it is kinda scary when you are on your period and you are about to make tea but you stop cuz suddenly you feel this ache and your body is saying to cry so you cry your heart out, slowly sinking to the floor, holding on the table and chairs, basically screaming-crying as if someone died and 2 seconds later you are getting up, continue making that tea and sit down to eat your cookie and drink tea as if nothing happened

#the way this sort of thing happened almost exactly a year later #last year it was when my mom her childhood friends she met in forever and me where supposed to go to the sea and i suddenly had intense paim #*pain #and cried like i did today #and i thought i couldnt go because it happened like 10 minutes before we were supposed to leave #but then just 2 minutes later it got a whole lot better #like wth even????#i am not enjoying this development #tp.e

oh my fucking god i went to do sports then i was 15 mins in and got acute lower back pain. had to ask someone to lower me down from the erg bc i deadass couldn't move 💀 took an ibuprofen and had to cycle home which was straight up a test sent from hell. was planning to work on my thesis today too but ig that's not happening now christ alive. AND I CAN'T DO SPORTS THE NEXT FEW DAYS IM GOING TO FUCKING DIE FR

wHY is it saltyyy???????? im mildly concerned and just banking on my immune system helping me out by now hahahshajash, best case scenario is theyre drawing saltwater from the sea again (happened a couple years ago lmao), worst case? i dont even wanna know hahaha

pro tip btw: its so very convenient to store rain water; highly advise to get a big (unused lol) trash can or something and fill it up when ya can; water can be used to clean off lots of outsoors stuff and for plants :) , also it´ll help to have a way to store tap water if yall ever end up with water cutoffs, people panic and start bulk buying stuff like that; prices start skyrocketing etc etc...

When it comes to getting and receiving help for my mental health, it's always one step closer and two steps back. But those two steps back feel like hell

#listened #normal #dear no one #my appointment has been postponed again. not really again again but similar things has happened #byt hey at least im not turned down again #mental health #wth does it keep happening when its about my mental health #people have to my problems but nothing else happened. i have been turned down by different facilities a couple times.#they told me they could only help me for something small #but most of all they all told me that i would get help with in 3 months unfortunately i have been waiting for a year now #now its like to wait a year because so many need help but there are not enough professionals #but im my case the que was max 3 months and not 1+year #idk how much of this i can take
