wei wuxian would probably be taller than lan wangji if he wasn't starved as a child. my guy was 186cm tall after being starved for 4-6 years, he would probably be like 190-195cm tall.

i love the idea that both wei changze and cangse sanren were also both freakishly tall, and because of that their kid is eye-level with nie mingjue or more, like dude. dude.

And Of course I made an Illustration for this occasion!

After Yunping Xiyao which will ever be my favourit between the two for me, I also love that LXC taught him how to play the guqin!

And I could not stress enough how the two flirtet in front of NMJ! That was hilarous! I guess his Qi deviation getting worse at this moment xD

So back to the Illustration, I drew Xiyao playing Guqin togehter or more LXC teaches A-Yao how to play. And of course he has to guide his hands, what do you mean it is not necesarry?

I’m convinced of it that LXC teached him this way!

And after Yunping there will be absolutley no fear of contact here, I mean I’m super sure they shared a bed!

There is absolutley no reasonable explanation for A-Yao having two beds in his tiny house and he would never let a wounded LXC slept on the floor and LXC would absolutley not let sleep his savior on the ground. So they HAVE to share a bed!

Do you need more explanation why LXC would teach him this way? He simply wants to touch his A-Yao.

Other Xiyao thoughts I had while rewatching the donghua I had were, as the Lan Clan has this conference before they attack the Wen Clan. As JGS were constantly about to chicken out.

LXC was very polite but I guess I thought „Your Son is soooo much braver than you! I’m glad he is nothing like him.“

Don’t you think? He was saved by him and protected him with everything he have wich was barely anything and there is this powerful Sect Leader who hast so much ppl and still have no guts to go against the Wen Clan. But have the nerve to kick this son down the stairs? He must have been so mad on the inside. Since LXC knew about A-Yaos wish to serve in the Jin Clan, there is no way he didn’t know about this as well.

I mean they talk about almost everything! It seems they even talked about LWJs Love live. And it seems they knew Wangxians relationship better than WWX, and this point is just too hilarous!

Kidnapping family

Requested by anonymous: Hey, I'm asking for a reaction...how would the guys from The Untamed (Xichen, Wangji, Guangyao, Cheng and Mingjue) react to a reader asking for help? Let me explain: the reader was kidnapped when she was young by a family that speaks a completely foreign language. When the reader grew up, the reader and her ''family'' went to a meeting in the Gusu clan, Lanling/Junmeng/Qinghe, where they want to teach cultivation. However, they does not understand Chinese. But the reader does. So the ''family'' asks their daughter to tell the clan leaders that they want to learn cultivation. But without her ''family'' knowing, the reader said that she needed help and that this was not her family.

Pairings: Lan Xichen, Lan Wangji, Jin Guangyao, Jiang Cheng & Nie Mingjue

Warnings: reader was kidnapped at young age

Lan Wangji:

he is very receptive

so when he sees you and your "family", he notices something is off

since Lan Xichen is not present, Wangji takes over the role of head for awhile

so logically, your parents want to meet him and have you ask for help

when you approach him, he instantly notices how nervous you look

the first word that leaves your mouth is help

he remains stoic, not wanting to show emotions that were unnecessary

as you keep explaining to him while your family just nodded with smiles, he gets the hint

he nods and tells you to follow him along with your family

once inside, he promptly has your family held back while you are guided away somewhere safe

once your fake family was dealt with, Wangji asks you about your story and listens carefully

he claims he wants to be able to judge how to punish your kidnappers

but he honestly just wants to listen to you

because he can see it's nagging on you

and one of the many rules of his clan is to be compassionate to all

even when he struggles to do so

eventually, he just keeps them under guard and waits for his brother to return and officially deal with them

at the same time, he offers you a place at Gusu

if you accept, he would stay by your side as friend and help you cultivate for yourself

if you don't accept, he will respect that decision and wish you well on your journey

Jiang Cheng:

He was not pleased by outsiders in his clan

much less outsiders that could not even bother to speak his language

except for you

he sees how tense you look near your family, but he doesn't see it as odd

after all, he isn't much different, especially around his mother

nonetheless, he hears you out anyway

which is when you ask for help to escape your kidnappers

that instantly makes him tense up

because you're basically begging for help, looking as terrified as you could possibly be

and he knows he has to help you out

he finds a way to separate you from your kidnappers before promptly kicking them to the streets

he lets you stay at Yunmeng for the time being

while he's not that empathic to your situation, he doesn't berate you in any way

he just can't understand how you got kidnapped in the first place

doesn't understand that you didn't grow up learning martial arts

but he learns to understand eventually

he tells you to stay in Yunmeng

will argue if you try to leave

but ultimately will respect whatever you decide to do

Lan Xichen:

He is very friendly when he first meets you and your family

even though he can't speak to your family because of the language barrier

but his attitude will shift quickly when the words 'help me' leave your lips

his face will stay in that same sweet smile he always wore, but anyone who knew him well enough can see the anger in his eyes forming as you explain your situation

he will find a way to separate you from your family without making your family alarmed or suspicious

eventually, when he is able to, he asks the full story

what had happened, how you were taken and all that

he wants to make sure he knows every detail of the story

he lets you make the decision on what to do

whether you want them thrown out or maybe even punished by the Lan rules

whatever you decide, he'll listen

he'll help you out as well as he can

Jin Guangyao:

he hears of your family joining the Lanling clan's training

he can also see how uncomfortable you look among the people he assumed were your kin

while he yet has to gain power, he can't help but mingle

so, as your family is staying in the clan building, waiting for a meeting with the clan head

he approaches you, let's you tell your story

he lets you rant, he listens carefully and keeps you close

he vouches for you when you do meet with the head of the clan

watches with a smirk as your family is kicked out

he wants you to stay

will suggest it in subtle ways

won't outright ask, it has to look like your own decision

will find ways to make you more prone to choosing to stay by him

will probably call you family or something to convince you to stay

even will make you just pity him with his usual sob story

Nie Mingjue:

(don't hate me for this one)

he hears your story from one of his attendants that welcomed you and your fake family

if it does not influence him directly, he won't do much about it

(you've seen how he is regarding Meng Yao before everything goes down)

he'll keep an eye out, watch you like a hawk

but he won't step in unless necessary

it's only when he finds you crying outside the training hall that he speaks to you

his demeanor changes when you list off what happened to you after you were taken from your real family

suddenly, he is the most protective of you

almost as protective as he is over Huaisang

in his own way, of course

which means he's harsh

he once said that it was because you were too weak that you were kidnapped

later apologized after Xichen scolded him for it

or at least tried to apologize

he's not really good at them

will resort to violence if you get threatened

his saber is an extension of his arm, so who's surprised

will basically act like a giant dangerous teddy bear

no better description needed
