There had been a few vintage planes in there, antique ones dating back even to the time of the Wright Brothers, and Tony had seen his seven-year-old self reflected in the shiny chassis of a Ford Trimotor, wearing a grin that was part curiosity and part amusement. Still, the similarity had been fleeting, and Tony had promptly forgotten about it, at least until now – Thor was wearing that faint grin again, as he sauntered down the line of Tony's collection of speed monsters, occasionally reaching out to touch one.

normally i am not a fan of fics involving Drarry or Tom/Voldie x Harry(mainly implied i guess) things but this fic is pretty good. 

i do enjoy most soulmate ideas but i have always been leery of this particular one.

there are some possible triggers from like two dreams in it, Harry having panic attacks multiple times, and a bit of unrealistic ‘let me show you how beautiful i think you are despite your traumas and lets just ignore all your issues for the sake of a blowjob’ part which kinda bothered me.

i really like this harry though and i relate to him a bit in some ways like i have my own issues/Trauma’s and some of harry’s hit me right where it hurts cause it makes me wanna cry because that is how i have felt for 6+ years. 

this fic also really just explains my disenchantment/disillusionment of Dumbledore. there are more than a few fics i like that go with tropes make Dumbledore evil or manipulative (i don’t mind them and some i like on a petty vindictive level) but sometimes you just need a fic where Dumbledore just doesn’t understand how someone might interpret  his words and actions. i also love Regulus. like i have a special place in my heart for him and this story is really good in regards to him i think.

not sure how i feel completely about this take on Snape but it works well enough for this fic i am not gonna complain.

Dark green eyes stared at the outside, squinting slightly at the light. It’d been a few hours since he’d been outside. Shikadai had been inside playing video games all the while. He got in trouble because he was supposed to clan up his room & he shirked that duty off. Cleaning his room was really doing too much. With a scowl lining his round face, he glared off into the distance as he spoke,

Shikamaru rarely talked about his dad other than him being a hero to save the village. Other than that the boy never prodded his old man for more information. He could see it was bothersome to keep asking. Not that Shikadai cared about his appearance nor what others thought. He wasn’t one to meddle in tedious things sometimes. Other times he’d call people out if they got too annoying or did something stupid.

It's not that he isn't happy for them. He is. Steve and Peggy deserve to finally move on with their lives. It hurts though. It hurts because Bucky was supposed to be Steve's best man. It hurts because by this time he and Bucky were supposed to be already married. It hurts because Bucky had vanished from his life - literally - without a word, leaving him standing at the altar. No one has seen or heard from him since. It hurts for a number of reasons, but he is going anyways, rumours and heartbreak be damned. Now if only he didn't have to deal with the possibility of a plus one on top of everything else.
