Being in a poly relationship with Xdinary Heroes would be quite eventful. From all the music to the kisses, the cuddles, the dinners, the dates, the fun, and everything else. You would simply never have a second to yourself, one of your lovely boyfriends would always be beside you. Whether it be playing games with Jooyeon, cooking with Junhan, singing with Jungsu, watching movies with Gaon, shopping with O.De, or having random photo sessions with Gunil, you know you’ll never be alone or bored. 

Days at home with all 6 of them would be nice. O.De and Jungsu would have prepared matching outfits for everyone, the outfits could range from pajamas to something fit for the red carpet. Junhan and you (if you know your way around the kitchen) would prepare the food, some days it was expensive food while others it was cup noodles, it all depended on the energy of everyone and the theme for the night. Gunil would have bought snacks, he always buys too much but he just wanted to make sure that there was enough for everyone and something that everyone liked. Gaon was always in charge of choosing either the movie, the drama, or the music for the night. Jooyeon was, in a way, in charge of the mood, his energy set the pace for the night, if he was sad the mood was sullen, if he was excited and happy (like most days) then the mood was bright and fun. 

While Junhan is the calmest of the bunch, he is still very committed to the relationship. He might not be loud and clingy like Jooyeon or Gaon, but he compensated for that with his calmness and his attentiveness. Junhan always made sure to stay by the others’ sides, so that no one had to be alone. He memorized everyone’s favorite dishes and cooked them at least once every two weeks, and if someone didn’t like a certain component of a dish like a vegetable Junhan made sure to not include it in the food. Everyone appreciated his efforts and understood that he did these things because he loved the others, so he might not be the one to hug all the time but he has his ways of showing his love. 

O.De is always ready to go shopping or just relax and watch a movie. He always wants to do whatever would make his partners happy, if that means doing something he doesn’t really like he would still do it. O.De and Jungsu are the fashionistas of the group and they love coming up with matching outfits for everyone, while some people think it’s corny and stupid these two thought it was cute so therefore the rest of the partners did too. If you have long hair, O.De would love to play with it. Brushing it, running his hands through it, and he would practice on Jooyeon’s hair to learn how to do braids and cute hairstyles for you. 

Jungsu, as previously mentioned, puts together matching outfits for the group with O.De. He will also serenade you all, every day. He will 100% dance with you if you like to dance. Just say “Jungsu can we dance [insert dance]?” And he will already have pressed play and begun dancing. Jungsu will also, 100%, be one to tease the younger members by pinching their cheeks and saying that they look cute, and he will do that to you too (even if you’re older than him). Junhan and O.De will find it annoying, but let him do it just because they know Jungsu likes doing it. 

Gunil will be clinging to one of you all the time. If you see Gunil on his own, he’s either 1. out buying snacks for the group or, 2. his partners have hidden away from him to have a minute of personal space. He will be hugging, kissing, holding, and just touching his partners in any way that he can as often as he can. He will just like Junhan, have his partners’ favorite snacks memorized and he will make sure that those snacks are always available in the apartment. If you’re in the car and you’re tired, Gunil will gently lean your head against his shoulder and tell you to sleep. 

Jooyeon has a lot of energy to put it lightly, but he also knows exactly how to use it. He will drag all of you along with him to play soccer and/or basketball or other games, really anything that allows him to use up some energy. Clingy member #2. Jooyeon will, just like Gunil, hug and kiss his partners all the time. Jooyeon will become sulky if he goes 2 minutes without being close to his beloved partners. He’s the mood-maker of the group so as said earlier, if he’s happy, the group is happy, if he’s sad, the group is sad. When Jooyeon and Gaon are in their mischievous mood, you know there’s going to be trouble. You never know what they’re going to do, one time it was dying Gunil’s hair, another time the rest of you came home to the apartment full of bouncy balls. In short, it’s never a boring moment with them around. 

Gaon as just mentioned, is one of the two troublemakers. He is also teaser #1. Jungsu may tease the younger members and you, Gaon teases everyone. It might be teasing touches or words, it’s loving, but he teases a lot. He’s still very loving, he makes sure everyone drinks enough water, and Gaon, just like O.De, is always up to chill and watch a movie. Whatever you wanna see, he’ll watch. Gaon is always really eager to show his partners whenever he comes up with something he can use for a new song or just play guitar to accompany Jungsu’s singing. Clingy member #3. Gaon is another one who will latch on to one of his partners and not let go, it’s part of his teasing, especially toward Junhan who isn’t the most touchy person. He does it with love though, Gunil and Jooyeon don’t mind it so sometimes those three end up in a cuddling pile with or without you and the others. 

So to sum it up. There would be a lot of cuddling, kissing, hand-holding, eating, laughing, and shopping.

We’re not going to go full on how the sex would be, however, we’re going to be bringing up some things. 

There would be times when the intimate moments happen between you and just one of them, other times it’s two or three of them and you, or finally, all of them and you. The times with just one of them would be the most hectic, you might think otherwise, but when it’s just one of them and you, there is more room for experimenting. When it’s all of them, they’re all too worried about overwhelming or hurting you so it’s mostly on the softer side, with a lot of aftercare cuddles. When it’s just two or three of them and you, it depends on who it is. 

Gunil + Gaon and/or O.De = oftentimes, on the harder side. These three like to experiment, also, Gaon so has a marking kink - he leaves a lot of hickeys on his partners, especially on you. Gunil has a bit of a domination kink, he likes bossing others around, while both Gaon and O.De are more on the dominant side too, they rarely ever go above Gunil unless Gunil allows it.

Jooyeon is a bit of a joker, it depends on who he is with. As said earlier, he has a lot of energy. So, the man can go for a long time. If he’s paired up with Gaon, expect a lot of teasing, and for things to be on the harder side. If he’s paired up with Gunil, he’s going to be on the submissive side and softer. Jooyeon + Jungsu and/or Junhan will be on the softer side however with them he can take on a more dominant role. Jooyeon + O.De = teasing, mixes of hard and soft, overstimulation, and much more. In this dynamic, Jooyeon is on the submissive side but he can sometimes take on a more dominant role depending on O.De’s mood.

It was a reaction as bad as it was unconscious, his mind tended to turn against him in moments where his mental and emotional stability was essential, his friends told him it was a natural reaction, just harmless nerves, but Jiseok perceived it differently. Jiseok was not afraid, Jiseok had limits and sometimes struggled to hide them.

The ringing of his cell phone alerting him to a new message brought him out of his dark hole of thoughts, it was yours. He read it like a child rummaging through the unfamiliar letters on his birth certificate to find out where it came from.

Talent. That word had always made him nervous. Naturally, Jiseok wasn't talented at any of the things people said he was talented at. He had always had to try harder than others, even in small things, to understand a class topic, to be socially "adept", to hit the right notes for a song that his friends could do without much difficulty, or to play that basic guitar solo that anyone without knowledge of the instrument would call a skill not of the average population. No, there was nothing extraordinary about it. Jiseok could be a student and a talented artist under an ignorant gaze, but the truth is that if Jiseok had to be, truly and objectively, talented in something, that born and natural ability that distinguished between talent and forced success, was effort.

He was good at trying hard, that's all; and if he had to ask himself which carried more weight between talent and effort, he would know that he would not like the answer. “if you poke me one more time i’m going to bite your finger off.” you admit as you turn to your best friend, jiseok.

there he stood, a not-so-innocent smile spread across his lips as he paused mid-poke. “i’m not going to stop poking you until you give me some attention.”

you swat his hand away before going back to finishing off your makeup, laughing as you hear him dramatically huff and walk towards your bed. in the mirror you can see him sit on your bed, plopping down next to your laid out outfit and watching you like a hawk. “the quicker i get ready, the faster i can give you my undivided attention until i leave.”

crossing his legs on the bed, she leans back against the bed frame and runs a hand through his hair. “where are you even going anyway?”

“a date.” admitting that to your longtime crush hurt more than anything, but if only you could see the way his face dropped as you spoke those words.

both of you have had feelings for one another for quite some time, but never admitting it due to having convinced yourselves it was merely impossible for the other to reciprocate those feelings. after several years of just waiting around for jiseok to ask you out and you being too scared to actually do something about it, you just decided putting yourself out there would be your safest bet to ignore your feelings for him. meanwhile, jiseok had been too scared to even do something due to possibly messing up your friendship. he adored you, everything about you seemingly flawless in his eyes. your feelings towards one another were obvious to everyone but each other, and everyone watching this unravel felt like they were reading a slow burn fanfic off of wattpad.

jiseok disguised his voice to sound as uninterested and teasing as possible before responding. “who’s the guy?”

as you close up the mascara wand, you quickly stand up from your vanity and start grabbing your clothes to change into the bathroom. “some guy from my physics class.”

as he catches the glimpse of your face before you turn into the bathroom, he feels his heart skip multiple beats at the sight of you. ever since he realized his feelings for you a few months back, he’s been finding himself swooning over you for the most basic things. and as much as the feeling confused him, he just couldn’t get enough of it. when you exit the bathroom after fifteen minutes, your hair freshly done and clothing looking brand new, he can’t help but stare at you. normally, he would watch how he looked at you so as to not give a hint of his feelings towards you away. but in this moment, he didn’t seem to care one bit.

looking at yourself in the full length mirror first, you don’t even notice the way your best friend is staring at you. in your mind, you secretly wished it were jiseok taking you out on this arcade date instead of your classmate. but you tried pushing that aside, attempting to convince yourself to be excited. when you turn around to face your best friend for confirmation on how you look, you can’t help but feel yourself blush at the sight before you. you had never seen his eyes light up this way before, well, maybe at a concert or video game but never towards another individual- especially you.

letting out shy laughter, you snap your fingers in the direction of where his eyes landed and watch as his eyes meet yours. the reddened tips of his ears make you laugh harder, his embarrassed grin poking at the corners of his lips. “it’s okay, you can admit it. you are totally in love with me right now.”

standing up, he walks towards you slowly as he chuckles. “and if i am?”

you cock your head to the side in confusion, unsure of what he meant. surely he had to be joking. he couldn’t be serious, right? giggling at his comment, you notice him stop a few feet away from you as his eyes never leave yours. “stop joking, jiseok.”

“i’m serious, y/n.” was he really doing this? now? just forty minutes before your date? “i have been for a while now. just- please don’t go on that date. i know the timing isn’t perfect but-“

grabbing your best friend by the collar, you pull him into your lips without hesitation. although shocked by your actions, he wastes no time kissing you back and landing his hands on your hips. his nails waste no time digging into your skin, pushing your hips against his as your hands move from his shirt collar to the back of his neck. as your fingertips played with the strands of his growing hair, jiseok pins you against your bedroom door. gasping at the sudden movement, you soon feel jiseok slip his tongue past your lips and swipe it against yours.

before anything escalates further, you pull away to regulate your breathing. without a word, you both just stare at one another star struck. his eyes go from your eyes to your lips every so often, leaning in but pausing as his lips hover above yours. “is this okay?”

you feel him cup your face, his other hand remaining on your hip but moving underneath the fabric. nodding, you pull away to get a full view of his face. for a few seconds you admire how he looks, his eyes hungry and lips plumped and wet. the view makes your stomach do flips, a smile spreading across your lips. “more than okay.”

as his lips finds yours once again, his hand moves down your body and lifts you up by your legs. you giggle against his lips, his laughter matching yours as he moves towards the bed. gently, he sets you down on your back so he’s hovering above you.

suddenly, he pulls away and admires you for a few seconds before speaking. “wait, what about your date?”

up until this point, you have completely forgotten about the date you were supposed to go on. your eyes dart to the clock on your nightstand, noticing he was supposed to arrive in a little over ten minutes. “pass me my phone.” you demand, jiseok doing as instructed and handing it to you. watching you do something on your phone, you soon set the phone to the side and turn back to him with a smile. “problem solved.”

laughing, he happily leans down to place his lips on yours. even though you both have only been kissing for a few minutes, he could tell this was about to become his new favorite activity.

*ੈ✩‧₊˚ You were having one (1) singular bad week around half a year into your relationship; bad enough that you could barely get yourself out of bed better yet pick out clothes and get yourself out of the house

*ੈ✩‧₊˚ You’d both seen each other in your underwear by then so when you cancelled on him for the second time because you “didn’t feel like going out”, he still showed up with takeout and, upon realizing that you were in more of a slump than he thought, he immediately made you sit on the edge of your bed half naked as he entered your closet and picked out multiple comfortable outfits for you to wear

*ੈ✩‧₊˚ He helped you put on everything after you decided which outfit you wanted to wear and after seeing how that one action lifted your spirit, he makes a habit of helping you get dressed whether you’re in a good mood or not
