobs, which was most definitely worrisome. It was past midnight and there was still no sign from the raven haired man, his phone going to voicemail every single time Yuki called. No, this wasn't normal and the young man could feel it too in his gut. Something must have happened to Xuan on his way home. It was a good thing however that ever since they became lovers and then fiancés, Xuan had agreed to turn on the location finder for their phones so that they would know where each one was at any given time of the day.

“Baby, if you want to hold me down and fuck me…all you have to do is say so.”

"Don't tempt me, babe. You know that I might just take you up on the offer and then, the next time you least expect it, I'll just push you onto the mattress or bend you over our office table and fuck you then and there." Xuan clicks his tongue, a playful devilish grin on his face, the green of his eyes almost glowing in a mysterious way.

For a few moments he didn’t react, vertigo kicking in as he was tossed over Xuan’s shoulder. By the time Yuki recovered, they were already almost in the bedroom. He groaned softly, putting a hand to his head.

“I don’t want to sleep,” he mumbled. Since the fever hit, he’d been plagued by horrible dreams. Yuki’s reluctance made the words come out small, almost defeated. “Please.”

Yet Xuan was still relentless in getting Yuki back to their room. Once inside, he closes the door behind them and heads to the bed, placing Yuki onto the mattress, with the utmost care. "And why's that, mister grumpy pants? Sleeping would help you lots with that fever." Xuan sighs and rubs his temple for a moment, as if thinking about something. "Unless... If you have too much energy, I guess I could help you use it up." The man grins mischievously.

Yuki sighed, irritated. His skin was warm, his face flushed with a high fever, but he felt incredibly cold. He missed the softness of the bed, it was true, but he’d be damned if he laid back down. His stubbornness won over his body’s need for rest. The question was, could his stubbornness win over Xuan’s?

“We have too much work to do,” he said. “I can’t afford to be laying in bed all day.”

"You are having a fever and you are shivering from head to toe. In this state you would only end up hindering my work rather than giving a helping hand!" Xuan was still as stern as ever, his green eyes unmoved by Yuki's plea of being allowed to come along to their office for continuing their research and information gathering. If Yuki was stubborn, then Xuan was tenfold of his level of stubbornness, being a man as unyielding as a freaking boulder.

"Fine, if you aren't going to play nice, then you leave me no other choice." With that said, the raven haired then picked him up, throwing Yuki over his shoulder, then started to walk back to their shared bedroom.

“I’m not sick, I don’t get sick.”

"Yes you do. Now stop fighting against me and stay in bed as I told you!" Xuan was unmovable when it came to playing the nurse role and nursing his partner back to full health, so there was no point in arguing with the raven haired, not if you wanted peace and quiet in the house.

Yuki smiled again, carefree and relaxed, as he leaned back into Xuan’s arms. Now that his love was embraced by what few rays of sunlight lingered on the horizon, his green eyes glistened. More beautiful than any stone, any painting. Yuki was enraptured, looking upon such a breathtaking man and knowing all his lover’s beauty, all his grace and kindness and strength belonged to him, and no one else.

He’d once likened Xuan to Adonis, but in reality, the Greek god simply could not compare.

Yuki closed the distance between their lips and kissed him, his hand reaching up to Xuan’s cheek. The salty winds caressed them gently, the music below them seeming to take on a romantic tune. He was slow and passionate, not wanting to rush this moment, as their lips moved together perfectly. Like fate had destined it.

Finally, Yuki pulled back for air, that smile still lingering on the corners of his mouth. “You know I’m in love with you, right? Forever.”

And this way of Yuki's of looking at him with complete and utter adulation was something that filled Xuan with pride and a warm feeling of love inside. Being worshipped by the man he loved more than anything was the best compliment he could have ever hoped for. And it was pretty much the same for him, in the sense that he had eyes only for Yuki alone, admiring his beauty and adoring every single detail of who the younger was. To Xuan, Yuki was everything, a perfect man that had everything Xuan could have ever asked for in a boyfriend, he was perfection embodied and all his!

Sensing Yuki leaning forward for a kiss, Xuan closed his eyes and leant down to greet his lips with joy and passion. The kiss was sweet, maybe even sweeter given the romantic setting of the beautiful seaside view, the music and the sunset warm rays enrapturing them in a wave of beautiful colors. Slightly moving his hands onto Yuki's hips, Xuan turned him around gently so that he would be facing him and once that done, the raven haired closed the gap between their bodies, longing for the perfect feeling of Yuki's body pressed onto his. The kiss itself was also very soft and passionate, full of their love for each other, Xuan deepening it and keeping the slow rhythm imposed by Yuki's lips, making sure he savored the moment to the fullest. Their special moment.

And finally, the moment came for them to part away for air, Xuan opening his eyes just slightly, to look at Yuki through a lovestruck gaze. "I know you love me, my beloved! And know that the feeling is mutual, I am madly in love with you! My heart will forever be yours, so please take good care of it!~" Xuan smiles and presses his forehead onto Yuki's, as they look into each other's eyes.

He lifted Xuan’s hand to his lips and kissed it. “Then Ibiza it is.”

A few arrangements and a plane ride later, and they found themselves in a nice hotel room, overlooking the ocean and the beach. Clouds of orange and pink painted the skies. Waves crashed up against the rocks, splashing across the sand.

Yuki crossed his arms on the balcony ledge, the wind blowing through his hair, and his brown eyes lit up with the colors. He could smell the salt of the ocean in the air, hear the chatter and music coming from a busy restaurant. It was all perfect, better than he could’ve ever imagined. “Wow,” he said in awe, glancing over his shoulder at Xuan. “Come look at this.”

Sure, the sight of the beautiful sunset beach and the ocean waves slowly crashing into the shore, was a picture perfect scene, but what captured Xuan's full attention and mesmerized him wasn't the painterly landscape itself, but Yuki's image in the scenic background. Yuki was a gorgeous man, something that will forever be part of Xuan's perception of his boyfriend, but in that moment, watching him there, painted by the golden hues of the last sunrays, it felt as if Yuki was a god of beauty and sensibility, so perfect that Xuan feared if he touched him, the young man might disappear.

Awoken from his trance by Yuki's voice, Xuan smiled and came to hug the younger from behind, taking in a deep breath of his sweet scent. "Yes, I'm looking. The scenery is very nice, but not as nice as you are, my love!~" He whispers tenderly in the other's ear and kisses his cheek. "It feels nice... Being here with you."
